Foxp3基因在肺癌并胸腔积液患者胸水中的表达及临床意义

目的研究Foxp3基因在评估肺癌并胸腔积液患者胸膜转移的临床意义。方法分别检测肺癌并胸膜转移患者胸水中脱落细胞阳性率,通过RT-PCR法对肺癌并胸腔积液患者外周血、胸水Foxp3 mRNA水平进行检测。结果肺癌外周血及胸腔积液中Foxp3基因表达量明显升高;无论胸水脱落细胞是否阳性,胸膜转移患者胸腔积液中Foxp3基因表达量无明显差异,但较正常人外周血Foxp3表达量明显升高。结论肺癌并胸腔积液患者胸水中Foxp3基因表达水平有助于胸膜转移的评估,而且较胸水中脱落细胞检查更为敏感。
