针对现有区块链物联网体系主要采用链上存储摘要链下保留原始数据的存储方式中链上无法直接获得真实数据的问题,该研究提出了一种具有高价值密度的农业物联网数据区块链压缩存储方案。首先,边缘服务器将收集的同一批数据聚合到同一批事... 针对现有区块链物联网体系主要采用链上存储摘要链下保留原始数据的存储方式中链上无法直接获得真实数据的问题,该研究提出了一种具有高价值密度的农业物联网数据区块链压缩存储方案。首先,边缘服务器将收集的同一批数据聚合到同一批事务中;其次,设计离群值可处理的自适应有损压缩方法,在满足用户保真度要求的前提下降低数据冗余;最后,压缩数据上链,实现区块链上物联网数据的高价值密度存储。与现有方案相比,该方案能提高链上存储真实物联网数据的效率。试验结果表明,在使用自适应压缩方法压缩数据时,针对不同的数据集会自适应选取k值,在满足用户重建精度的前提下,获得良好压缩效果,减少链上存储空间,提高了数据价值密度;相对于风速之类频率较高的数据,温湿度、二氧化碳等变化频率较低的数据可以获得较高的压缩比;当假设正常数据压缩比为10:1时,该方案可节省约85%的链上存储空间,相应的价值密度提高了约85%。该研究可为农产品溯源过程中的物联网数据高效存储提供解决方案,为实现分布式农业物联网数据压缩存储提供技术支持。 展开更多

设计了一种自动化球型模拟果蔬收获机器人,该机器人主要由轮式可移动底盘、STM32主控系统、超声波避障系统、陀螺仪姿态调整系统、视觉识别系统和收获分拣机构等组成。采用C语言编写自动控制模块,Python结合OpenMV编写视觉识别控制模块... 设计了一种自动化球型模拟果蔬收获机器人,该机器人主要由轮式可移动底盘、STM32主控系统、超声波避障系统、陀螺仪姿态调整系统、视觉识别系统和收获分拣机构等组成。采用C语言编写自动控制模块,Python结合OpenMV编写视觉识别控制模块。样机测试结果显示:该机能完成指定路线运动,规避果园垄等障碍,正确识别应收果实,按分拣条件进行正确分拣,可自主完成果实采摘和收集功能。混合光照条件下果实收获成功率为85.4%,果实分拣成功率为88%,收获总时间为1′30″,通过5条垄,收获并分拣果实18个,验证了本系统的实用性和可靠性。 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effects of blood purification combined with Xuebijing on coagulation, immunity, inflammation and vascular factors in sepsis patients.Methods: 82 sepsis patients admitted to the Xuzhou Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random drawing method, 41 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the observation group were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, including antibiotic therapy, blood sugar control, respiratory support and nutritional support. The observation group was treated with continuous blood purification combined with Xuebijing on the basis of the control group. The changes of coagulation index, immune factor, inflammatory reaction and vascular factor levels were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:After treatment, the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), D-Dimer (DD), CD8+, procalcitonin (PCT), Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α), high mobility group box-B1 (HMGB1) and soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase,(sFLT)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were significantly higher than those before treatment;and the levels of APTT, PT, DD, CD8+, PCT, TNF-a, HMGB1 and sFLT in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and VEGF in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group, there was a significant difference in each indexes between the different groups after treatment. Conclusions:Continuous blood purification combined with Xuebijing therapy can effectively improve the coagulation function of sepsis patients, enhance the immune mechanism of patients, reduce inflammation and protect vascular endothelial function. 硅作为锂离子电池的负极材料在脱出/嵌入锂时会产生巨大的体积膨胀,使自身发生粉化现象,从而造成容量的快速衰减。现有研究表明Si纳米化、合金化后能够缓解体积变形所导致的破碎效应。为了高效制备纳米级Si-Sn粉体材料,采用等离子体电... 硅作为锂离子电池的负极材料在脱出/嵌入锂时会产生巨大的体积膨胀,使自身发生粉化现象,从而造成容量的快速衰减。现有研究表明Si纳米化、合金化后能够缓解体积变形所导致的破碎效应。为了高效制备纳米级Si-Sn粉体材料,采用等离子体电弧作为热源对Si进行纳米化处理,之后通过等离子体电弧实现Si-Sn粉体材料的纳米合金化,研究等离子体电流对Si及Si-Sn纳米粉体材料制备特性的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检测制备的物相,通过电池测试系统和电化学工作站检测硅纳米线作为负极材料时的电化学特性。结果表明使用等离子体电弧能够实现硅纳米线的高效制备,添加低熔点的Sn有利于硅纳米线管径尺度的均匀化。两组硅纳米线在第三次充放电循环后的效率均可保持在90%左右,其中Sn的加入能进一步提高硅负极的导电性和稳定性,循环60次后,电池的比容量为117.5 mAh/g。 展开更多

随着工业技术的快速发展,能源短缺与环境污染问题日益凸显,对人类生活和社会经济发展造成了严重影响.在这一背景下,加速能源系统转型、积极开发与利用可再生能源变得至关重要,成为当前研究领域的热点.同时,消除环境中的有毒有害物质也... 随着工业技术的快速发展,能源短缺与环境污染问题日益凸显,对人类生活和社会经济发展造成了严重影响.在这一背景下,加速能源系统转型、积极开发与利用可再生能源变得至关重要,成为当前研究领域的热点.同时,消除环境中的有毒有害物质也具有较高的研究价值,对维护生态平衡和人类健康具有重要意义.催化技术因在去除污染物和能源转换方面具有巨大的应用潜力而备受关注.其中,高熵氧化物因其具有多样可调的晶体结构和丰富的表面活性位点,展现出较好的催化性能,从而备受研究者关注.此外,稀土元素因以其相近的离子半径、独特的电子轨道和可变的氧化态,常被用作高熵氧化物的组成元素.通过引入稀土元素,可以有效改善高熵氧化物的结构和性能.近年来,稀土高熵氧化物在催化应用中取得较多的研究成果,然而却缺少对该方面工作系统全面的综述.本文旨在系统总结稀土高熵氧化物的结构特点、合成方法及其在催化领域的应用,以期为该领域的进一步发展提供有益的参考.本文从结构、合成及应用等方面,对稀土高熵氧化物在催化领域的研究进展进行了总结.首先,详细介绍了钙钛矿型、萤石型和烧绿石型三种类型稀土高熵氧化物的结构特征,并探讨了结构对催化反应过程的重要影响.研究表明,多组分的高熵效应保证了单相固溶体的形成和高温下的催化稳定性,而晶格畸变效应则促进了氧空位等活性位点的形成,进而提升了催化活性.复杂多变的晶体结构导致了离子扩散延迟,这也使得高熵材料在催化过程中具有优异稳定性.此外,揭示了多种元素间的协同作用对催化性能的提升作用.值得一提的是,非等摩尔金属成分也可形成高熵氧化物,为稀土高熵氧化物研究开辟了新的方向.其次,讨论了稀土高熵氧化物的合成方法,主要包括固相反应合成法、喷雾热解法、化学共沉淀法和溶液燃烧法,合成方法的选择和优化对于建立高熵系统至关重要.目前,众多简单快速的合成方法已取代耗时耗力的合成过程,为稀土高熵氧化物的制备提供了便利.最后,重点概述了稀土高熵氧化物在电催化、热催化和光催化中的应用进展,并详细介绍了多元素可调材料对反应活性的影响.同时,指出了稀土高熵氧化物未来发展所面临的挑战,并提出了相应的应对策略,以期为高熵系统的理论研究提供有力支撑.综上,稀土高熵氧化物因其复杂结构而展现出丰富的潜在催化反应性能,具有巨大的应用潜力.未来研究可以加强开发设计、精准调控结构以及深入分析反应机理,从而提升高熵氧化物的催化性能.希望本文能够为稀土高熵氧化物催化体系研究提供有益的参考. 展开更多

Herein, we develop ESM Cloud Toolkit for energy storage materials based on Mat Elab platform, which is designed as a convenient and accurate way to automatically record and save the raw data of scientific research. The ESM Cloud Toolkit includes multiple features such as automatic archiving of computational simulation data, post-processing of experimental data, and machine learning applications. It makes the entire research workflow more automated and reduces the entry barrier for the application of machine learning technology in the domain of energy storage materials. 背景与目的 现有研究显示,在确保安全切缘的前提下,≤2 cm含磨玻璃成分的早期肺癌宜采用亚肺叶切除,但部分病例需行肺叶切除以保证切缘。本研究探讨≤2 cm早期肺癌的大小、深度对楔形、肺段和肺叶切除手术方式的影响,以及如何确保亚肺... 背景与目的 现有研究显示,在确保安全切缘的前提下,≤2 cm含磨玻璃成分的早期肺癌宜采用亚肺叶切除,但部分病例需行肺叶切除以保证切缘。本研究探讨≤2 cm早期肺癌的大小、深度对楔形、肺段和肺叶切除手术方式的影响,以及如何确保亚肺叶切除的安全切缘。方法 回顾性分析2022年接受肺切除手术治疗的≤2 cm含磨玻璃成分的早期肺癌病例385例,包括楔形、肺段和肺叶切除术三组。深度测量肺结节内缘至所属肺支气管开口最短距离(OA值)及结节内缘至胸膜距离(AB值)。行肺段及肺叶切除术者,进行三维CT支气管血管重建(threedimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography,3D-CTBA),统计若行肺段切除术所需切除亚段数。统计楔形、肺段切除的切缘宽度和肺段切除所切除的亚段及数量。结果 在楔形、肺段和肺叶切除手术中,肺结节平均大小分别为(1.08±0.29) cm、(1.31±0.34) cm、(1.50±0.35) cm,结节的深度(AB值)分别为6.05 (5.26,6.85)cm、4.43(3.27,5.43) cm和3.04 (1.80,4.18) cm,均呈现逐渐增大的趋势(P<0.001)。肺段切除获得的中位切缘宽度为2.50 (1.50,3.00) cm,显著大于楔形切除的1.50 (1.15,2.00) cm (P<0.001)。当楔形切除切缘<2 cm时,AB值>2cm的病例占29.03%,高于切缘≥2 cm时AB值>2 cm的占比12.90%(P=0.019),以结节大小为切缘标准时,切缘/直径<1较切缘/直径≥1,AB值>2cm病例的比例依旧更高(37.50%vs 17.39%,P=0.009)。肺段组切除的中位亚段数为3个,肺叶组病例若行肺段切除须切除的中位亚段数为5个(P<0.001)。结论 肺癌结节大小和深度综合影响肺切除术方式的选择,本研究首次证实越深越大的肺结节需要切除更大范围的肺组织才能获得安全切缘,肺结节内缘距离最近胸膜≤2 cm可能是楔形切除的理想指征。 展开更多

Reasonably constructing an atomic interface is pronouncedly essential for surface-related gas-sensing reaction.Herein,we present an ingen-ious feedback-regulation system by changing the interactional mode between single Pt atoms and adjacent S species for high-efficiency SO_(2)sensing.We found that the single Pt sites on the MoS_(2)surface can induce easier volatiliza-tion of adjacent S species to activate the whole inert S plane.Reversely,the activated S species can provide a feedback role in tailoring the antibonding-orbital electronic occupancy state of Pt atoms,thus creating a combined system involving S vacancy-assisted single Pt sites(Pt-Vs)to synergistically improve the adsorption ability of SO_(2)gas molecules.Further-more,in situ Raman,ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy testing and density functional theory analysis demonstrate the intact feedback-regulation system can expand the electron transfer path from single Pt sites to whole Pt-MoS_(2)supports in SO_(2)gas atmosphere.Equipped with wireless-sensing modules,the final Pt1-MoS_(2)-def sensors array can further realize real-time monitoring of SO_(2)levels and cloud-data storage for plant growth.Such a fundamental understanding of the intrinsic link between atomic interface and sensing mechanism is thus expected to broaden the rational design of highly effective gas sensors. 展开更多

In the context of economic globalization,while multinational enterprises from developed countries occupy a high-end position in the global value chain,enterprises from developing countries are often marginalized in the world market.In China,resource-based state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are tasked with the mission of safeguarding resource security,and their internationalization development ideas and strategic deployment are significantly and fundamentally different from those of other non-state-owned enterprises and large multinational corporations.This study provides ideas for the globalization policies of enterprises in developing countries.We consider J Group in western China as a case and discuss its productive investment and global production network development from 2010 to 2019.We found that J Group was‘Partly'globalized,and there are multiple core nodes with the characteristics of centralized and decentralized coexistence in the production network;in addition,the overall layout centre shifted to Southeast Asia and China;however,its global production was restricted by the enterprise's investment security considerations,support and restrictions of the home country,political security risk of the host country,and sanctions from the West.These findings provide insights for future research:under the wave of anti-globalization and'internal circulation as the main body',resource SOEs should consider the potential risk of investment,especially keeping the middle and downstream industrial chain in China as much as possible. 展开更多

锌离子混合电容器(ZIHC)兼有电池高能量密度和电容器高功率密度的特点,是下一代能源存储设备的有力竞争者,但电池型阴极-电容型阳极ZIHC的研究中使用的多为电解质溶液,容易泄漏而导致安全风险。针对这一问题,文中以纤维素、羟乙基纤维... 锌离子混合电容器(ZIHC)兼有电池高能量密度和电容器高功率密度的特点,是下一代能源存储设备的有力竞争者,但电池型阴极-电容型阳极ZIHC的研究中使用的多为电解质溶液,容易泄漏而导致安全风险。针对这一问题,文中以纤维素、羟乙基纤维素和聚乙烯醇为原料,通过冷冻-解冻和电解液吸收的方法,快速制备了具有蜂巢状的三维网络形貌的凝胶聚合物电解质(GPE)。优化的GPE不仅具有良好力学性能(拉伸强度0.24 MPa、断裂伸长率289%),而且表现出较高的离子电导率(58.5 mS/cm)。使用GPE、二氧化锰阴极和活性炭阳极组成的ZIHC,其比电容和能量密度分别为31.5 F/g和15.0 Wh/kg,2 A/g充放电循环1.5×104次后比电容保持率约80%,展示出GPE在ZIHC领域中潜在的应用价值。原料环保和方便快捷的制备方法为能量存储和柔性可穿戴电子领域应用的GPE研究提供了新的思路。 展开更多

Silicon(Si)is a competitive anode material owing to its high theoretical capacity and low electrochemical potential.Recently,the prospect of Si anodes in solid-state batteries(SSBs)has been proposed due to less solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formation and particle pulverization.However,major challenges arise for Si anodes in SSBs at elevated temperatures.In this work,the failure mechanisms of Si-Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl(LPSC)composite anodes above 80℃are thoroughly investigated from the perspectives of interface stability and(electro)chemo-mechanical effect.The chemistry and growth kinetics of Lix Si|LPSC interphase are demonstrated by combining electrochemical,chemical and computational characterizations.Si and/or Si–P compound formed at Lix Si|LPSC interface prove to be detrimental to interface stability at high temperatures.On the other hand,excessive volume expansion and local stress caused by Si lithiation at high temperatures damage the mechanical structure of Si-LPSC composite anodes.This work elucidates the behavior and failure mechanisms of Si-based anodes in SSBs at high temperatures and provides insights into upgrading Si-based anodes for application in SSBs. 展开更多

Seeing is an important index to evaluate the quality of an astronomical site.To estimate seeing at the Muztagh-Ata site with height and time quantitatively,the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts reanalysis database(ERA5)is used.Seeing calculated from ERA5 is compared consistently with the Differential Image Motion Monitor seeing at the height of 12 m.Results show that seeing decays exponentially with height at the Muztagh-Ata site.Seeing decays the fastest in fall in 2021 and most slowly with height in summer.The seeing condition is better in fall than in summer.The median value of seeing at 12 m is 0.89 arcsec,the maximum value is1.21 arcsec in August and the minimum is 0.66 arcsec in October.The median value of seeing at 12 m is 0.72arcsec in the nighttime and 1.08 arcsec in the daytime.Seeing is a combination of annual and about biannual variations with the same phase as temperature and wind speed indicating that seeing variation with time is influenced by temperature and wind speed.The Richardson number Ri is used to analyze the atmospheric stability and the variations of seeing are consistent with Ri between layers.These quantitative results can provide an important reference for a telescopic observation strategy. 展开更多

The high ductility of Mg-Li alloy has been mainly ascribed to a high activity of pyramidal<c+a>slip to accommodate plastic strain.In the present study,however,a quantitative analysis reveals that Li-addition can only slightly stimulate the activation of pyramidal<c+a>slip under compression along the normal direction of a hot-rolled Mg-4.5 wt.%Li plate,with a relative activity of approximately 18%.Although the limited activity of pyramidal<c+a>slip alone cannot accommodate a large plastic strain,it effectively reduces the number of{10.11}−{10.12}double twins,which are believed to be favorable sites for crack initiation.The evidently reduced activity of double twins leads to a lower cracking tendency,and therefore improves ductility. 展开更多

The gut microbiota significantly influences host physiology and provides essential ecosystem services.While diet can affect the composition of the gut microbiota,the gut microbiota can also help the host adapt to specific dietary habits.The carrion crow(Corvus corone),an urban facultative scavenger bird,hosts an abundance of pathogens due to its scavenging behavior.Despite this,carrion crows infrequently exhibit illness,a phenomenon related to their unique physiological adaptability.At present,however,the role of the gut microbiota remains incompletely understood.In this study,we performed a comparative analysis using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing technology to assess colonic content in carrion crows and 16 other bird species with different diets in Beijing,China.Our findings revealed that the dominant gut microbiota in carrion crows was primarily composed of Proteobacteria(75.51%)and Firmicutes(22.37%).Significant differences were observed in the relative abundance of Enterococcus faecalis among groups,highlighting its potential as a biomarker of facultative scavenging behavior in carrion crows.Subsequently,E.faecalis isolated from carrion crows was transplanted into model mice to explore the protective effects of this bacterial community against Salmonella enterica infection.Results showed that E.faecalis down-regulated the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interferon gamma(IFN-γ),and interleukin 6(IL-6),prevented S.enterica colonization,and regulated the composition of gut microbiota in mice,thereby modulating the host’s immune regulatory capacity.Therefore,E.faecalis exerts immunoregulatory and anti-pathogenic functions in carrion crows engaged in scavenging behavior,offering a representative case of how the gut microbiota contributes to the protection of hosts with specialized diets. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Cystic lymphangioma is a rare benign tumor that affects the lymphatic system.Mesenteric lymphangiomas in the small bowel are extremely uncommon.CASE SUMMARY We present a 21-year-old female patient who complained of abdominal pain.The diagnosis of ovarian torsion was suspected after abdominopelvic unenhanced computed tomography and ultrasound revealed a large cyst in contact with the bladder,ovary,and uterus.The patient underwent emergency laparotomy per-formed by gynecologists,but it was discovered that the cystic tumor originated from the jejunum.Gastrointestinal surgeons were then called in to perform a cystectomy.Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of cystic lymphangioma of the mesentery.The patient had an uneventful postoperative recovery.CONCLUSION Mesenteric lymphangiomas can cause abdominal pain,and imaging techniques can help determine their characteristics,location,and size.Complete surgical excision and pathological examination are considered the standard treatment and diagnostic method. 展开更多
