There are~78 million people infected with hepatitis B virus(HBV)in China;among them,28 million individuals with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)require antiviral treatment.Previous studies have shown that CHB patients who are not receiving treatment have a significantly lower quality of life than those who have received efficient treatment, and also have a significantly increased risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer progression.1 Efficient antiviral treatment is associated with the restoration of the immune capabilities of the host and the quantity and function of effector T-cells and regulatory T-cells(Tregs).2 In addition,Tregs could be used as a potential immune marker to evaluate the progression and prognosis of chronic HBV infection. 展开更多
