Methods:24 wound surfaces of patients were divided into two groups. Experimental group was treated by Arnebia Root oil and the control was treated by petrolatum gauze. Histology, histochemistry, electron microscope methods and healing rate measurement were used to show the FGF expression and wound healing process. Results:Endogenous FGF were expressed in both of the groups, in which of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the wound surface healing rate of experimental group was also higher and paralleled with FGF expression. Conclusion:Arnebia Root oil has effects to promote FGF expression and enhances wound surface repair. The wound healing mechanism between the action of Arnebia Root oil and function of FGF need further investigating. 展开更多

Oxygen self-doping pyrolyzed polyacrylic acid as sulfur host with physical/chemical adsorption dual function for lithium-sulfur batteries

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries with high theoretical capacity and energy density need to solve problems such as the high decomposition energy barrier of Li_(2)S and large volume change of sulfur in the charging process caused by the shuttle effect before practical application.Herein,a green synthesis method is used to prepare polyacrylic acid(PAA)superabsorbent material,and then the pyrolyzed PAA(P/PAA)material is obtained as the positive electrode of Li-S battery.Density functional calculation reveals that the oxygen self-doping pyrolyzed polyacrylic acid(P/PAA)delivered stronger binding energy toward Li2S species in carbonyl C=O than that of graphite powder(GP)which are-1.58 eV and-1.02 eV,respectively.Coupled with the distribution of relaxation time analysis and the in-situ electrochemical impedance approach,it is further demonstrated that the designed P/PAA as sulfur host plays a physical/chemical adsorption dual function in maintaining the stability and rate performance of batteries.With an initial discharge capacity of 1258 mAh/g at 0.1 C and a minimal capacity decline of 0.05%per cycle even after 800 cycles at 0.5 C,the produced cathode demonstrated outstanding electrochemical performance.The average Coulombic efficiency is nearly 100%.The P/PAA electrodes may typically retain 96%of their capacity while declining on average only 0.033%per cycle after 130 cycles at 3 C.This effort provides a new method for the future development of heteroatomic self-doping superabsorbent with promising adsorption properties for polysulfides as cathode materials of Li-S batteries. 展开更多

As the basis of machine vision,the biomimetic image sensing devices are the eyes of artificial intelligence.In recent years,with the development of two-dimensional(2D)materials,many new optoelectronic devices are developed for their outstanding performance.However,there are still little sensing arrays based on 2D materials with high imaging quality,due to the poor uniformity of pixels caused by material defects and fabrication technique.Here,we propose a 2D MoS_(2)sensing array based on artificial neural network(ANN)learning.By equipping the MoS_(2)sensing array with a“brain”(ANN),the imaging quality can be effectively improved.In the test,the relative standard deviation(RSD)between pixels decreased from about 34.3%to 6.2%and 5.49%after adjustment by the back propagation(BP)and Elman neural networks,respectively.The peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR)and structural similarity(SSIM)of the image are improved by about 2.5 times,which realizes the re-recognition of the distorted image.This provides a feasible approach for the application of 2D sensing array by integrating ANN to achieve high quality imaging. 展开更多

初次全膝置换术后孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓的预后研究

目的回顾性分析初次全膝关节置换术后孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓形成患者,经两种抗凝方案处理后的预后情况及并发症情况,比较这两种抗凝方案的有效性及安全性。方法收集2017年1月至2021年11月在西安交通大学第二附属医院初次全膝关节置换... 目的回顾性分析初次全膝关节置换术后孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓形成患者,经两种抗凝方案处理后的预后情况及并发症情况,比较这两种抗凝方案的有效性及安全性。方法收集2017年1月至2021年11月在西安交通大学第二附属医院初次全膝关节置换术后诊断为孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓形成的患者,排除既往长期使用抗凝药物、有血栓病史、术前合并血栓、术后合并下肢其他部位深静脉血栓或确诊肺栓塞、有高出血风险不能使用抗凝药物、或对利伐沙班存在使用禁忌的患者。根据抗凝药物使用时限不同分为两组:3个月抗凝组(抗凝时限3个月)和6周抗凝组(抗凝时限6周),两组均口服利伐沙班20 mg 1次/d。所有病人均随访6个月,时间点为治疗后1、2、6、12和24周,观察血栓的转归情况、伤口及并发症情况。比较这两种抗凝方案对孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓的有效性和安全性。计量资料两组间比较采用独立样本t检验,计数资料采用卡方检验分析。结果顺利完成随访患者共215例。抗凝3个月组与抗凝6周组相比,两组转归情况结局相似(P>0.05)。经抗凝治疗6周后血栓近端蔓延发生率随着时间延长而降低,血栓溶解率渐升高。6周抗凝组出血发生率低于3个月抗凝组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);两组的不良切口发生率分别为4.1%、6.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初次全膝关节置换术后发生孤立性小腿肌间静脉血栓的患者,抗凝6周可能已经有足够的有效性和安全性,不需要进行3个月的抗凝。 展开更多

Nanogenerators were first demonstrated by deflecting aligned ZnO nanowires using a conductive atomic force microscopy(AFM)tip.The output of a nanogenerator is affected by three parameters:tip normal force,tip scanning speed,and tip abrasion.In this work,systematic experimental studies have been carried out to examine the combined effects of these three parameters on the output,using statistical design of experiments.A statistical model has been built to analyze the data and predict the optimal parameter settings.For an AFM tip of cone angle 70°coated with Pt,and ZnO nanowires with a diameter of 50 nm and lengths of 600 nm to 1μm,the optimized parameters for the nanogenerator were found to be a normal force of 137 nN and scanning speed of 40μm/s,rather than the conventional settings of 120 nN for the normal force and 30μm/s for the scanning speed.A nanogenerator with the optimized settings has three times the average output voltage of one with the conventional settings. 展开更多
