Method In this paper, we propose a new generative adversarial network(GAN) that extends PU-GAN for upsampling of point clouds. Its core architecture aims to replace the traditional self-attention(SA) module with an implicit Laplacian offset attention(OA) module and to aggregate the adjacency features using a multiscale offset attention(MSOA)module, which adaptively adjusts the receptive field to learn various structural features. Finally, residual links are added to create our residual multiscale offset attention(RMSOA) module, which utilizes multiscale structural relationships to generate finer details. Result The results of several experiments show that our method outperforms existing methods and is highly robust.展开更多

The cause of this disease is still unclear. Due to the lack of specific clinical symptoms and imaging findings, it is often misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer. Clinicians are paying more and more attention to it. Case report: We are reporting an IgG4-RAIP case, in which the patient had been misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer and prepared for surgical treatment but finally was diagnosed as IgG4-RAIP after pancreatic biopsy and serum immune test. And the patient was recovered after the treatment of glucocorticoids. Discussion: In order to make more patients get correct diagnosis and reasonable treatment, when we encounter undiagnosed cases of pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer in clinical work, it is very important to conduct pancreatic biopsy and serum immune blood test before operation for these patients. Conclusion: Pancreatic biopsy and serum immune blood test can effectively reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis of IgG4-RAIP.展开更多

To represent a crack with gap as a nonlinear unidirectional rotational spring, the equivalent flexural rigidity of the cracked beam is derived with the generalized Dirac delta function. A closed-form general solution is obtained for bending of a Timoshenko beam with an arbitrary number of switching cracks. Three examples of bending of the Timoshenko beam are presented. The influence of the beam's slenderness ratio, the crack's depth, and the external load on the crack state and bending performances of the cracked beam is analyzed. It is revealed that a cusp exists on the deflection curve, and a jump on the rotation angle curve occurs at a crack location. The relation between the beam's deflection and load is bilinear, each part corresponding to an open or closed state of crack, respectively. When the crack is open, flexibility of the cracked beam decreases with the increase of the beam's slenderness ratio and the decrease of the crack depth. The results are useful in identifying non-destructive cracks on a beam.展开更多
