Power integrity (PI) has become a limiting factor for the chip's overall performance, and how to place in-package decoupling capacitors to improve a chip's PI performance has become a hot issue. In this paper, we propose an improved trans- mission matrix method (TMM) for fast decoupling capacitance allocation. An irregular grid partition mechanism is proposed, which helps speed up the impedance computation and complies better with the irregular power/ground (P/G) plane or planes with many vias and decoupling capacitors. Furthermore, we also ameliorate the computation procedure of the impedance matrix whenever decoupling capacitors are inserted or removed at specific ports. With the fast computation of impedance change, in-package decoupling capacitor allocation is done with an efficient change based method in the frequency domain. Experimental results show that our approach can gain about 5× speedup compared with a general TMM, and is efficient in restraining the noise on the P/G plane. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interferon combined with inhalant therapy for acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 56 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital between January 2015 and January 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and the therapies were reviewed and used to divide the patients into the control group (n=30) who received conventional inhalant therapy and the interferon group (n=26) who received interferon combined with inhalant therapy. Control group received salbutamol aerosol inhalation, and interferon group received interferon combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation. The differences in serum levels of inflammatory factors, airway remodeling indexes and immunoglobulins were compared between the two groups immediately after admission and after 48 h of treatment. Results:Immediately after admission, the differences in serum levels of inflammatory factors, airway remodeling indexes and immunoglobulins were not statistically significant between the two groups of patients. After 48 h of treatment, serum inflammatory factors IL-8, IL-17, IL-18, IL-25, IL-27 and IL-33 levels of interferon group were lower than those of control group;airway remodeling indexes VEGF, MMP-9 and TIMP1 levels were lower than those of control group;immunoglobulins IgA, IgG and IgM levels were higher than those of control group whereas IgE level was lower than that of control group. Conclusion:interferon combined with inhalant therapy can effectively reduce systemic inflammatory response, inhibit airway remodeling and optimize humoral immune function in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of small dose hormone on TLR3 expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of children with sepsis and its correlation with the change of the illness. Methods: Patients who were diagnosed with sepsis in Yan'an People's Hospital between June 2014 and September 2017 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, hormone group received small-dose glucocorticoid combined with routine therapy and control group accepted routine therapy;the TLR3 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood as well as the contents of inflammation molecules and oxidative stress molecules in serum were measured before treatment as well as 3 d, 5 d and 7 d after treatment. Results: 3 d, 5 d and 7 d after treatment, TLR3 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood as well as TNF-α, ICAM-1, sTREM1, Presepsin, HMGB1, ESM1, LPO and MDA contents in serum of both groups of children were lower than those before treatment whereas SOD and GSH-Px contents were higher than those before treatment, and TLR3 mRNA expression levels in peripheral blood as well as TNF-α, ICAM-1, sTREM1, Presepsin, HMGB1, ESM1, LPO and MDA contents in serum of hormone group were lower than those of control group whereas SOD and GSH-Px contents were higher than those of control group;the TLR3 mRNA expression of hormone group was positively correlated with TNF-α, ICAM-1, sTREM1, Presepsin, HMGB1, ESM1, LPO and MDA contents, and negatively correlated with SOD and GSH-Px contents. Conclusion: Small-dose hormone can inhibit the expression of TLR3 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of children with sepsis to inhibit the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response in the course of disease. 展开更多

This paper presents an efficient method for globally optimizing and automating component sizing for rotary traveling wave oscillator arrays. The lumped equivalent model of transmission lines loaded by inverter pairs is evaluated and posynomial functions for oscillation frequency, power dissipation, phase noise, etc. are formulated using transmission line theory. The re- sulting design problem can be posed as a geometric programJning problem, which can be efficiently solved with a convex opti- mization solver. The proposed method can compute the global optima more efficiently than the traditional iterative scheme and various design problems can be solved with the same circuit model. The globally optimal trade-off curves between competing objectives are also computed to carry out robust designs and quickly explore the design space. 展开更多
