Nowadays more and more manufacturing and logistics systems not only pursue better work efficiency, but also focus on green energy evaluation issues. Cost reduction and shortening of delivery time are always important management issues in pursuit of efficiency and optimization of the entire production system because of global production competition. In a market situation where customer needs change in various ways, in particular, due to inadequate quality, changes in the local environment, natural disasters and so on. Therefore, prompt planning of management measures such as switching work processes and changing production methods has become an important issue. On the other hand, since the Paris Agreement came into effect, the construction of an environment-friendly production system has been required as an approach to environmental problems such as global warming. In this paper, we propose an optimum switching model of production systems considering efficiency, delivery time and green evaluation using a green evaluation index (GEC: Green Energy Coefficient). We also discuss the optimal switching strategy by numerical observation.展开更多

Methods Ninety one randomly selected schoolchildren were divided into three groups according to their iron status. Iron status including hemoglobin (Hb), serum ferritin (SF), serum iron (SI) and sTfR was determined. Physical performance tests included maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) and maximum work time. Energy expenditure (EE) and daily physical activity were estimated by recording 24-h heart rate (HR). Dietary intake was assessed with frequency questionnaires, and physical activity level was estimated with frequency and physical activity questionnaires. Results Severe iron deficiency (IDA) impaired the aerobic capacity and habitual physical activity. When fat-free mass (FFM) was considered, VO2max (VO2max/FFM) was significantly lower in the iron-marginal group than in the iron-adequate groups among girls (P=0.02), but such a deference was not found among boys (P=0.28). Aerobic activity and EE at leisure were significantly lower in the severe iron deficient group than in the marginal iron deficient and iron adequate groups. Net HR at leisure time was correlated with lib, log SF, body weight, and FFM (P〈0.05). Conclusion The functional effect of iron deficiency on physical performance and habitual physical activity rely on the degree of current iron deficiency. Severe iron deficiency significantly impairs both aerobic capacity and habitual physical activity. Iron-marginal deficiency impairs VO2max/FFM in girls, rather than in boys.展开更多

文摘When a curling rock slides on an ice sheet with an initial rotation,a lateral movement occurs, which is known as the curling phenomenon. The force of friction between the curling rock and the ice sheet changes continually with changes in the environment;thus, the sport of curling requires great skill and experience. The throwing of the curling rock is a great challenge in robot design and control, and existing curling robots usually adopt a combination scheme of a wheel chassis and gripper that differs significantly from human throwing movements.A hexapod curling robot that imitates human kicking, sliding, pushing, and curling rock rotating was designed and manufactured by our group, and completed a perfect show during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Games.Smooth switching between the walking and throwing tasks is realized by the robot’s morphology transformation based on leg configuration switching. The robot’s controlling parameters, which include the kicking velocity v_(k),pushing velocity v_(p),orientation angle θc,and rotation velocityω,are determined by aiming and sliding models according to the estimated equivalent friction coefficientμ_(equ)and ratio e of the front and back frictions. The stable errors between the target and actual stopping points converge to 0.2 and 1.105 m in the simulations and experiments, respectively, and the error shown in the experiments is close to that of a well-trained wheelchair curling athlete. This robot holds promise for helping ice-makers rectify ice sheet friction or assisting in athlete training.

文摘Plant anatomy is patterned early during leaf development which suggests studying the spatial–temporal transcriptomes of primordia will help identify critical regulative and functional genes. We successfully isolated the leaf primordia tissues from the C3grass rice and the C4grass foxtail millet by laser capture microdissection(LCM)and studied the gene expression throughout leaf developmental stages. Our data analysis uncovered the conserved expression patterns of certain gene clusters both in rice and foxtail millet during leaf development. We revealed genes and transcription factors involved in vein formation, stomatal development, and suberin accumulation. We identified 79 candidate genes associated with functional regulation of C4anatomy formation.Screening phenotype of the candidate genes revealed that knock-out of a putative polar auxin transport related gene NAL1 resulted significantly reduced veinal space in rice leaf. Our present work provides a foundation for future analyses of genes with novel functions in grasses and their role in leaf development,in particular the role in leaves with a contrasting C3vs.C4biosynthetic pathway.

文摘Zinc metal anodes are gaining popularity in aqueous electrochemical energy storage systems for their high safety,cost-effectiveness,and high capacity. However, the service life of zinc metal anodes is severely constrained by critical challenges, including dendrites,water-induced hydrogen evolution, and passivation. In this study,a protective two-dimensional metal–organic framework interphase is in situ constructed on the zinc anode surface with a novel gel vapor deposition method. The ultrathin interphase layer(~1μm)is made of layer-stacking 2D nanosheets with angstrom-level pores of around 2.1Å,which serves as an ion sieve to reject large solvent–ion pairs while homogenizes the transport of partially desolvated zinc ions, contributing to a uniform and highly reversible zinc deposition. With the shielding of the interphase layer,an ultra-stable zinc plating/stripping is achieved in symmetric cells with cycling over 1000 h at 0.5 mA cm−2 and~700 h at 1 mA cm^(−2),far exceeding that of the bare zinc anodes(250 and 70 h).Furthermore,as a proof-of-concept demonstration, the full cell paired with MnO_(2) cathode demonstrates improved rate performances and stable cycling(1200 cycles at 1 A g−1).This work provides fresh insights into interphase design to promote the performance of zinc metal anodes.

文摘BACKGROUND Although surgery remains the primary treatment for gastric cancer(GC),the identification of effective alternative treatments for individuals for whom surgery is unsuitable holds significance.HER2 overexpression occurs in approximately 15%-20%of advanced GC cases, directly affecting treatment-related decisions.Spectral-computed tomography(sCT)enables the quantification of material compositions, and sCT iodine concentration parameters have been demonstrated to be useful for the diagnosis of GC and prediction of its invasion depth,angioge-nesis,and response to systemic chemotherapy. No existing report describes the prediction of GC HER2 status through histogram analysis based on sCT iodine maps(IMs).AIM To investigate whether whole-volume histogram analysis of sCT IMs enables the prediction of the GC HER2 status.METHODS This study was performed with data from 101 patients with pathologically confirmed GC who underwent preoperative sCT examinations.Nineteen parameters were extracted via sCT IM histogram analysis:The minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation, variance, coefficient of variation,skewness,kurtosis,entropy,percentiles(1st,5th,10th,25th,50th,75th,90th,95th,and 99th),and lesion volume.Spearman correlations of the parameters with the HER2 status and clinicopathological parameters were assessed.Receiver operating characteristic curves were used to evaluate the parameters’diagnostic performance.RESULTS Values for the histogram parameters of the maximum, mean, standard deviation, variance, entropy, and percentiles were significantly lower in the HER2+group than in the HER2–group(all P<0.05).The GC differentiation and Lauren classification correlated significantly with the HER2 status of tumor tissue(P=0.001 and 0.023,respectively).The 99th percentile had the largest area under the curve for GC HER2 status identification(0.740),with 76.2%,sensitivity,65.0%specificity,and 67.3%accuracy.All sCT IM histogram parameters correlated positively with the GC HER2 status(r=0.237-0.337,P=0.001-0.017).CONCLUSION Whole-lesion histogram parameters derived from sCT IM analysis, and especially the 99th percentile, can serve as imaging biomarkers of HER2 overexpression in GC.

Methods: The COVID-19 nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies were summarized and analyzed, including the formulation of the hospital partition, the improvement of the hospitalization process, environmental cleaning and disinfection, graded protection based on risk assessment, enhanced training on-site quality control inspection, data monitoring and evaluation, among others, and evaluating the effects by comparing before and after the intervention. Results: There were 159 patients admitted to the screening wards, including 98 males and 61 females, with a median age of 34 years (interquartile range (IQR): 15, 60) months. There were no abnormal findings in these patients and their families during follow-up. During the screening ward opening period, hand hygiene compliance was significantly improved. Fifty staff members in close contact with the contaminated area had tested for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which showed zero infections and no nosocomial infections occurred. Conclusions: For SARS-CoV-2 nosocomial infections, taking the “standard prevention & contact isolation & droplet isolation & air isolation” strategies can prevent patients and staff effectively.
文摘This paper aims to derive the optimal switching strategy for production system considering efficiency, delivery time and green evaluation. We also discuss the optimal switching strategy by numerical observation.

文摘Objectives To investigate relationship between iron deficiency of different degrees and physical performance and habitual activity of migrant schoolchildren at the age of 11-14 years. Iron-marginal deficiency impairs VO2max/FFM in girls, rather than in boys.

文摘Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is a common surgical complication.Diabetes mellitus(DM)increases risk of developing POCD after surgery.DM patients with POCD seriously threaten the quality of patients’life, however, the intrinsic mechanism is unclear, and the effective treatment is deficiency.Previous studies have demonstrated neuronal loss and reduced neurogenesis in the hippocampus in mouse models of POCD.In this study,we constructed a mouse model of DM by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, and then induced postoperative cognitive dysfunction by transient bilateral common carotid artery occlusion. We found that mouse models of DM-POCD exhibited the most serious cognitive impairment,as well as the most hippocampal neural stem cells(H-NSCs)loss and neurogenesis decline.Subsequently,we hypothesized that small extracellular vesicles secreted by induced pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells(iMSC-sEVs)might promote neurogenesis and restore cognitive function in patients with DM-POCD.iMSC-sEVs were administered via the tail vein beginning on day 2 after surgery, and then once every 3 days for 1 month thereafter. Our results showed that iMSC-sEVs treatment significantly recovered compromised proliferation and neuronal-differentiation capacity in H-NSCs,and reversed cognitive impairment in mouse models of DM-POCD.Furthermore,miRNA sequencing and qPCR showed miR-21-5p and miR-486-5p were the highest expression in iMSC-sEVs.We found iMSC-sEVs mainly transferred miR-21-5p and miR-486-5p to promote H-NSCs proliferation and neurogenesis. As miR-21-5p was demonstrated to directly targete Epha4 and CDKN2C,while miR-486-5p can inhibit FoxO1 in NSCs.We then demonstrated iMSC-sEVs can transfer miR-21-5p and miR-486-5p to inhibit EphA4,CDKN2C,and FoxO1 expression in H-NSCs.Collectively,these results indicate significant H-NSC loss and neurogenesis reduction lead to DM-POCD,the application of iMSC-sEVs may represent a novel cell-free therapeutic tool for diabetic patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
