Phaeopigment amounts in pond water and in feces of fish were compared . The reduction of chlorophylla into phaeopigments in the process of passing through the phytophagous fish intestines was analyzed , and used for a direct comparison of the production rates of phytoplanktons before and after intestinal passage . 展开更多
