Two-dimensional black phosphorus(2D BP),an emerging material,has aroused tremendous interest once discovered.This is due to the fact that it integrates unprecedented properties of other 2D materials,such as tunable bandgap structures,outstanding electrochemical properties,anisotropic mechanical,thermodynamic,and photoelectric properties,making it of great research value in many fields.The emergence of 2D BP has greatly promoted the development of electrochemical energy storage devices,especially lithium-ion batteries.However,in the application of 2D BP,there are still some problems to be solved urgently,such as the difficulty in the synthesis of large-scale high-quality phosphorene,poor environmental stability,and the volume expansion as electrode materials.Herein,according to the latest research progress of 2D BP in the field of energy storage,we systematically summarize and compare the preparation methods of phosphorene and discuss the basic structure and properties of BP,especially the environmental instability and passivation techniques.In particular,the practical application and challenges of 2D BP as anode material for lithium-ion batteries are analyzed in detail.Finally,some personal perspectives on the future development and challenges of BP are presented. 展开更多

UV Light Induced Transformation of 1-Methylnaphthalene in the Presence of Air and Its Implications for Contaminants Research

Understanding chemical transformations of contaminants and the resulting products is extremely important in devising proper monitoring methods for such contaminants and in assessing potential human exposure to the transformation products in the environment. Ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun can induce various photochemical transformations of contaminants in the environment. Alkylnaphthalenes are light-molecular-weight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) which are one of the most widespread organic pollutants present in ambient air as a result of a variety of incomplete combustion sources. In this study, 1-methylnapthalene,a typical example of an alkylnaphthalene, was subjected to UV irradiation to investigate its transformation in the presence and absence of air. Twenty-one products were detected in the reaction mixtures. Some photo-oxidation products were identified, including both ring-opened and ring-retained oxygenated compounds, such as 1-naphthaldehyde, 1-naphthoic acid, 1-naphthalenemethanol and phthalic anhydride. Although dimeric products were observed in the presence of air, more were found in the presence of helium or argon gas, indicating a different photo-oxidation pathway from those commonly observed in other media, such as water. Under just 48 hours of exposure to the UV light in the presence of air, three major products were formed with a production yield of about 10% each. Compared to 1-methylnapthalene, the UV induced transformation products observed in this study are more volatile, acidic, water soluble or toxic. The formation of these products may significantly change our understanding of the risks assessed solely from the parent compound in contaminants research and supports the inclusion of airborne transformations of the parent compound in risk assessment. 展开更多

人博卡病毒1型(Human bocavirus 1,HBoV1)非结构蛋白NS1是多功能蛋白,对病毒复制有重要作用,同时可诱导宿主细胞凋亡。在研究NS1蛋白功能时,降低NS1蛋白对宿主细胞的毒性作用是急需解决的问题。基于此,文中建立了可调控表达HBoV1非结构... 人博卡病毒1型(Human bocavirus 1,HBoV1)非结构蛋白NS1是多功能蛋白,对病毒复制有重要作用,同时可诱导宿主细胞凋亡。在研究NS1蛋白功能时,降低NS1蛋白对宿主细胞的毒性作用是急需解决的问题。基于此,文中建立了可调控表达HBoV1非结构蛋白NS1的稳定细胞系。构建NS1重组慢病毒质粒(含可调控启动子),应用转染试剂将NS1重组慢病毒质粒转染至HEK293T细胞。通过嘌呤霉素筛选抗性细胞、多西环素诱导NS1表达,建立可稳定表达NS1-100、NS1-70蛋白的HEK 293T细胞系,利用荧光标记蛋白和Western blotting检测,确定NS1蛋白的表达。并在稳定表达NS1细胞系中转染HBoV1启动子-荧光素酶基因的质粒,分析NS1的反式转录激活活性。结果表明NS1蛋白可在建立的细胞系中稳定表达,且稳定表达NS1蛋白对HBoV1启动子有较强的激活活性,为进一步研究非结构蛋白NS1的功能及人博卡病毒致病机理奠定了良好的基础。 展开更多
