The ultrasonic technique has been demonstrated to be a promising method for the disposal of hazardous oily sludge.However,the separation of oil from the surfaces of the solid particles is still difficult due to the strong interaction between the oil and solid particle.In this study,three types of surfactants were used to assist the ultrasonic treatment of oily sludge.The oil component,surface composition,and structure of the solid particle were determined.The results showed that different surfactants had different oil removal abilities.In the three surfactant-assisted sonication systems,the oil removal rate increased during the starting reaction period and then decreased with longer sonication time.The results of four components analysis suggested that surfactant easy to be ionized in water posed a better removal effect on resins,while the amphiphilic surfactant preferred saturates,aromatics and asphaltenes.The morphology analysis indicated that particle size was shattered into smaller ones by the ultrasonic process,and the wettability of the solid surface also changed during this treatment.The characterization of the oil component and solid particle during surfactant-assisted ultrasonication treatment will help to better understand the separation of oil from oily sludge and improve the oil recovery efficiency from oily sludge. 展开更多

In order to study the micro genetic mechanism and main geological controlling factors of low resistivity reservoir in NgIII formation of X oilfield in Bohai sea in China, the clay mineral composition, irreducible water saturation, salinity and conductive minerals of low resistivity reservoir were studied by using the data of core, cast thin section and analysis, and compared with normal resistivity reservoir. At the same time, the control effect of sedimentary environment on low resistivity reservoir was discussed. The results show that the additional conductivity of high bound water content and high montmorillonite content in the reservoir together leads to the significant reduction of reservoir resistivity, which is the main microscopic cause of the formation of low resistance, and is mainly controlled by the sedimentary background such as paleoclimate and sedimentary cycle. During the deposition period of NgIII formation, the paleoclimate was dry and cold, and it was at the end of the water advance of the medium-term sedimentary cycle. The hydrodynamic force of the river channel was weak, the carrying capacity of the riverbed was weak, and the river channel swayed frequently, resulting in fine lithologic particle size, high shale content and complex pore structure of the reservoir, resulting in significant reduction of reservoir resistance. The research conclusion would have strong guiding significance for the development of low resistivity reservoirs in this area. 展开更多

The space area of the fracture system is the reservoir reconstruction volume of shale gas reservoir. The geometric parameters such as crack length, crack width, crack height, and characteristic parameters such as crack permeability and fracture conductivity proposed for a single crack in conventional fracturing are insufficient to describe and characterize the complex network fracture system after volume fracturing. In this paper, the discrete fracture modeling method is used to establish the volume fracturing network fracture model of horizontal wells in shale gas reservoir by using the random modeling method within the determined reservoir space. The model is random and selective, and can fully provide different forms of volume fracturing fracture expansion, such as conventional fracture morphology, line network model and arbitrarily distributed network fractures. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the development plan and stimulation plan of shale gas reservoir, and have important reference value and significance for other unconventional gas reservoir fracturing. 展开更多

The edge and bottom water of the reservoir is active and the natural energy development mode is adopted. The comprehensive water cut of the oilfield was 95.3%, which had entered the stage of high water cut oil production. Some reservoirs were limited by crude oil viscosity and oil column height. Under the condition of existing development well pattern, some reserves were not produced or the degree of production was low, and the degree of well control was not high, so there is room for tapping the potential of remaining oil. This paper studied the rising law of water ridge of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir by reservoir engineering method, and guided the infilling limit of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir. At the same time, combined with the research results of fine reservoir description, the geological model was established, the numerical simulation was carried out, and the distribution law of remaining oil was analyzed. Through this study, we could understand the law of water flooding and remaining oil in the high water cut period of bottom water heavy oil reservoir, so as to provide guidance for the development strategy of this type of reservoir in the high water cut period. 展开更多

The main characteristics of the oilfield were multi-phase sand body stacking and the sand body was composed of three parts: gas cap, oil reservoir, and edge water. The actual production site results show that the permeability difference of multi-layer sand bodies has a serious impact on the development effect. This article establishes a typical reservoir model numerical model based on the total recovery degree of the reservoir and the recovery degree of each layer, and analyzes the impact of permeability gradient. As the permeability gradient increases, the total recovery degree of all four well patterns decreases, and the total recovery degree gradually decreases. The recovery degree of low permeability layers gradually decreases, and the recovery degree of high permeability layers gradually increases. As the permeability gradient increases, the degree of recovery gradually decreases under different water contents. As the permeability gradient increases, the reduction rate of remaining oil saturation in low permeability layers is slower, while the reduction rate of remaining oil saturation in high permeability layers was faster. By analyzing the impact of permeability gradient on the development effect of oil fields, we could further deepen our understanding of gas cap edge water reservoirs and guide the development of this type of oil field. 展开更多

The Climate Response to Global Forest Area Changes under Different Warming Scenarios in China

Human activities have notably affected the Earth’s climate through greenhouse gases(GHG), aerosol, and land use/land cover change(LULCC). To investigate the impact of forest changes on regional climate under different shared socioeconomic pathways(SSPs), changes in surface air temperature and precipitation over China under low and medium/high radiative forcing scenarios from 2021 to 2099 are analyzed using multimodel climate simulations from the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6). Results show that the climate responses to forest changes are more significant under the low radiative forcing scenario. Deforestation would increase the mean, interannual variability, and the trend of surface air temperature under the low radiative forcing scenario, but it would decrease those indices under the medium/high radiative forcing scenario. The changes in temperature show significant spatial heterogeneity. For precipitation, under the low radiative forcing scenario, deforestation would lead to a significant increase in northern China and a significant decrease in southern China, and the effects are persistent in the near term(2021–40), middle term(2041–70), and long term(2071–99). In contrast, under the medium/high radiative forcing scenario, precipitation increases in the near term and long term over most parts of China, but it decreases in the middle term, especially in southern, northern,and northeast China. The magnitude of precipitation response to deforestation remains comparatively small. 展开更多

Drought has severely affected the yield and quality of commercial crops.The BRI1 family plays an important role in plant response to drought stress,and BRL3 gene plays an important role in the study of drought in Arabidopsis thaliana.In this study,NtBRL3 was constructed as a vector and genetically transformed to obtain‘N.Tobacco K326’overexpression of NtBRL3.The enzyme activities of transgenic tobacco and wild-type tobacco were measured and transcriptome and metabolome analyses were performed.The results showed that the antioxidant enzymes of transgenic tobacco were more active under drought conditions,and 85 significantly differentially metabolites and 106 significantly differentially expressed genes were identified in the metabolome and transcriptome analyses,respectively.Transgenic tobacco NtBRL3ox demonstrated an excessive accumulation of droughtrelated metabolites,sugars such as sucrose and maltotetraose,and amino acids such as proline,compared with WT.We discovered drought-related differential genes in the root transcriptome,among which LOX6,RD22,WSD1,CCD8,and UGT were key genes which play an important role in plant response to drought stress.Our results demonstrate that NtBRL3 overexpression in K326 enhances drought resistance in transgenic tobacco. 展开更多

At present,the large-scale access to electric vehicles(EVs)is exerting considerable pressure on the distribution network.Hence,it is particularly important to analyze the capacity of the distribution network to accommodate EVs.To this end,we propose a method for analyzing the EV capacity of the distribution network by considering the composition of the conventional load.First,the analysis and pretreatment methods for the distribution network architecture and conventional load are proposed.Second,the charging behavior of an EVis simulated by combining the Monte Carlo method and the trip chain theory.After obtaining the temporal and spatial distribution of the EV charging load,themethod of distribution according to the proportion of the same type of conventional load among the nodes is adopted to integrate the EV charging load with the conventional load of the distribution network.By adjusting the EV ownership,the EV capacity in the distribution network is analyzed and solved on the basis of the following indices:node voltage,branch current,and transformer capacity.Finally,by considering the 10-kV distribution network in some areas of an actual city as an example,we show that the proposed analysis method can obtain a more reasonable number of EVs to be accommodated in the distribution network. 展开更多

目的探讨门诊间断使用无创通气治疗中重度COPD的远期临床疗效。方法收集456例中重度COPD患者的临床资料,分为无创呼吸机及辅助药物治疗组(治疗组)225例和普通药物辅助间断低流量吸氧组(对照组)231例。比较2组COPD患者的肺通气功能、6mi... 目的探讨门诊间断使用无创通气治疗中重度COPD的远期临床疗效。方法收集456例中重度COPD患者的临床资料,分为无创呼吸机及辅助药物治疗组(治疗组)225例和普通药物辅助间断低流量吸氧组(对照组)231例。比较2组COPD患者的肺通气功能、6min步行距离(6MWD)、急性加重的次数、住院时间、住院费用、住院西药费用、住院检查费用,并进行改良英国医学研究学会呼吸困难指数(mMRC)及活动耐力评分。结果在治疗3年期间,治疗组中重度COPD患者的6MWD逐年增加,活动耐力及mMRC评分逐步改善(P均<0.05),且上述指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组因急性加重住院次数较少、住院时间较短,住院总费用、住院西药费用及住院检查费用均较低(P均<0.05)。对照组第1年死亡7例、第2年死亡3例、第3年死亡5例,治疗组无患者死亡,治疗组1、2、3年生存率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗用于中重度COPD患者,可提高患者的运动耐量,降低患者因疾病导致再次入院的经济成本,有效改善患者的远期预后。 展开更多

In order to maximize the oil production of the oilfield, it is necessary to study the strategy of shut in and cone pressure. Through numerical simulation, this paper analyzes the influence of different factors, such as crude oil density, viscosity, reservoir thickness, interlayer, permeability and so on, on the drop height of water cone and the effect of precipitation and oil increase after well shut in. At the same time, the weight of each factor is analyzed by combining the actual dynamic data with the fuzzy mathematics method, and the strategy of well shut in and cone pressure is formulated for the offshore strong bottom water reservoir. It provides the basis and guidance for the reasonable use of shut in pressure cone when the reservoir with strong bottom water meets the bottleneck of liquid volume. 展开更多

BZ oilfield in Bohai Bay of China was a typical offshore low permeability oilfield, which was restricted by many factors such as environment and economy. In this paper, the development characteristics of BZ oilfield were summarized in depth, and the new development mode of offshore low-permeability oilfield was explored from reservoir prediction, well spacing and fracturing technology. Taking BZ oilfield as an example, a set of technical system for the effective development of offshore low permeability oilfield had been formed through research, which mainly includes reservoir prediction and evaluation of offshore middle and deep low permeability oilfield, optimization of horizontal well pattern, multi-stage fracturing design of horizontal well and other technologies. The results show that improving the resolution of seismic data, strengthening the analysis of seismic reflection characteristics and carrying out the comprehensive study of seismic geology were the keys to solve the reservoir prediction of offshore low-permeability oil fields. Multi-stage fracturing horizontal well pattern is the main pattern of offshore low-permeability oilfield development. The parameters of multi-stage fracturing horizontal well together affect the development effect. Selecting the optimal fractured horizontal well pattern can greatly improve the development effect. The successful combination and application of new technology system was the foundation and core of conquering offshore low-permeability oil fields. On the basis of understanding the geological characteristics of oil reservoirs, it is an effective means of developing offshore low-permeability oil fields by selecting reasonable production methods, well types and well patterns. Using efficient perforation and fracturing technology to successfully control fracture parameters and form optimal injection and production well pattern was the key to improve low permeability offshore oil fields. 展开更多

At present, the comprehensive water cut of the oilfield is more than 96%, and has entered the stage of high water cut oil recovery. At present, fluid extraction from old wells and new adjustment wells are the main ways to increase oil production. With the deepening of development, the distribution of underground remaining oil is becoming more and more complex. In order to further improve the implementation effect of adjustment wells, the study of residual oil distribution law is increasingly important, and the study of water ridge morphology of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir has an important guiding role in the study of remaining oil distribution. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the influence of horizontal well spacing, vertical and horizontal permeability ratio, single well liquid production, vertical position of horizontal well, oil-water viscosity ratio, water cut and interlayer on water ridge morphology. These understandings can effectively guide the deployment and optimization of adjustment wells. The natural energy of the reservoir can keep the superior condition that the formation energy does not decrease under the condition of large liquid volume and high recovery rate. In view of this reservoir condition, we take C oilfield as an example to carry out the oilfield development effect under the condition of large liquid volume and high-speed production, and analyze the influence of high-speed production and medium low-speed production on recovery rate of similar heavy oil bottom water-reservoir. The results show that the rising trend of water cut in oilfield is the same whether high-speed development with large liquid volume or conventional low-speed development is adopted. Under the condition of high liquid production, the sweep efficiency of water flooding is high in the same period of time, which has certain advantages of enhanced oil recovery. The development mode of early large liquid production is explored, which provides certain guidance for the efficient development of heavy oil reservoir with bottom water. 展开更多

The production performance test of the blind well and horizontal well shows that the coincidence rate of the prediction results of interlayer with thickness > 1.5 m is 75%. The research shows that the first stage is the main interlayer, mainly composed of mudstone of flood plain origin, with an average thickness of 2.1 m and relatively stable distribution. Based on the interlayer prediction results, the small layer of composite sand body 1 forms a residual oil enrichment area in the high part of the structure due to the wide range of interlayer shielding in the lower part, which is a favorable area for adjusting and tapping potential. 展开更多

The Bozhong oilfield (Hereinafter referred to as BZ oilfield) is a typical representative of complex fluvial reservoirs in the Bohai Sea, located in the southern Bohai Sea, with an average porosity of 30.3% and an average permeability of 643 × 10<sup>-3</sup> μm<sup>2</sup>, belonging to medium high porosity and permeability reservoir, the reservoir has good connectivity, and the average underground crude oil viscosity is 5 mPa·s. There are many plane fault blocks, and the longitudinal oil well section is long, so the oil-water relationship is very complex. With the further development of the oilfield, the vertical and horizontal oil-water movement law, residual oil distribution and potential are unclear, resulting in rapid bottom water coning, unbalanced injection and production in the oilfield, and increasingly prominent contradictions among layers, planes and layers in the oilfield. Through numerical simulation analysis and comparison of displacement law and recovery degree under different influence conditions, this paper studies the development effect of actual sand body under different influence conditions such as different well types, different development methods and well layout positions, and takes appropriate development methods for the oilfield, which is of great significance to improve the development effect of the oilfield. 展开更多

Therefore, it is urgent to explore the feasibility of changing the development mode of typical sand bodies and displacement mining. In this study, the residual distribution of the bottom water reservoir is studied through numerical simulation. According to the distribution of remaining oil in the middle of the two sand bodies and the local structure of the sand body, it is divided into top remaining oil, edge remaining oil, and inter well-remaining oil. The effects of different angular permeability laws and differential and injected medium on the development effect are simulated and analyzed. It is found that the effect of gas injection is affected by a high mobility ratio, which is easy to break through early, and the effect of gas channeling is limited. Using active water and air-water alternate (ammonia foam) can achieve relatively good results. This experimental study guides tapping the remaining oil potential in the offshore strong bottom water reservoir. 展开更多
