Corispermum is one of the most problematic taxonomic genera in Chenopodiaceae.To understand the phylogeny and infrageneric variation of Corispermum,we sequenced the nuclear ribosomal ITS region and two chloroplast DNA...Corispermum is one of the most problematic taxonomic genera in Chenopodiaceae.To understand the phylogeny and infrageneric variation of Corispermum,we sequenced the nuclear ribosomal ITS region and two chloroplast DNA regions(rbcL and psbB-psbH) of 22 species and three varieties of Corispermum and the related genus Agriophyllum.Several representative species of Salsola,Suaeda,Chenopodium,Kalidium and Camphorosma served as outgroups.Our phylogenetic trees confirm that the tribe Corispermeae is monophyletic,Corispermum and Agriophyllum have a close relationship.Corispermum is demonstrated to be monophyletic,and contains at least four clades which,consequently,are served as the foundation of the infrageneric sectional variation of Corispermum,in terms of a combination of molecular data and morphological characters.The evolution of morphological characters for fruit wing and apex,two important characters in generic classification,is consistent with the sectional division of Corispermum,especially to the East Asian and Chinese taxa.展开更多

The density functional theory(DFT) and time-dependent DFT calculation were expanded on H_3bptc, which point to the occurrence of “antenna effect”. The minor diameter samples of Eubptc, Tbbptc, and Gdbptc can also be attained via the microwave synthesis and employed for handwriting anticounterfeiting. Interestingly, the typical red emission of Eu^(3+) and green emission of Tb~(3+) could be fine-tuned by Gd^(3+) via chemical mixing to be full-color emissions bimetallic doped Eu_(x)Tb_(1-x)bptc, Eu_(x)Gd_(1-x)bptc, and Tb_(x)Gd_(1-x)bptc. The above synthetic bimetallic MOFs can be fixed in positioning boxes of quick response(QR) codes with diverse emission for anticounterfeiting. The message can be decoded under the irradiation of 365 nm ultraviolet lamp while invisible in the daylight. Notably, the trimetallic doped Eu_(0.12)Tb_(0.52)Gd_(0.36)bptc emits white light with the CIE color coordinate(0.34, 0.34). Furthermore, Tbbptc is demonstrated to be a sensitive probe toward nitrobenzene and acetone with multiple mechanisms.展开更多

This ...There are several studies on the impact of extreme weather on the incidence and mortality of stroke, but the research on the effect of extreme weather events on severity and outcome of ischemic stroke is scarce. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of cold spells on the severity and clinical outcomes of patients with initial acute ischemic stroke in a hospital-based study. We enrolled 553 patients with initial ischemic stroke during the cold seasons between 2016 and 2019. Patients were separated into the mild stroke group and moderate-to-severe stroke group according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) of the U.S., and good outcome group and poor outcome group according to modified Rankin Scale(mRS) scores. There are nine different definitions of cold spells according to intensities and duration time. After adjustment for climate factors, air quality index, and common risk factors, it is found that cold spells were associated with moderate-to-severe neurological deficits and clinical outcomes in overall ischemic stroke patients. Furthermore, the delay effect for stroke severity started at the beginning of the cold wave(Lag 0) and lasted up to 14 days(Lags 0–14). In addition, when a cold spell was set as a daily mean temperature < 3rd or 5th percentile and with a duration ≥ 2 or 3 consecutive days, cold spells had a significant impact on clinical outcomes, and there was a definite delay effect of at least 7 days(Lags 0–7) and it lasted up to 14days(Lags 0–14). At last, we concluded that cold spells may be a contributory factor for more severe neurological deficits and worse outcomes in patients with initial ischemic stroke.展开更多
