目的分析COVID-19患者的临床特征与心肌损伤标志物的变化。方法回顾性收集2020年2月1日至2020年3月15日武汉市江夏区第一人民医院收治的COVID-19患者的临床资料,比较ICU组与非ICU组COVID-19患者在临床症状、实验室检查指标等方面的差异...目的分析COVID-19患者的临床特征与心肌损伤标志物的变化。方法回顾性收集2020年2月1日至2020年3月15日武汉市江夏区第一人民医院收治的COVID-19患者的临床资料,比较ICU组与非ICU组COVID-19患者在临床症状、实验室检查指标等方面的差异性。结果共纳入135例COVID-19患者,其中ICU组30例,非ICU组105例。ICU组患者在年龄(64.0 vs. 54.0)、基础疾病占比(56.7%vs.27.6%)方面显著高于非ICU组,但两组在性别上的差异无统计学意义。ICU组临床症状发生率普遍略高于非ICU组,但仅在呼吸困难(20.0%vs. 3.8%)方面两组差异达到统计学意义。ICU组在白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌红蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶等指标水平及其异常人数占比方面均显著高于非ICU组。ICU组中,死亡患者在肌钙蛋白T、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌红蛋白标志物水平与异常人数占比方面显著高于存活患者。结论伴有基础疾病的高龄COVID-19患者更易进展为危重症,COVID-19患者心肌损伤标志物水平的异常与患者病情严重程度和预后有一定相关性。展开更多
AIM: To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of threedimensional(3D) reconstruction for liver resection in patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE).METHODS: One-hundred and six consecutive patients with HAE...AIM: To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of threedimensional(3D) reconstruction for liver resection in patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE).METHODS: One-hundred and six consecutive patients with HAE underwent hepatectomy at our hospital between May 2011 and January 2015. Fifty-nine patients underwent preoperative 3D reconstruction and "virtual" 3D liver resection before surgery(Group A). Another 47 patients used conventional imaging methods for preoperative assessment(Group B). Outcomes of hepatectomy were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: There was no significant difference in preoperative data between the two groups. Compared with patients in Group B, those in Group A had a significantly shorter operation time(227.1 ± 51.4 vs 304.6 ± 88.1 min; P < 0.05), less intraoperative blood loss(308.1 ± 135.4 vs 458.1 ± 175.4 m L; P < 0.05), and lower requirement for intraoperative blood transfusion(186.4 ± 169.6 vs 289.4 ± 199.2 m L; P < 0.05). Estimated resection liver volumes in bothgroups had good correlation with actual graft weight(Group A: r = 0.978; Group B: r = 0.960). There was a significant higher serum level of albumin in Group A(26.3 ± 5.9 vs 22.6 ± 4.3 g/L, P < 0.05). Other postoperative laboratory parameters(serum levels of aminotransferase and bilirubin; prothrombin time) and duration of postoperative hospital stay were similar. Sixteen complications occurred in Group A and 19 in Group B. All patients were followed for 3-46(mean, 17.3) mo. There was no recurrence of lesions in Group A, but two recurrences in Group B. There were three deaths: two from cerebrovascular accident, and one from car accident.CONCLUSION: 3D reconstruction provides comprehensive and precise anatomical information for the liver. It also improves the chance of success and reduces the risk of hepatectomy in HAE.展开更多

A recent study reported that a point mutation (G/T) in the p53 binding sequence in a colon cancer cell line completely impaired p53R2 protein activity.METHODS: We screened the p53R2 gene coding regions and a regulatory region which contains a p53 binding sequence in 100 patients with colorectal adenoma and 100 control subjects using PCR, cold SSCP, and direct DNA sequencing.RESULTS: Although we did not identify genetic variation in all nine exons, four regulatory-region variants were found,of which three were single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (nt 1 789 C/G, nt 1 928 A/G, 1 933 T/C), and one was 20 bp insertion which replaced a ATTTT between nt 1 831 and 1 835. Additionally, we determined the frequency of these p53R2 variants in a recently concluded case-control study of incident sporadic colorectal adenomas (163 cases and 210 controls).CONCLUSION: Although more detailed functional characterizations of these polymorphisms remain to be undertaken, these polymorphic sites may be useful for identifying alleles associated with mis-splicing, additional transcript factors and, more generally, in cancer-susceptibility association studies.展开更多

Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)have attracted wide attention due to their potential of achieving merits of high-power output as well as high energy density.How-ever,the key issue of kinetics mismatch between anode and ca...Lithium-ion capacitors(LICs)have attracted wide attention due to their potential of achieving merits of high-power output as well as high energy density.How-ever,the key issue of kinetics mismatch between anode and cathode hinders the electrochemical performance of LICs.Therefore,a vanadium nitride composite with nanoparti-cles embedded in carbon matrix(VN-C)was prepared as an efficiently pseudocapacitive anode material with high electronic conductivity and fast Li-ion diffusion rate.The VN-C composites were synthesized through one-step ammonia heating treatment at different temperatures among which the sample annealed at 600℃exhibits high specific capacity(513 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)),outstanding rate performance(~300 mAh·g^(-1)at 10 A·g^(-1)),and excellent cyclic steadiness(negligible capacity decay over 2000 cycles)in half-cell devices.A high-performance lithium-ion capacitor device was also fabricated by using VN-C-600 as the anode and activated carbon as the cath-ode,delivering a maximum energy density of 112.6 Wh·kg^(-1)and an extreme power density of 10 kW·kg^(-1).展开更多
