合并红细胞增多症的冠心病患者发现重度OSAHS 1例

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)为上呼吸道阻塞导致复发性呼吸气流停止为特征的疾病,也是心血管疾病患者病死率增加的独立危险因素之一,严重者还可发生红细胞增多,有时难以与血液疾病鉴别。该文报道1例合并红细胞增多症的冠心... 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)为上呼吸道阻塞导致复发性呼吸气流停止为特征的疾病,也是心血管疾病患者病死率增加的独立危险因素之一,严重者还可发生红细胞增多,有时难以与血液疾病鉴别。该文报道1例合并红细胞增多症的冠心病患者,在未找到确切真性红细胞增多症的证据时,发现其患有重度OSAHS,经呼吸机辅助治疗低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留有所改善,但在长期治疗后仍未完全消除,考虑患者可能存在匹克威克综合征。 展开更多
