Magnetic data has been widely applied in the tectonic division.High-resolution magnetic data were used to analyze the geotectonic zoning of the South China Sea.Based on the newly compilated magnetic data,the processin...Magnetic data has been widely applied in the tectonic division.High-resolution magnetic data were used to analyze the geotectonic zoning of the South China Sea.Based on the newly compilated magnetic data,the processing results and the distribution of known faults,we consider that the U-shaped line approximately along the South China Sea national boundary of China shown in the magnetic map is a significant geological and geophysical boundary.We first described the linear characteristics of the magnetic data and then applied pseudo-gravity,Euler deconvolution,tilt derivatives,and the texture segmentation method to process the data.Results show that the dividing line between the South China Sea and the surrounding blocks is approximately along this U-shaped line.The dividing line between the South China domain and the South China Sea domain is along with the Dongsha Islands to Xisha Trough,which is different from the previous geophysical zoning results.Our results are almost consistent with those of the gravity data indicating roughly the tectonic zonation along the U-shaped line.展开更多
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Yizhitongxuan decoction on learning and memory abilities, Gαq/11expression and Na+-K+-ATPenzymeactivityin rat models of Alzheimer's disease(AD) caused by injecting Aβ25-35 into...OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Yizhitongxuan decoction on learning and memory abilities, Gαq/11expression and Na+-K+-ATPenzymeactivityin rat models of Alzheimer's disease(AD) caused by injecting Aβ25-35 into the hippocampus.METHODS: Ninety male Wistar rats(age ≥10 months)were selected and injected with Aβ25-35 into their hippocampi to establish model animals,which were randomly divided into six groups including a sham-operated group(blank group), a model group, a donepezil HCL group(Western Medicinegroup),and ahigh/general/dilute concentrations of Yizhitongxuan decoction groups(TCMⅠⅡⅢgroup).The Morris watermaze was used to examine the learning and memory abilities of rats in each group by place navigation and spatial probe tests.Then, the rats were sacrificed to collect the hippocampi for biochemical tests, using western blotting to detect the expression of Gαq/11 and an ultramicro Na+-K+-ATP enzyme kit to measure Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.RESULTS:Yizhitongxuan decoction improved model rats' learning and memory abilities, and increased the expression of Gαq/11 in the hippocampus and the level of Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity in braintissue.CONCLUSION: Yizhitongxuan decoction could improve model rats' learning and memory abilities,and had a regulating effect on the expression of Gαq/11and Na+-K+-ATP enzyme activity.展开更多
It is difficult to remove and eliminate bubbles in microchannels in many devices used in various biomedical fields,such as those needed for microfluidic immunoassays,point-of-care testing,and cell biology evaluations....It is difficult to remove and eliminate bubbles in microchannels in many devices used in various biomedical fields,such as those needed for microfluidic immunoassays,point-of-care testing,and cell biology evaluations.Accumulated bubbles are associated with a number of negative outcomes,including a decrease in device sensitivity,inaccuracy of analysis results,and even functional failure.Xylem conduits of angiosperm have the ability to remove bubbles in obstructed conduits.Inspired by such an embolism repair mechanism,this paper proposes a bioinspired bubble removal method,which exhibits a prominent ability to dissolve bubbles continuously within a large range of flow rates(2μL/min-850 plVmin)while retaining the stability and continuity of the flow without auxiliary equipment.Such a method also shows significant bubble removal stability in dealing with Newtonian liquids and non-Newtonian fluids,especially with high viscosity(6.76 Pa s)and low velocity(152 nL/min).Such advantages associated with the proposed bioinspired method reveal promising application prospects in macro/microfluidic fields ranging from 3D printing,implantable devices,virus detection,and biomedical fluid processing to microscale reactor operation and beyond.展开更多
