In order to deal with general problems, there is always a need of accelerating Hadoop under certain circumstance such...Hadoop is a distributed data processing platform supporting MapReduce parallel computing framework. In order to deal with general problems, there is always a need of accelerating Hadoop under certain circumstance such as Hive jobs. By outputting current time to logs at specially selected points, we traced the workflow of a typical MapReduce job generated by Hive and making time statistics for every phase of the job. Using different data quantities, we compared the proportion of each phase and located the bottleneck points of Hadoop. We make two major optimization advices: (1) focus on using combine and optimizing Net Work and Disk IO when dealing with big jobs having a large number of intermediate results; (2) optimizing map function and Disk IO when dealing with short jobs.展开更多
Due to the hypoxic state of the tumor microenvironment(TME),photodynamic therapy(PDT)suffers from insufficient ROS production.The metal-polyphenol network-mediated Fenton reaction can generate reac-tive oxygen species...Due to the hypoxic state of the tumor microenvironment(TME),photodynamic therapy(PDT)suffers from insufficient ROS production.The metal-polyphenol network-mediated Fenton reaction can generate reac-tive oxygen species(ROS)by consuming H_(2)O_(2) in TME,improving the inadequate ROS generation problem of PDT.Therefore,synergistic therapy combining PDT and Fenton response-based CDT is a promising ap-proach for cancer treatment.Herein,a metal-polyphenol nanocomposite was deposited with gallic acid grafted hyaluronic acid and Fe^(3+) to contrast a Ce6 nano-delivery system(Ce6@HSF NPs)for melanoma synergistic therapy.Ce6@HSF NPs could be used as a Fenton reagent to induce the·OH production and enhance the PDT effect of Ce6 to a certain extent.After 4 h of cellular uptake,the fluorescence intensity of Ce6 in the Ce6@HSF NPs group was higher than 3 times that in the Ce6 group.The intracellular ROS generation level of the Ce6@HSF NPs(L)group combining CDT and PDT was higher than that of the Ce6 group and Ce6@HSF NPs group.In vitro and in vivo anti-melanoma studies show that Ce6@HSF NPs(L)group exhibited better anti-melanoma than other groups.Together,Ce6@HSF NPs provide a promising synergistic treatment potential for melanoma.展开更多
In this study,civil gas energy accidents reported by the China Gas Network and related organizations from 2012 to 2021 were collected,and a comprehensive multidimensional correlation analysis was conducted considering...In this study,civil gas energy accidents reported by the China Gas Network and related organizations from 2012 to 2021 were collected,and a comprehensive multidimensional correlation analysis was conducted considering factors such as accident timing,geography,causes,and casualties.The results identified July and August,Mondays and Sundays,and the morning,mid-day,and evening cooking times as the high-incidence months,days,and times for gas accidents,respectively.Gas accidents were found to occur more frequently in eastern coastal areas,provincial capitals,and larger cities,while residential and construction sites were identified as high-risk areas for gas accidents.Explosions were the most prevalent type of gas accident,followed by leaks,fires,and poisoning.Third-party construction and valve issues were identified as the primary factors contributing to gas leakage,whereas cooking was identified as the most common ignition source.An analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated a significant correlation among the gas accident factors.Moreover,a time-series prediction model was developed to forecast gas accidents in China,with the results demonstrating fluctuating gas accidents.This study proposes targeted preventive measures in terms of publicity,education,equipment,and facilities to provide scientific support to government units to improve civil gas energy security measures.展开更多
