Attribution retraining group therapy for outpatients with major depression disorder,generalized anxiety disorder,and obsessive-compulsive disorder:a pilot study

The aim of this present study is to examine the efficacy of attribution retraining group therapy （ARGT） and to compare the responses of outpatients with major depression disorder （MDD）, generalized anxiety disorder （GAD） and obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD）. We carried out a prospective uncontrolled intervention study with a 8-weeks of ARGT on sixty three outpatients with MDD, GAD or OCD. Hamilton rating scale for depression, Hamilton rating scale for anxiety, Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale, attribution style questionnaire, self-esteem scale, index of well-being, and social disability screening schedule were administered before and after treatment. Significant improvement in symptoms and psychological and social functions from pre- to posttreatment occurred for all participants. The changes favored MDD patients. Our study suggested that ARGT may improve the symptoms and psychological-social functions of MDD, GAD, and OCD patients. MDD patients showed the best response.

Breeding of High Yield,High Quality and Disease-Resistant Hybrid Cotton Varieties Hanza 160 and Hanza 1692

The hybrid cotton varieties of Hanza 160 and Hanza 1692 were bred by reciprocal crosses between Han 5158 and Han 333 in Hainan and Hebei for several years. Both varieties had the characters of high yield, high quality and disease resistance. Hanza 160 and Hanza 1692 were approved by Hebei Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2013 and 2016, respectively.

Clinical Efficacy of Metoprolol Succinic Acid Sustained Release Tablets Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Tumors with Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors with angina pectoris.Methods:We enrolled the 58 patients with digestive tract tumor merger angina in November 2017-October 2019 and analysis the hospital clinical data by retrospective method.We included patients with routine treatment in control group(n=31 cases)and the subjects treated with increased dose of succinic acid metoprololzyban joint with trimetazidineinobservation group(n=27 cases)according to the different treatment group.Results:The effective rate of angina pectoris treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Furthermore,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol succinic acid sustained release tablets combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors with angina pectoris can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris.The drug use is safe and worthy of clinical use.

Water Role and Its Influence on Hydrogen Isotopic Composition of Natural Gas during Gas Generation

In order to discuss the role and influence of water during the generation of natural gas,the participation mechanism of water during the evolution of organic matter and its influences were summarized.In addition,we carried out an anhydrous cracking experiment of oil extracted from the Feixianguan Formation source rock in a closed system,which led to the establishment of the kinetic models for describing carbon and hydrogen isotopic fractionation during gas generation from organic matter.The models were calibrated and then applied to the northeastern Sichuan Basin.By combining a series of gas generation experiments from octadecane pyrolysis without water or with distilled water in varying mass proportions,several results were proved:(1) the hydrogen isotopic composition of natural gas becomes lighter with the participation of formation water;(2) we can quantitatively study the hydrogen isotopic fractionation with the kinetic model for describing carbon isotopic fractionation; (3) more abundant and reliable geological information can be obtained through the combined application of carbon and hydrogen isotopic indices.

Understanding Miocene Climate Evolution in Northeastern Tibet: Stable Carbon and Oxygen Isotope Records from the Western Tianshui Basin, China

To investigate climate evolution during the Miocene, especially during the Middle Mio- cene climate transition on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau, stable oxygen and carbon isotopes of car- bonates from a 288-m-thick lacustrine-fluvial sediment sequence covering the period from 17.1 to 6.1 Ma from Tianshui Basin, China, were analyzed. The relatively low stable oxygen isotope values indicate the prevalence of wet climate conditions during the period of 17.1-13.6 Ma, an interval corresponding to the well-known Middle Miocene Climate Optimum. The interval between 13.6 and 11.0 Ma （i.e., the late Middle Miocene） is marked by a progressive increase in the δ18O values, indicative of a decrease in precipitation, probably linked to the expansion of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet and global cooling since about 14 Ma. The climate in the study area continued to get drier as shown by the enrichment of the heavy oxygen isotope from 11 Ma. We attribute these stepwise climatic changes as revealed by our car- bonate δ18Orecord from the northeastern Tibetan Plateau to the sustained global cooling that may have reduced moist transport to Central Asia, which in turn led to a permanent aridification.

Environmental and rock magnetic studies of rapid fluctuations of Asian summer monsoon during the last interglacial maximum(MIS 5e)

A systematic environmental rock magnetic study of a century-millennial scale loesspaleosol sequence of the last interglacial in the Jiuzhoutai well section, Lanzhou, on the western Loess Plateau demonstrates that Asian summer monsoon experienced fast and large oscillations manifesting as three peaks and two valleys lasling about 1—2 ka. Valley 4 with a central age of 120.5 ka is the most evident, suggesting that summer monsoon was weakened nearly to a level in glaciations. This indicates that summer monsoon has a nature of instability in centurymillennial scale change in the last interglacial.

Mapping Microscale Strain Fields Around a Crack Tip in Molybdenum Via Geometric Phase Analysis and Digital Image Correlation

Uniaxial tension tests were conducted on single-edge-notched tensile specimens of pure molybdenum with a mesh grid pattern in front of the notch. A series of images of crack initialization and propagation with a distorted mesh grid pattern were obtained by means of in situ scanning electron microscopy. Strain fields around the crack tip were mapped successively using geometric phase analysis and digital image correlation techniques, and then compared with the predictions obtained through linear elastic fracture mechanics （LEFM）. The comparison shows that the measured strain distribution ahead of the crack tip is consistent with the LEFM predictions of up to 25 μm from the crack tip.
