The occurrence characteristics of shale oil are of great significance to the movability of shale oil.In this study,the occurrence characteristics of oil in the shale matrix at Funing Formation shale in Subei Basin wer...The occurrence characteristics of shale oil are of great significance to the movability of shale oil.In this study,the occurrence characteristics of oil in the shale matrix at Funing Formation shale in Subei Basin were quantitatively evaluated by organic geochemistry and microscopic pore structure characterization experiments.The Multiple Isothermal Stages Pyrolysis(MIS)experiment results show that the content of total oil,adsorbed oil,and free oil in the shales are 3.15-11.25 mg/g,1.41-4.95 mg/g,and 1.74-6.51 mg/g,respectively.among which the silicon-rich shale has the best oil-bearing.The relative content of free oil shows an increasing trend in pores with pore diameters greater than 3 nm.When the relative content of free oil reaches 100%,the pore size of silicon-rich shale is about 200 nm,while that of calcium-rich shale,clay-rich shale,and siliceous mixed shale is about 10 nm.The occurrence law of adsorbed oil is opposite to that of free oil,which indicates that shale oil will occur in the pores and fractures in a free state in a more extensive pore size range(>200 nm).This study also enables us to further understand the occurrence characteristics of shale oil under the interaction of occurrence state and occurrence space.展开更多
We report a new high-sensitivity HⅠmapping observation of the NGC 5055 galaxy group over an area of 1°.5×0°.75 with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).Our observation revea...We report a new high-sensitivity HⅠmapping observation of the NGC 5055 galaxy group over an area of 1°.5×0°.75 with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).Our observation reveals that the warped HⅠdisk of NGC 5055 is more extended than what was previously observed by WSRT,out to239(61.7 kpc).The total HⅠmass of NGC 5055 is determined to be~1.1×10^(10)M_Θ.We identified three HⅠclouds with HⅠmasses of the order of~10^(7)M_Θat the southeastern edge of the HⅠdisk,as well as a candidate high-velocity cloud with an HⅠmass of(1.2±0.5)×10^(6)M_Θto the north of NGC 5055.The HⅠcontent of UGCA337 is robustly detected for the first time by the FAST observations.It has a narrow HⅠlinewidth of W_(50)=17.4±3.8 km s^(-1)with a total HⅠmass of(3.5±0.3)×10^(6)M_Θ.Comparing the gas content and g-r color of UGCA 337 with typical low-mass dwarf galaxies,UGCA 337 appears relatively gas-poor despite its blue color.This suggests that UGCA 337 may have undergone gas stripping in the past.We also analyzed the possible origin of the diffuse HⅠclouds located at the outskirts of NGC 5055,and speculate that they might be the remnant features of a merger event in the past.展开更多
Infrared dust bubbles play an important role in the study of star formation and the evolution of the interstellar medium.In this work,we study the infrared dust bubble N75 and the infrared dark cloud G38.93 mainly usi...Infrared dust bubbles play an important role in the study of star formation and the evolution of the interstellar medium.In this work,we study the infrared dust bubble N75 and the infrared dark cloud G38.93 mainly using the tracers C^(18)O,HCO^(+),HNC and N_(2)H^(+)observed by the 30 m IRAM telescope.We also study the targets using data from large-scale surveys:GLIMPSE,MIPSGAL,GRS,NRAO VLA Sky Survey and Bolocam Galactic Plane Survey.We found that the C^(18)O emission is morphologically similar to the Spitzer IRAC 8.0μm emission.The1.1 mm cold dust emission of G38.93 shows an elongated structure from southwest to northeast.The ionized gas from G38.93 is surrounded by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon emission,which may be excited by radiation from G38.93.We found that the identified young stellar objects tend to cluster around G38.93 and are mostly in class II with several class I cases distributed around N75,but no class II examples.We also found evidence of expanding feedback,which could have triggered star formation.展开更多
The initial condition of high-mass star formation is a complex area of study because of the high densities(n_(H_(2))>106cm^(-3))and low temperatures(T_(dust)<18 K)involved.Under such conditions,many molecules be...The initial condition of high-mass star formation is a complex area of study because of the high densities(n_(H_(2))>106cm^(-3))and low temperatures(T_(dust)<18 K)involved.Under such conditions,many molecules become depleted from the gas phase by freezing out onto dust grains.However,the N-bearing and deuterated species could remain gaseous under these extreme conditions,suggesting that they may serve as ideal tracers.In this paper,using the Plateau de Bure Interferometer and Very Large Array observations at 1.3 mm,3.5 mm,and 1.3 cm,we investigate the possible habitats for NH_(3),NH_(2)D,H^(13)CN,HC^(15)N,SO,and C^(18)O in eight massive precluster and protocluster clumps G18.17,G18.21,G23.97N,G23.98,G23.44,G23.97S,G25.38,and G25.71.We found that the NH3cores are in good agreement with the 3.5 mm peak emission,but the NH_(3)is much more extended than the 3.5 mm emission structure.The SO distributions agree well with the 3.5 mm peaks for the evolved star formation stage,but we did not detect any SO emission in the four earliest star formation sources.C^(18)O is a poor tracer in conditions of the cold(■18 K)and dense(■10^(4)cm^(-3))cores,e.g.,the prestellar cores.We also found that the NH_(2)D cores are mainly located in the temperature range of 13.0-20.0 K,and the NH_(2)D lines may be strongly depleted above 20 K.展开更多
BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6)contributes to the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders.However,there was no study concerning the relationship between IL...BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6)contributes to the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders.However,there was no study concerning the relationship between IL-6 concentrations and clinical features in the chronic phase of early-onset schizophrenia(EOS).AIM To investigate the relationship between serum IL-6 concentration and the clinical features of EOS.METHODS We measured serum IL-6 Levels from 74 patients with chronic schizophrenia,including 33 with age at onset<21 years(EOS group)and 41 with onset≥21 years in[adult-onset schizophrenia(AOS)group],and from 41 healthy controls.Symptom severities were evaluated using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS).RESULTS Serum IL-6 concentrations were higher in both EOS and AOS groups than healthy controls(F=22.32,P<0.01),but did not differ significantly between EOS and AOS groups(P>0.05)after controlling for age,body mass index,and other covariates.Negative symptom scores were higher in the EOS group than the AOS group(F=6.199,P=0.015).Serum IL-6 concentrations in the EOS group were negatively correlated with both total PANSS-negative symptom score(r=-0.389,P=0.032)and avolition/asociality subscore(r=-0.387,P=0.026).CONCLUSION Patients with EOS may have more severe negative symptoms than those with adult-onset schizophrenia during the chronic phase of the illness.IL-6 signaling may regulate negative symptoms and its avolition/asociality subsymptoms among the early-onset chronic schizophrenic patients.展开更多

This study aimed to explore neuropro...As an inhibitor of the Notch signaling pathway, N-[N-(3,5-difluorohenacetyl)-l-alanyl]-S-phenylglycine tert-butyl ester(DAPT) may protect brain tissue from serious ischemic injury. This study aimed to explore neuroprotection by DAPT after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury. DAPT was intraperitoneally injected 3 hours before the establishment of a focal cerebral I/R model in the right middle cerebral artery of obstructed mice. Longa scores were used to assess neurological changes of mice. Nissl staining and TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling staining were used to examine neuronal damage and cell apoptosis in the right prefrontal cortex, while immunofluorescence staining was used to detect glial fibrillary acidic protein-and Notch1-positive cells. Protein expression levels of Hes1 and Hes5 were detected by western blot assay in the right prefrontal cortex. Our results demonstrated that DAPT significantly improved neurobehavioral scores and relieved neuronal morphological damage. DAPT decreased the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein-and Notch1-positive cells in the right prefrontal cortex, while also reducing the number of apoptotic cells and decreasing interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α contents, and simultaneously downregulating Hes1 and Hes5 protein expression. These findings verify that DAPT alleviates pathological lesions and strengthens the anti-inflammatory response after cerebral I/R injury. Thus, DAPT might be developed as an effective drug for the prevention of cerebral I/R injury.展开更多
Panax ginseng is a slow-growing perennial plant.Panax ginseng extract has numerous biological activities,including antitumor,anti-inflammatory and antistress activities.Panax ginseng extract also has a cognition-enhan...Panax ginseng is a slow-growing perennial plant.Panax ginseng extract has numerous biological activities,including antitumor,anti-inflammatory and antistress activities.Panax ginseng extract also has a cognition-enhancing effect in rats with alcohol-induced memory impairment.In this study,we partially occluded the bilateral carotid arteries in the rat to induce chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,a wellknown model of vascular dementia.The rats were then intragastrically administered 50 or 100 mg/kg Panax ginseng extract.Morris water maze and balance beam tests were used to evaluate memory deficits and motor function,respectively.Protein quantity was used to evaluate cholinergic neurons.Immunofluorescence staining was used to assess the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein-positive cells.Western blot assay was used to evaluate protein levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,Bcl-2 and Bax.Treatment with Panax ginseng extract for 8 weeks significantly improved behavioral function and increased neuronal density and VEGF and b FGF protein expression in the hippocampal CA3 area.Furthermore,Panax ginseng extract reduced the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein-immunoreactive cells,and it decreased apoptosis by upregulating Bcl-2 and downregulating Bax protein expression.The effect of Panax ginseng extract was dose-dependent and similar to that of nimodipine,a commonly used drug for the treatment of vascular dementia.These findings suggest that Panax ginseng extract is neuroprotective against vascular dementia induced by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,and therefore might have therapeutic potential for preventing and treating the disease.展开更多
Corallorhiza sinensis,a new species of mycoheterotrophic orchid from western Sichuan,China,is described and illustrated based on molecular and morphological evidence.It is morphologically similar to Corallorhiza trifi...Corallorhiza sinensis,a new species of mycoheterotrophic orchid from western Sichuan,China,is described and illustrated based on molecular and morphological evidence.It is morphologically similar to Corallorhiza trifida,but can be distinguished by bigger flowers,both sepals and petals with 3 veins,and longer lateral lobes of lip.To distinguish the new Corallorhiza species and explore its phylogenetic position within subtribe Calypsoinae,this study employed sequences of the nuclear ribosomal DNA(nrDNA)and whole plastome assembled from the genome skimming approach.The plastome is 148,124 bp in length,including a pair of inverted repeats(IRs)of 26,165 bp,a large single-copy region(LSC)of 82,207 bp,and a small single-copy region(SSC)of 13,587 bp.Further,phylogenetic analyses were performed using nrDNA sequence and 79 coding sequences(CDSs)from 26 complete plastomes of subtribe Calypsoinae.The phylogenetic tree based on nrDNA sequence suggested that Corallorhiza is a monophyletic group,and strongly support C.sinensis as sister to the rest species of Corallorhiza.The plastid tree showed that 10 Corallorhiza species grouped into two clades and C.sinensis is most closely related to the North American C.striata and C.bentleyi instead of Oreorchis foliosa and O.angustata in the same clade.The plastid tree and nrDNA tree indicate Oreorchis is a paraphyletic.Although the topological conflicts are displayed between plastome and nrDNA phylogenies of C.sinensis,it is still the most closely related to Corallorhiza.Comparative analysis showed that C.sinensis populations are characteristic of the intermediate morphological traits between Corallorhiza and Oreorchis.The finding of this new species from China shed new light on the phylogeny of Oreorchis and Corallorhiza.展开更多

X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) methods were utilized to characterize the composition and microstructure of the treated samples. The results show that after two cryogenic treatments, the quantity of the precipitate hardening β phase increases, and the sizes of the precipitates are refined from 8-10μm to 2-4μm. This is expected to be due to the decreased solubility of aluminum in the matrix at low temperature and the significant plastic deformation owing to internal differences in thermal contraction between phases and grains. The polycrystalline matrix is also noticeably refined, with the sizes of the subsequent nanocrystalline grains in the range of 50-100 nm. High density dislocations are observed to pile up at the grain boundaries, inducing the dynamic recrystallization of the microstructure, leading to the generation of a nanocrystalline grain structure. After two deep cryogenic treatments, the tensile strength and elongation are found to be substantially increased, rising from 243 MPa and 4.4% of as-cast state to 299 MPa and 5.1%.展开更多

The primary outcome measures were clinical resolution, rates of bacterial eradication, individual clinical outcomes, cure rates, and bacterial eradication rates of different kinds of pathogens. Safety outcomes were the number of adverse effects(AEs). The final search was performed on August 2018.RESULTS: Eight RCTs were included. Five studies compared the efficacy and safety of besifloxacin with placebo, 2 studies compared besifloxacin with moxifloxacin, and 1 study compared besifloxacin with gatifloxacin. A total of 3105 patients met the inclusion criteria. Besifloxacin presented higher efficacy and safety than did placebo in clinical resolution, rates of bacterial eradication, individual clinical outcomes, cure rates, bacterial eradication rates of different kinds of pathogens and the number of AEs. There was no significant difference between besifloxacin and moxifloxacin or gatifloxacin in the comparison items mentioned above.CONCLUSION: Besifloxacin is highly effective and safe for treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Further comparative trials regarding the effect of besifloxacin for treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis will aid in treatment decisions.展开更多

The results indicate that the propagation of the crack in a cubic specimen under water pressure occurs in a mixed mode I-II if the crack face is not perpendicular to any of the principal stresses, and the crack most likely to propagate is the one that is perpendicular to the minor principal stress and propagates in mode I.展开更多
Objective to explore dynamic characteristics of the HIV mother to child transmission (MTCT) epidemic in China.Methods A deterministic dynamic transmission model was used to determine the effect of key parameters on ...Objective to explore dynamic characteristics of the HIV mother to child transmission (MTCT) epidemic in China.Methods A deterministic dynamic transmission model was used to determine the effect of key parameters on the likely long-term trends of the HIV MTCT epidemic in China.Matlab 7.0 was used to develop the model.Results The number of the susceptibles (S),the transmission rate (β),and the screening proportion (α) of HIV positive pregnant women have the greatest impact on the HIV MTCT epidemic in China.The growth of the MTCT epidemic in China could not be controlled only by decreasing the MTCT transmission rate.The prevalence of HIV positive women should be reduced and more pregnant women should be tested for HIV.Conclusion Prevention of MTCT (PMTCT) should focus not only on the reduction of HIV transmission rates and incidences of HIV among women but also on the increase of HIV testing for pregnant women.The most cost-effective PMTCT means for China should be investigated in future studies.展开更多

Methods An open cohort research of FSWs in Kaiyuan was created from surveys conducted in April 2008, October 2008, and April 2009. Two cross-sectional surveys of local clients were also carried out in May 2008 and November 2008. A model was developed to estimate the probability of unprotected heterosexual vaginal transmission of HIV-1 from clients to FSWs. Results The transmission probability from clients to FSWs was estimated as 0.0023 [95% CI 0.0014-0.0032] per unprotected heterosexual act. Conclusion The transmission probability among this group engaging in commercial sex in Yunnan province differs from that found in studies from other countries, and future studies should estimate the influence factors of HIV-1 transmission probability, such as stage of HIV infection, co-morbid sexually transmitted infections (STIs).展开更多
Field observational previously indicated a mouth bar of a fan delta could exhibit a fining-or coarseningupward trend,which bring a new challenge to the identification of mouth bar in subsurface studies due to the lack...Field observational previously indicated a mouth bar of a fan delta could exhibit a fining-or coarseningupward trend,which bring a new challenge to the identification of mouth bar in subsurface studies due to the lack of morphological descriptions.Previous studies have indicated that effluent behavior in rivermouth system can affect the vertical grain-size trend of mouth bar,but the drivers and magnitude of this phenomenon are not understood.We conducted flume experiments to investigate the mechanism and controlling factors of vertical grain-size trend of mouth bar.Experiment with a steeper slope of the substrate layer,greater discharge,higher sediment/water ratio,and coarser sediment induced a finingupward trend of mouth bar,because the effluent was dominated by strong inertia.Mouth bar in the experiment with a gentler slope of the substrate layer,smaller discharge,lower sediment/water ratio,and finer sediment exhibited a coarsening-upward trend dominated by the friction-dominated effluent.The relationship between the vertical grain-size trend of mouth bar and the gradients of foreset bedding in small-scale flume models and the cut-off of 15°-18°are applicable in natural systems.Identifying depositional setting to infer depositional process in river-mouth system and analyzing the plane geometry of sandbodies are two steps in the interpretation of ancient fan deltaic rock record.展开更多

Compared with previ- ous observations, the 12CO J=2-1 and 12CO J=3-2 lines both have asymmetric pro- files with an absorption dip. The velocity of the absorption dip is ~ 1.0 km s-1. The spectral shape may be caused by rotation. The velocity-integrated intensity map and position-velocity diagram of the 12CO J=2-1 line present an obvious bipolar com- ponent, further verifying that this region has an outflow motion. This region is also associated with an HII region, an IRAS source, and an H20 maser. The H20 maser has the velocity of 1.1 km s-1. Compared with the components of the outflow, we find that the H20 maser is not associated with the outflow. Using the large velocity gradi- ent model, we concluded that possible averaged gas densities of the blueshifted lobe and redshifted lobe are 1.0x 105 cm-3 and 2.0x 104 cm-a, while kinetic temperatures are 26.9 K and 52.9 K, respectively. Additionally, the outflow has a higher integrated intensity ratio (Ico J=3 - 2/Ico J=2 - 1).展开更多

We performed a multiwavelength study of the nebula with data taken from several large-scale surveys: GLIMPSE, MIPSGAL, IRAS, NVSS, GRS and JCMT. We analyzed the spectral pro- file and the distribution of the molecular gas (13CO J -- 1 - 0 and J -- 3 - 2), and the dust in the environment of N68. The position-velocity diagram clearly shows that N68 may be expanding outward. We used two three-color images of the mid-infrared emis- sion to explore the physical environment, and one color-color diagram to investigate the distribution of young stellar objects (YSOs). We found that the 24 p^m emission is surrounded by the 8.0 ~m emission. Morphologically, the 1.4 GHz continuum strongly correlates with the 24 gm emission, and the 13CO J -- 1 - 0 and J -- 3 - 2 emissions correlate well with the 8.0 p^m emission. We investigated two compact cores located in the shell of N68. The spectral intensity ratios of 13CO J -- 3 - 2 to J = 1 - 0 range from 5 to 0.3. In addition, YSOs, masers, IRAS and UC HII regions are distributed in the shell of the bubble. The active region may be triggered by the expansion of the bubble N68.展开更多

From these observations, we iden- tified three IRDCs with systemic velocities of 108.36 ± 0.06 (cloud A), 104.22 ± 0.11 (cloud B) and 75.73 ± 0.07 km s-1 (cloud C) in the line of sight towards IRDC G31.23. Analyses of the molecular and dust emission suggest that cloud A is a filamentary structure containing a young stellar object; clouds B and C both include a starless core. Clouds A and B are gravitationally bound and have a chance to form stars. In addition, the velocity information and the position-velocity diagram suggest that clouds A and B are adjacent in space and provide a clue hinting at a possible cloud-cloud collision. Additionally, the distribution of dust temperature shows a temperature bubble. The compact core in cloud A is associated with an UCHII region, an IRAS source, H20 masers, CH3OH masers and OH masers, suggesting that massive star formation is active there. We estimate the age of the HII region to be (0.03-0.09)Myr, indicating that the star inside is young.展开更多
We have performed a multi-wavelength study toward a quasi-sinusoidal filament(CFG028.68–0.28). A new large-scale ^12CO J = 3-2 map was obtained from the China-Cologne Observation for Sub Millimeter Astronomy(CCOSMA) ...We have performed a multi-wavelength study toward a quasi-sinusoidal filament(CFG028.68–0.28). A new large-scale ^12CO J = 3-2 map was obtained from the China-Cologne Observation for Sub Millimeter Astronomy(CCOSMA) 3m radio telescope. Based on the ATLASGAL catalog, we have identified 27 dust clumps in the filament. Through the relationship between the mass and radius of these clumps, 67% of these clumps are dense and massive enough to potentially form massive stars. The obtained CFE is ~11% in the filament. The filament has a linear mass density of ~305 M⊙pc^-1, which is smaller than its critical mass to length ratio. This suggests that the external pressure from the neighboring H Ⅱ regions may help prevent the filament from dispersing under the effects of turbulence. Comparing the energy injection from outflows and H Ⅱ regions in the filament, the ionization feedback from the H Ⅱ regions can help maintain the observed turbulence.展开更多

文摘The occurrence characteristics of shale oil are of great significance to the movability of shale oil.In this study,the occurrence characteristics of oil in the shale matrix at Funing Formation shale in Subei Basin were quantitatively evaluated by organic geochemistry and microscopic pore structure characterization experiments.The Multiple Isothermal Stages Pyrolysis(MIS)experiment results show that the content of total oil,adsorbed oil,and free oil in the shales are 3.15-11.25 mg/g,1.41-4.95 mg/g,and 1.74-6.51 mg/g,respectively.among which the silicon-rich shale has the best oil-bearing.The relative content of free oil shows an increasing trend in pores with pore diameters greater than 3 nm.When the relative content of free oil reaches 100%,the pore size of silicon-rich shale is about 200 nm,while that of calcium-rich shale,clay-rich shale,and siliceous mixed shale is about 10 nm.The occurrence law of adsorbed oil is opposite to that of free oil,which indicates that shale oil will occur in the pores and fractures in a free state in a more extensive pore size range(>200 nm).This study also enables us to further understand the occurrence characteristics of shale oil under the interaction of occurrence state and occurrence space.

文摘We report a new high-sensitivity HⅠmapping observation of the NGC 5055 galaxy group over an area of 1°.5×0°.75 with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST).Our observation reveals that the warped HⅠdisk of NGC 5055 is more extended than what was previously observed by WSRT,out to239(61.7 kpc).The total HⅠmass of NGC 5055 is determined to be~1.1×10^(10)M_Θ.We identified three HⅠclouds with HⅠmasses of the order of~10^(7)M_Θat the southeastern edge of the HⅠdisk,as well as a candidate high-velocity cloud with an HⅠmass of(1.2±0.5)×10^(6)M_Θto the north of NGC 5055.The HⅠcontent of UGCA337 is robustly detected for the first time by the FAST observations.It has a narrow HⅠlinewidth of W_(50)=17.4±3.8 km s^(-1)with a total HⅠmass of(3.5±0.3)×10^(6)M_Θ.Comparing the gas content and g-r color of UGCA 337 with typical low-mass dwarf galaxies,UGCA 337 appears relatively gas-poor despite its blue color.This suggests that UGCA 337 may have undergone gas stripping in the past.We also analyzed the possible origin of the diffuse HⅠclouds located at the outskirts of NGC 5055,and speculate that they might be the remnant features of a merger event in the past.

文摘Infrared dust bubbles play an important role in the study of star formation and the evolution of the interstellar medium.In this work,we study the infrared dust bubble N75 and the infrared dark cloud G38.93 mainly using the tracers C^(18)O,HCO^(+),HNC and N_(2)H^(+)observed by the 30 m IRAM telescope.We also study the targets using data from large-scale surveys:GLIMPSE,MIPSGAL,GRS,NRAO VLA Sky Survey and Bolocam Galactic Plane Survey.We found that the C^(18)O emission is morphologically similar to the Spitzer IRAC 8.0μm emission.The1.1 mm cold dust emission of G38.93 shows an elongated structure from southwest to northeast.The ionized gas from G38.93 is surrounded by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon emission,which may be excited by radiation from G38.93.We found that the identified young stellar objects tend to cluster around G38.93 and are mostly in class II with several class I cases distributed around N75,but no class II examples.We also found evidence of expanding feedback,which could have triggered star formation.

文摘The initial condition of high-mass star formation is a complex area of study because of the high densities(n_(H_(2))>106cm^(-3))and low temperatures(T_(dust)<18 K)involved.Under such conditions,many molecules become depleted from the gas phase by freezing out onto dust grains.However,the N-bearing and deuterated species could remain gaseous under these extreme conditions,suggesting that they may serve as ideal tracers.In this paper,using the Plateau de Bure Interferometer and Very Large Array observations at 1.3 mm,3.5 mm,and 1.3 cm,we investigate the possible habitats for NH_(3),NH_(2)D,H^(13)CN,HC^(15)N,SO,and C^(18)O in eight massive precluster and protocluster clumps G18.17,G18.21,G23.97N,G23.98,G23.44,G23.97S,G25.38,and G25.71.We found that the NH3cores are in good agreement with the 3.5 mm peak emission,but the NH_(3)is much more extended than the 3.5 mm emission structure.The SO distributions agree well with the 3.5 mm peaks for the evolved star formation stage,but we did not detect any SO emission in the four earliest star formation sources.C^(18)O is a poor tracer in conditions of the cold(■18 K)and dense(■10^(4)cm^(-3))cores,e.g.,the prestellar cores.We also found that the NH_(2)D cores are mainly located in the temperature range of 13.0-20.0 K,and the NH_(2)D lines may be strongly depleted above 20 K.

文摘BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6)contributes to the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders.However,there was no study concerning the relationship between IL-6 concentrations and clinical features in the chronic phase of early-onset schizophrenia(EOS).AIM To investigate the relationship between serum IL-6 concentration and the clinical features of EOS.METHODS We measured serum IL-6 Levels from 74 patients with chronic schizophrenia,including 33 with age at onset<21 years(EOS group)and 41 with onset≥21 years in[adult-onset schizophrenia(AOS)group],and from 41 healthy controls.Symptom severities were evaluated using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS).RESULTS Serum IL-6 concentrations were higher in both EOS and AOS groups than healthy controls(F=22.32,P<0.01),but did not differ significantly between EOS and AOS groups(P>0.05)after controlling for age,body mass index,and other covariates.Negative symptom scores were higher in the EOS group than the AOS group(F=6.199,P=0.015).Serum IL-6 concentrations in the EOS group were negatively correlated with both total PANSS-negative symptom score(r=-0.389,P=0.032)and avolition/asociality subscore(r=-0.387,P=0.026).CONCLUSION Patients with EOS may have more severe negative symptoms than those with adult-onset schizophrenia during the chronic phase of the illness.IL-6 signaling may regulate negative symptoms and its avolition/asociality subsymptoms among the early-onset chronic schizophrenic patients.

文摘As an inhibitor of the Notch signaling pathway, N-[N-(3,5-difluorohenacetyl)-l-alanyl]-S-phenylglycine tert-butyl ester(DAPT) may protect brain tissue from serious ischemic injury. This study aimed to explore neuroprotection by DAPT after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury. DAPT was intraperitoneally injected 3 hours before the establishment of a focal cerebral I/R model in the right middle cerebral artery of obstructed mice. Longa scores were used to assess neurological changes of mice. Nissl staining and TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling staining were used to examine neuronal damage and cell apoptosis in the right prefrontal cortex, while immunofluorescence staining was used to detect glial fibrillary acidic protein-and Notch1-positive cells. Protein expression levels of Hes1 and Hes5 were detected by western blot assay in the right prefrontal cortex. Our results demonstrated that DAPT significantly improved neurobehavioral scores and relieved neuronal morphological damage. DAPT decreased the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein-and Notch1-positive cells in the right prefrontal cortex, while also reducing the number of apoptotic cells and decreasing interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α contents, and simultaneously downregulating Hes1 and Hes5 protein expression. These findings verify that DAPT alleviates pathological lesions and strengthens the anti-inflammatory response after cerebral I/R injury. Thus, DAPT might be developed as an effective drug for the prevention of cerebral I/R injury.

文摘Panax ginseng is a slow-growing perennial plant.Panax ginseng extract has numerous biological activities,including antitumor,anti-inflammatory and antistress activities.Panax ginseng extract also has a cognition-enhancing effect in rats with alcohol-induced memory impairment.In this study,we partially occluded the bilateral carotid arteries in the rat to induce chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,a wellknown model of vascular dementia.The rats were then intragastrically administered 50 or 100 mg/kg Panax ginseng extract.Morris water maze and balance beam tests were used to evaluate memory deficits and motor function,respectively.Protein quantity was used to evaluate cholinergic neurons.Immunofluorescence staining was used to assess the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein-positive cells.Western blot assay was used to evaluate protein levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor,Bcl-2 and Bax.Treatment with Panax ginseng extract for 8 weeks significantly improved behavioral function and increased neuronal density and VEGF and b FGF protein expression in the hippocampal CA3 area.Furthermore,Panax ginseng extract reduced the number of glial fibrillary acidic protein-immunoreactive cells,and it decreased apoptosis by upregulating Bcl-2 and downregulating Bax protein expression.The effect of Panax ginseng extract was dose-dependent and similar to that of nimodipine,a commonly used drug for the treatment of vascular dementia.These findings suggest that Panax ginseng extract is neuroprotective against vascular dementia induced by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion,and therefore might have therapeutic potential for preventing and treating the disease.

文摘Corallorhiza sinensis,a new species of mycoheterotrophic orchid from western Sichuan,China,is described and illustrated based on molecular and morphological evidence.It is morphologically similar to Corallorhiza trifida,but can be distinguished by bigger flowers,both sepals and petals with 3 veins,and longer lateral lobes of lip.To distinguish the new Corallorhiza species and explore its phylogenetic position within subtribe Calypsoinae,this study employed sequences of the nuclear ribosomal DNA(nrDNA)and whole plastome assembled from the genome skimming approach.The plastome is 148,124 bp in length,including a pair of inverted repeats(IRs)of 26,165 bp,a large single-copy region(LSC)of 82,207 bp,and a small single-copy region(SSC)of 13,587 bp.Further,phylogenetic analyses were performed using nrDNA sequence and 79 coding sequences(CDSs)from 26 complete plastomes of subtribe Calypsoinae.The phylogenetic tree based on nrDNA sequence suggested that Corallorhiza is a monophyletic group,and strongly support C.sinensis as sister to the rest species of Corallorhiza.The plastid tree showed that 10 Corallorhiza species grouped into two clades and C.sinensis is most closely related to the North American C.striata and C.bentleyi instead of Oreorchis foliosa and O.angustata in the same clade.The plastid tree and nrDNA tree indicate Oreorchis is a paraphyletic.Although the topological conflicts are displayed between plastome and nrDNA phylogenies of C.sinensis,it is still the most closely related to Corallorhiza.Comparative analysis showed that C.sinensis populations are characteristic of the intermediate morphological traits between Corallorhiza and Oreorchis.The finding of this new species from China shed new light on the phylogeny of Oreorchis and Corallorhiza.

文摘AZ91 magnesium alloy was subjected to a deep cryogenic treatment. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) methods were utilized to characterize the composition and microstructure of the treated samples. The results show that after two cryogenic treatments, the quantity of the precipitate hardening β phase increases, and the sizes of the precipitates are refined from 8-10μm to 2-4μm. This is expected to be due to the decreased solubility of aluminum in the matrix at low temperature and the significant plastic deformation owing to internal differences in thermal contraction between phases and grains. The polycrystalline matrix is also noticeably refined, with the sizes of the subsequent nanocrystalline grains in the range of 50-100 nm. High density dislocations are observed to pile up at the grain boundaries, inducing the dynamic recrystallization of the microstructure, leading to the generation of a nanocrystalline grain structure. After two deep cryogenic treatments, the tensile strength and elongation are found to be substantially increased, rising from 243 MPa and 4.4% of as-cast state to 299 MPa and 5.1%.
文摘AIM: To evaluate the relative efficacy and safety of besifloxacin for treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis.METHODS: A comprehensive search in PubMed, EMBASE Web of Science, Cochrane Central Database and CNKI was undertaken for randomized controlled trials(RCTs) comparing besifloxacin with other treatments or placebo. The primary outcome measures were clinical resolution, rates of bacterial eradication, individual clinical outcomes, cure rates, and bacterial eradication rates of different kinds of pathogens. Safety outcomes were the number of adverse effects(AEs). The final search was performed on August 2018.RESULTS: Eight RCTs were included. Five studies compared the efficacy and safety of besifloxacin with placebo, 2 studies compared besifloxacin with moxifloxacin, and 1 study compared besifloxacin with gatifloxacin. A total of 3105 patients met the inclusion criteria. Besifloxacin presented higher efficacy and safety than did placebo in clinical resolution, rates of bacterial eradication, individual clinical outcomes, cure rates, bacterial eradication rates of different kinds of pathogens and the number of AEs. There was no significant difference between besifloxacin and moxifloxacin or gatifloxacin in the comparison items mentioned above.CONCLUSION: Besifloxacin is highly effective and safe for treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Further comparative trials regarding the effect of besifloxacin for treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis will aid in treatment decisions.

文摘The electrochemical dissolution and passivation of laser additive manufactured Ti6Al4V were investigated through Tafel polarization,potentiostatic polarization and AC impedance measurements.The results show that the solution treatment−aging(STA)process aggravates the element micro-segregation compared to the annealing process,leading to varied Al and V contents of the phases from different samples.It is proven that either Al-rich or V-rich condition can highly affect the electrochemical dissolution behaviors due to thermodynamical instability caused by element segregation.The dissolution rate in the metastable passivation process is controlled by the stability of the produced film that is affected by phases distribution,especially the difficult-to-dissolve phase.And then,the dissolution rate of the phases in the transpassivation region is consistent with the rank in the activation process because the dense film is not capable of being produced.Compared to the annealed sample,the higher dissolution rate of the STA sample is beneficial to the electrochemical machining(ECM)of Ti6Al4V.

文摘Hydraulic fracturing in the soil core of earth-rockfill dams is a common problem affecting the safety of the dams. Based on fracture tests, a new criterion for hydraulic fracturing in cohesive soil was suggested. Using this criterion, the mechanisms of hydraulic fracturing in cubic soil specimens were investigated. The results indicate that the propagation of the crack in a cubic specimen under water pressure occurs in a mixed mode I-II if the crack face is not perpendicular to any of the principal stresses, and the crack most likely to propagate is the one that is perpendicular to the minor principal stress and propagates in mode I.

文摘Objective to explore dynamic characteristics of the HIV mother to child transmission (MTCT) epidemic in China.Methods A deterministic dynamic transmission model was used to determine the effect of key parameters on the likely long-term trends of the HIV MTCT epidemic in China.Matlab 7.0 was used to develop the model.Results The number of the susceptibles (S),the transmission rate (β),and the screening proportion (α) of HIV positive pregnant women have the greatest impact on the HIV MTCT epidemic in China.The growth of the MTCT epidemic in China could not be controlled only by decreasing the MTCT transmission rate.The prevalence of HIV positive women should be reduced and more pregnant women should be tested for HIV.Conclusion Prevention of MTCT (PMTCT) should focus not only on the reduction of HIV transmission rates and incidences of HIV among women but also on the increase of HIV testing for pregnant women.The most cost-effective PMTCT means for China should be investigated in future studies.

文摘Objective To estimate the probability of unprotected heterosexual vaginal transmission of HIV-1 from clients to Female Sex Workers (FSWs) in Kaiyuan County, Yunnan province, China, and analyze factors which impact the transmission probability. Methods An open cohort research of FSWs in Kaiyuan was created from surveys conducted in April 2008, October 2008, and April 2009. Two cross-sectional surveys of local clients were also carried out in May 2008 and November 2008. A model was developed to estimate the probability of unprotected heterosexual vaginal transmission of HIV-1 from clients to FSWs. Results The transmission probability from clients to FSWs was estimated as 0.0023 [95% CI 0.0014-0.0032] per unprotected heterosexual act. Conclusion The transmission probability among this group engaging in commercial sex in Yunnan province differs from that found in studies from other countries, and future studies should estimate the influence factors of HIV-1 transmission probability, such as stage of HIV infection, co-morbid sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

文摘Field observational previously indicated a mouth bar of a fan delta could exhibit a fining-or coarseningupward trend,which bring a new challenge to the identification of mouth bar in subsurface studies due to the lack of morphological descriptions.Previous studies have indicated that effluent behavior in rivermouth system can affect the vertical grain-size trend of mouth bar,but the drivers and magnitude of this phenomenon are not understood.We conducted flume experiments to investigate the mechanism and controlling factors of vertical grain-size trend of mouth bar.Experiment with a steeper slope of the substrate layer,greater discharge,higher sediment/water ratio,and coarser sediment induced a finingupward trend of mouth bar,because the effluent was dominated by strong inertia.Mouth bar in the experiment with a gentler slope of the substrate layer,smaller discharge,lower sediment/water ratio,and finer sediment exhibited a coarsening-upward trend dominated by the friction-dominated effluent.The relationship between the vertical grain-size trend of mouth bar and the gradients of foreset bedding in small-scale flume models and the cut-off of 15°-18°are applicable in natural systems.Identifying depositional setting to infer depositional process in river-mouth system and analyzing the plane geometry of sandbodies are two steps in the interpretation of ancient fan deltaic rock record.

文摘We have carried out observations of 12CO J=2-1 and 12CO J=3-2 to- ward the high-mass protostellar candidate IRAS 20188+3928. Compared with previ- ous observations, the 12CO J=2-1 and 12CO J=3-2 lines both have asymmetric pro- files with an absorption dip. The velocity of the absorption dip is ~ 1.0 km s-1. The spectral shape may be caused by rotation. The velocity-integrated intensity map and position-velocity diagram of the 12CO J=2-1 line present an obvious bipolar com- ponent, further verifying that this region has an outflow motion. This region is also associated with an HII region, an IRAS source, and an H20 maser. The H20 maser has the velocity of 1.1 km s-1. Compared with the components of the outflow, we find that the H20 maser is not associated with the outflow. Using the large velocity gradi- ent model, we concluded that possible averaged gas densities of the blueshifted lobe and redshifted lobe are 1.0x 105 cm-3 and 2.0x 104 cm-a, while kinetic temperatures are 26.9 K and 52.9 K, respectively. Additionally, the outflow has a higher integrated intensity ratio (Ico J=3 - 2/Ico J=2 - 1).

文摘We investigated the environment of the infrared dust bubble N68 and searched for evidence of triggered star formation in its surroundings. We performed a multiwavelength study of the nebula with data taken from several large-scale surveys: GLIMPSE, MIPSGAL, IRAS, NVSS, GRS and JCMT. We analyzed the spectral pro- file and the distribution of the molecular gas (13CO J -- 1 - 0 and J -- 3 - 2), and the dust in the environment of N68. The position-velocity diagram clearly shows that N68 may be expanding outward. We used two three-color images of the mid-infrared emis- sion to explore the physical environment, and one color-color diagram to investigate the distribution of young stellar objects (YSOs). We found that the 24 p^m emission is surrounded by the 8.0 ~m emission. Morphologically, the 1.4 GHz continuum strongly correlates with the 24 gm emission, and the 13CO J -- 1 - 0 and J -- 3 - 2 emissions correlate well with the 8.0 p^m emission. We investigated two compact cores located in the shell of N68. The spectral intensity ratios of 13CO J -- 3 - 2 to J = 1 - 0 range from 5 to 0.3. In addition, YSOs, masers, IRAS and UC HII regions are distributed in the shell of the bubble. The active region may be triggered by the expansion of the bubble N68.

文摘We performed a multiwavelength study towards the infrared dark cloud (IRDC) G31.23+0.05 with new CO observations from Purple Mountain Observatory and archival data (the GLIMPSE, MIPSGAL, HERSCHEL, ATLASGAL, BGPS and NVSS surveys). From these observations, we iden- tified three IRDCs with systemic velocities of 108.36 ± 0.06 (cloud A), 104.22 ± 0.11 (cloud B) and 75.73 ± 0.07 km s-1 (cloud C) in the line of sight towards IRDC G31.23. Analyses of the molecular and dust emission suggest that cloud A is a filamentary structure containing a young stellar object; clouds B and C both include a starless core. Clouds A and B are gravitationally bound and have a chance to form stars. In addition, the velocity information and the position-velocity diagram suggest that clouds A and B are adjacent in space and provide a clue hinting at a possible cloud-cloud collision. Additionally, the distribution of dust temperature shows a temperature bubble. The compact core in cloud A is associated with an UCHII region, an IRAS source, H20 masers, CH3OH masers and OH masers, suggesting that massive star formation is active there. We estimate the age of the HII region to be (0.03-0.09)Myr, indicating that the star inside is young.

文摘We have performed a multi-wavelength study toward a quasi-sinusoidal filament(CFG028.68–0.28). A new large-scale ^12CO J = 3-2 map was obtained from the China-Cologne Observation for Sub Millimeter Astronomy(CCOSMA) 3m radio telescope. Based on the ATLASGAL catalog, we have identified 27 dust clumps in the filament. Through the relationship between the mass and radius of these clumps, 67% of these clumps are dense and massive enough to potentially form massive stars. The obtained CFE is ~11% in the filament. The filament has a linear mass density of ~305 M⊙pc^-1, which is smaller than its critical mass to length ratio. This suggests that the external pressure from the neighboring H Ⅱ regions may help prevent the filament from dispersing under the effects of turbulence. Comparing the energy injection from outflows and H Ⅱ regions in the filament, the ionization feedback from the H Ⅱ regions can help maintain the observed turbulence.
