In this perspective, through optimal computational fluid dynamics models and experiments, the relationship between power consumption, volumetric mass transfer rate(kLa) and initial bubble size(d0) was constructed to establish an efficient operation mode for the aeration process of non-Newtonian fluids. It was found that reducing the d0could significantly increase the oxygen mass transfer rate, resulting in an obvious decrease in the ventilation volume and impeller speed. When d0was regulated within 2-5 mm,an optimal kLa could be achieved, and 21% of power consumption could be saved, compared to the case of bubbles with a diameter of 10 mm.展开更多

However, the unfavorable phase transition and surface oxygen release limits the practical applica...LiCoO_(2) is the preferred cathode material for consumer electronic products due to its high volumetric energy density. However, the unfavorable phase transition and surface oxygen release limits the practical application of LiCoO_(2)at a high-voltage of 4.6 V to achieve a higher energy density demanded by the market. Herein, both bulk and surface structures of LiCoO_(2)are stabilized at 4.6 V through oxygen charge regulation by Gd-gradient doping. The enrichment of highly electropositive Gd on LiCoO_(2) surface will increase the effective charge on oxygen and improve the oxygen framework stability against oxygen loss.On the other hand, Gd ions occupy the Co-sites and suppress the unfavorable phase transition and microcrack. The modified LiCoO_(2) exhibits superior cycling stability with capacity retention of 90.1% over 200 cycles at 4.6 V, and also obtains a high capacity of 145.7 m Ah/g at 5 C. This work shows great promise for developing high-voltage LiCoO_(2) at 4.6 V and the strategy could also contribute to optimizing other cathode materials with high voltage and large capacity, such as cobalt-free high-nickel and lithiumrich manganese-based cathode materials.展开更多
Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the unfolded protein response,specifically the inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1)signaling pathway,in hypoxia-induced autophagy in human umbilical veno...Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the unfolded protein response,specifically the inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1)signaling pathway,in hypoxia-induced autophagy in human umbilical venous endothelial cells(HUVECs).Methods:The expression of IRE1 and autophagy relative protein in HUVECs with hypoxia was explored by Western blotting,qRT-PCR and confocal microscopy.Further,we evaluated the biological effects of HUVECs by tube formation assay and wound healing assay in vitro.Finally,we examined the function of IRE1 in local blood vessels through animal models,Results:Hypoxia activated the IRE1 signaling pathway and induced autophagy in a time-dependent manner in HUVECs and further influenced the biological effects of HUVECs.Intraperitoneal injection of IRE1 inhibitors inhibited local vascular autophagy levels and lipid accumulation in model animals.Conclusion:Hypoxia can induce autophagy and activate the IRE1 signaling pathway in HUVECs and the IRE1 signaling pathway is involved in autophagy in hypoxic conditions.展开更多
The fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),is native to the Americas.It has rapidly invaded 47 African countries and 18 Asian countries since the first detection of invasion into Nigeria and Ghana in 2016...The fall armyworm(FAW),Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),is native to the Americas.It has rapidly invaded 47 African countries and 18 Asian countries since the first detection of invasion into Nigeria and Ghana in 2016.It is regarded as a super pest based on its host range(at least 353 host plants),its inherent ability to survive in a wide range of habitats,its strong migration ability,high fecundity,rapid development of resistance to insecticides/viruses and its gluttonous characteristics.The inherently superior biological characteristics of FAW contribute to its invasiveness.Integrated pest management(IPM)of FAW has relied on multiple applications of monitoring and scouting,agricultural control,chemical pesticides,viral insecticides,sex attractants,bio-control agents(parasitoids,predators and entomopathogens)and botanicals.Knowledge gaps remain to be filled to:(1)understand the invasive mechanisms of S.frugiperda;(2)understand how to prevent its further spread and(3)provide better management strategies.This review summarizes the biological characters of FAW,their association with its invasiveness and IPM strategies,which may provide further insights for future management.展开更多
Bactrocera bryoniae and Bactrocera neohumeralis are highly destructive and major biosecurity/quarantine pests of fruit and vegetable in the tropical and subtropical regions in the South Pacific and Australia.Although ...Bactrocera bryoniae and Bactrocera neohumeralis are highly destructive and major biosecurity/quarantine pests of fruit and vegetable in the tropical and subtropical regions in the South Pacific and Australia.Although these pests have not established in China,precautions must be taken due to their highly destructive nature.Thus,we predicted the potential geographic distribution of B.bryoniae and B.neohumeralis across the world and in particular China by ecological niche modeling of the Maximum Entropy(Max Ent)model with the occurrence records of these two species.Bactrocera bryoniae and B.neohumeralis exhibit similar potential geographic distribution ranges across the world and in China,and each species was predicted to be able to distribute to over 20%of the globe.Globally,the potential geographic distribution ranges for these two fruit fly species included southern Asia,the central and the southeast coast of Africa,southern North America,northern and central South America,and Australia.While within China,most of the southern Yangtze River area was found suitable for these species.Notably,southern China was considered to have the highest risk of B.bryoniae and B.neohumeralis invasions.Our study identifies the regions at high risk for potential establishment of B.bryoniae and B.neohumeralis in the world and in particular China,and informs the development of inspection and biosecurity/quarantine measures to prevent and control their invasions.展开更多

Methods: The 36 cases of ovarian epit...Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the clinical effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection decreasing sideeffects of chemotherapy for patients with ovarian epithelial cancer. Methods: The 36 cases of ovarian epithelial cancer in The Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University(Guangzhou, China) from June 2010 to June 2013, were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The study group contained 18 cases using Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with TP(Taxol + Carboplatin/cisplatin) chemotherapy, and the control group contained 18 cases only using TP chemotherapy without Shenqi Fuzheng injection. During and after chemotherapy, the side-effects and therapy effects were observed. Results: The grade II of nausea and vomit were less in the study group than that in the control group, which was significantly different(P < 0.05). But there were no significantly differences in grade I of nausea and vomit between the two groups(P > 0.05). There was less degree of decrease of lymphocyte in the study group than that in the control group, which was significantly different(P < 0.05). But between two groups, there were no significant differences in the drop of white blood cells and red blood cells, the incidence of allergic reaction, liver and renal functions, nerve lesion and phalacrosis(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in chemotherapy effect between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection can in some degree relieve the side effects of TP chemotherapy for the patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, including relieving nausea and vomiting, protecting lymphocytes, and has no conflict effect on chemotherapy efficacy.展开更多
Gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)are one of the promising candidates for high-energy-density quasi-solid-state lithium metal batteries(QSSLMBs),for their high ionic conductivity and excellent interfacial compatibility.Th...Gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)are one of the promising candidates for high-energy-density quasi-solid-state lithium metal batteries(QSSLMBs),for their high ionic conductivity and excellent interfacial compatibility.The comprehension of dynamic evolution and structure-reactivity correlation at the GPE/Li interface becomes significant.Here,in situ electrochemical atomic force microscopy(EC-AFM)provides insights into the LiNO_(3)-regulated micromechanism of the Li plating/stripping processes upon cycles in GPE-based LMBs at nanoscale.The additive LiNO_(3)induces the formation of amorphous nitride SEI film and facilitates Li^(+) ion diffusion.It stabilizes a compatible interface and regulates the Li nucleation/growth at steady kinetics.The deposited Li is in the shape of chunks and tightly compact.The Li dissolution shows favorable reversibility,which guarantees the cycling performance of LMBs.In situ AFM monitoring provides a deep understanding into the dynamic evolution of Li deposition/dissolution and the interphasial properties of tunable SEI film,regulating the rational design of electrolyte and optimizing interfacial establishment for GPE-based QSSLMBs.展开更多

Here, we ...Lithium (Li) metal is a promising anode for the next generation high-energy–density batteries. However, the growth of Li dendrites, low coulombic efficiency and dramatic volume change limit its development. Here, we report a new synthetic poly-dioxolane (PDOL) approach to constructing an artificial 'elastic' SEI to stabilize the Li/electrolyte interface and the Li deposition/dissolution behavior in a variety of electrolytes. By coating PDOL with optimized molecular weights and synthetic routes on Li metal anode, the 'elastic' SEI layer could be maintained on top of the Li metal anode to accommodate the Li deposition/dissolution. No dendrite formation was observed during the cycling process, and the interfacial side reactions were reduced significantly. Consequently, we successfully achieved 330 cycles with a CE of 98.4% in ether electrolytes and 90 cycles with a CE of 94.3% in carbonate electrolytes. Simultaneously, the Li-metal batteries with LiFePO_(4) as cathodes also exhibited improved cycling performance. This strategy could promote the development of dendrite-free metal anodes toward high-performance Li-metal batteries.展开更多

Meth...Objective: To study the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for evaluating the angiogenesis of carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction and its correlation with the changes of plaque properties. Methods: The patients with carotid low-echo plaque detected by carotid artery ultrasound in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected as the research subjects, received at least 2 years of follow-up and divided into the cerebral infarction group who were with acute cerebral infarction during follow-up and the control group who were without cerebral infarction. CEUS was conducted on inclusion to measure the peak intensity (Peak) and time to peak (TP), and the serum was collected to determine the contents of angiogenesis molecules, inflammatory cytokines and collagen metabolism indexes. Results: The Peak level as well as serum VEGF, HGF, Ang-1, PDGF-BB, VE-cadherin, FKN, IL-17, ICTP, MMP10 and Caspase-3 contents of cerebral infarction group was higher than those of control group whereas TP level as well as serum IL-4, IL-10, TIMP1 and Vaspin contents was lower than those of control group;serum VEGF, HGF, Ang-1, PDGF-BB, VE-cadherin, FKN, IL-17, ICTP, MMP10 and Caspase-3 contents of cerebral infarction group were positively correlated with Peak level, and negatively correlated with TP level;serum IL-4, IL-10, TIMP1 and Vaspin contents were negatively correlated with Peak level, and positively correlated with TP level. This paper analyzes the traffic encrypted and transmitted by VPN and explores its classification method. By extracting the timing characteristics of the encrypted traffic, the classification model of the deep neural network was used to classify the traffic of seven different categories in the encrypted traffic, and compared with the commonly used naive Bayesian classification algorithm. At the same time, the batch size that affects the training of deep neural network models was studied. Experiments show that the classification ability of encrypted traffic classification model based on deep neural network is much better than the naive Bayesian method. During training, the batch size has different effects on the deep neural network model. When the batch size is 40, the deep neural network model has the best classification ability.展开更多

During and after chemotherapy, the side-effects and therapy effects were observed. Results: The grade II of nausea and vomit were less in the study group than that in the control group, which was significantly different(P < 0.05). But there were no significantly differences in grade I of nausea and vomit between the two groups(P > 0.05). There was less degree of decrease of lymphocyte in the study group than that in the control group, which was significantly different(P < 0.05). But between two groups, there were no significant differences in the drop of white blood cells and red blood cells, the incidence of allergic reaction, liver and renal functions, nerve lesion and phalacrosis(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in chemotherapy effect between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection can in some degree relieve the side effects of TP chemotherapy for the patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, including relieving nausea and vomiting, protecting lymphocytes, and has no conflict effect on chemotherapy efficacy.

文摘Gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)are one of the promising candidates for high-energy-density quasi-solid-state lithium metal batteries(QSSLMBs),for their high ionic conductivity and excellent interfacial compatibility.The comprehension of dynamic evolution and structure-reactivity correlation at the GPE/Li interface becomes significant.Here,in situ electrochemical atomic force microscopy(EC-AFM)provides insights into the LiNO_(3)-regulated micromechanism of the Li plating/stripping processes upon cycles in GPE-based LMBs at nanoscale.The additive LiNO_(3)induces the formation of amorphous nitride SEI film and facilitates Li^(+) ion diffusion.It stabilizes a compatible interface and regulates the Li nucleation/growth at steady kinetics.The deposited Li is in the shape of chunks and tightly compact.The Li dissolution shows favorable reversibility,which guarantees the cycling performance of LMBs.In situ AFM monitoring provides a deep understanding into the dynamic evolution of Li deposition/dissolution and the interphasial properties of tunable SEI film,regulating the rational design of electrolyte and optimizing interfacial establishment for GPE-based QSSLMBs.

文摘Lithium (Li) metal is a promising anode for the next generation high-energy–density batteries. However, the growth of Li dendrites, low coulombic efficiency and dramatic volume change limit its development. Here, we report a new synthetic poly-dioxolane (PDOL) approach to constructing an artificial 'elastic' SEI to stabilize the Li/electrolyte interface and the Li deposition/dissolution behavior in a variety of electrolytes. By coating PDOL with optimized molecular weights and synthetic routes on Li metal anode, the 'elastic' SEI layer could be maintained on top of the Li metal anode to accommodate the Li deposition/dissolution. No dendrite formation was observed during the cycling process, and the interfacial side reactions were reduced significantly. Consequently, we successfully achieved 330 cycles with a CE of 98.4% in ether electrolytes and 90 cycles with a CE of 94.3% in carbonate electrolytes. Simultaneously, the Li-metal batteries with LiFePO_(4) as cathodes also exhibited improved cycling performance. This strategy could promote the development of dendrite-free metal anodes toward high-performance Li-metal batteries.

文摘Improvement in synthetic fiber based composites is a hot topic in the material area.The incompatibility between the surfaces of synthetic fibers is a significant challenge due to fibers hydrophobic property.In this study,PET(polyethylene terephthalate) fibers based on low hydrophilic were slightly treated with NaOH or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS).SEM images showed that there were some pits on the surface of PET fibers treated by NaOH,while PET fibers treated by SDBS became smoother.The peaks at 3725 cm^(-1) and 3628 cm^(-1) were generated for PET fibers treated by NaOH,which was attributed to—OH produced from the ester group hydrolysis,but no same peak is shown for the treated ones by SDBS.Meanwhile,the crystallinity indices of the treated PET fibers slightly decreased.Compared with original PET fibers,the formation of sheet made from PET fibers treated by NaOH became worse,but that from SDBS treated PET fibers became better.
文摘Agriculture,as the primary industry,is the foundation of national economy.Agricultural development directly influences political,economic,and cultural construction of a state.Agricultural technology is a key factor restricting agricultural development.How to implement the agricultural technology innovation,agricultural technology extension becomes particularly important.In this literature review,current situation of agricultural technology extension was elaborated.Besides,current research situation and fields of agricultural technology extension were discussed.In the literature collected,researches about agricultural technology extension mainly included following three aspects:(i)theories of agricultural technology extension;(ii)agricultural technology extension system;(iii)behavior and effects of agricultural technology extension.On the basis of research results of literature,prediction was made for the agricultural technology extension and policy recommendations were put forward for agricultural technology extension works.

Sign language synthesis systems are effective to provide information services for people with hearing and speech impairments. This paper presents a framework of a sign language synthesis system application in CNDL, as well as discusses the relevant technologies applied in the system. CNDL has been a real practice area for the sign language synthesis research.

文摘Objective: To study the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for evaluating the angiogenesis of carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction and its correlation with the changes of plaque properties. Methods: The patients with carotid low-echo plaque detected by carotid artery ultrasound in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected as the research subjects, received at least 2 years of follow-up and divided into the cerebral infarction group who were with acute cerebral infarction during follow-up and the control group who were without cerebral infarction. CEUS was conducted on inclusion to measure the peak intensity (Peak) and time to peak (TP), and the serum was collected to determine the contents of angiogenesis molecules, inflammatory cytokines and collagen metabolism indexes. Results: The Peak level as well as serum VEGF, HGF, Ang-1, PDGF-BB, VE-cadherin, FKN, IL-17, ICTP, MMP10 and Caspase-3 contents of cerebral infarction group was higher than those of control group whereas TP level as well as serum IL-4, IL-10, TIMP1 and Vaspin contents was lower than those of control group;serum VEGF, HGF, Ang-1, PDGF-BB, VE-cadherin, FKN, IL-17, ICTP, MMP10 and Caspase-3 contents of cerebral infarction group were positively correlated with Peak level, and negatively correlated with TP level;serum IL-4, IL-10, TIMP1 and Vaspin contents were negatively correlated with Peak level, and positively correlated with TP level. Conclusion: CEUS parameters can be used to evaluate the angiogenesis in carotid plaque and the changes of plaque properties in patients with cerebral infarction.

文摘With the widespread use of network traffic encryption technology, the traditional traffic classification method has gradually become invalid, which increases the difficulty of network management and poses a serious threat to network security. This paper analyzes the traffic encrypted and transmitted by VPN and explores its classification method. By extracting the timing characteristics of the encrypted traffic, the classification model of the deep neural network was used to classify the traffic of seven different categories in the encrypted traffic, and compared with the commonly used naive Bayesian classification algorithm. At the same time, the batch size that affects the training of deep neural network models was studied. Experiments show that the classification ability of encrypted traffic classification model based on deep neural network is much better than the naive Bayesian method. During training, the batch size has different effects on the deep neural network model. When the batch size is 40, the deep neural network model has the best classification ability.
