[Methods]The I. cicadae Miq. strain was inoculated into the liquid culture medium with different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,micronutrients and p H,cultured in the constant temperature shaking incubator with rotating speed of 120 r/min at 19℃,and the mycelium pellet diameter,density and weight were compared between different treatments. [Results] The results showed that the optimum components of I. cicadae Miq.strain liquid included soluble starch,milk powder and vitamin B_(12),and the optimum p H was 5. 0-6. 0. [Conclusions] Soluble starch was the most suitable carbon source for the culture medium of I. cicadae Miq. liquid strain; milk powder was the most suitable nitrogen source for the culture medium of I. cicadae Miq. liquid strain; the most suitable p H was 5. 0-9. 0 for the mycelial growth of I. cicadae Miq.; the formula and mixture ratio of the optimum culture medium for the growth of liquid strain were determined.展开更多
High-speed maglev trains will play an important role in the high-speed transportation system in the near future.However,under the conditions of strong magnetic fields and continuous operation,the actuators of the high...High-speed maglev trains will play an important role in the high-speed transportation system in the near future.However,under the conditions of strong magnetic fields and continuous operation,the actuators of the high-speed maglev train suspension system are prone to lose partial effectiveness,which makes the suspension control problem challenging.In addition,most existing fault-tolerant control(FTC)methods for suspension systems require linearization around the equilibrium points during the controller design or stability analysis.Therefore,from a practical perspective,this study presents a novel nonlinear FTC strategy with adaptive compensation for high-speed maglev train suspension systems.First,a nonlinear dynamic model of the suspension system based on join-structure is established and the actuator failures are described.Then,a nonlinear fault-tolerant suspension control law with an adaptive update law is designed to achieve stable suspension against partial actuator failure.The Lyapunov theory and extended Barbalat lemma are utilized to rigorously prove the closed-loop asymptotic stability even if there is partial actuator failure,without any approximation to the original nonlinear dynamics.Finally,hardware experimental results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多
The plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)technique is well suited for fabricating optical filters with continuously variable refractive index profiles;however,it is not clear how the optical and structural ...The plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)technique is well suited for fabricating optical filters with continuously variable refractive index profiles;however,it is not clear how the optical and structural properties of thin films differ when deposited on different substrates.Herein,silicon nitride films were deposited on silicon,fused silica,and glass substrates by PECVD,using silane and ammonia,to investigate the effects of the substrate used on the optical properties and structures of the films.All of the deposited films were amorphous.Further,the types and amounts of Si-centered tetrahedral Si–SivN4-v bonds formed were based upon the substrates used;Si–N4 bonds with higher elemental nitrogen content were formed on Si substrates,which lead to obtaining higher refractive indices,and the Si–SiN3 bonds were mainly formed on glass and fused silica substrates.The refractive indices of the films formed on the different substrates had a maximum difference of0.05(at 550 nm),the refractive index of SiNx films formed on silicon substrates was 1.83,and the refractive indices of films formed on glass were very close to those formed on fused silica.The deposition rates of these SiNx films are similar,and the extinction coefficients of all the films were lower than 10-4.展开更多

Microbi...Steroidal drugs have wide indications such as anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, endocrine regulation,fertility management. Phytosterol is the main starting materials for the industrial synthesis of steroid drugs. Microbial transformation of phytosterol is a simple and environmentally friendly process. Efficient microbial strains for industrial phytosterol transformation are critical for the commercial success. To this end, a 96-well plate based method was developed to discriminate the mixture of 4-androstene-3,17-dione, androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione, and bisnoraldehyde, with different ratio of the 3 components in the mixture, which mimics the sterol bioconversion products by using the Mycobacterium neoaurum. The M. neoaurum bioconversed broth test using phytosterol as substrate also found that the spectrum methodology can evaluate the relative content of different compounds. The method is practical, high throughput and can replace the conventional HPLC-based assay for rapid selection of desired microbial strains.展开更多
