目的了解张家口市医学生安全与急救素养现状,分析其影响因素,为进一步开展安全与急救教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取张家口市1730名医学生进行问卷调查。运用Epi Data 3.1软件进行问卷录入,SPSS 22.0软件进行...目的了解张家口市医学生安全与急救素养现状,分析其影响因素,为进一步开展安全与急救教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取张家口市1730名医学生进行问卷调查。运用Epi Data 3.1软件进行问卷录入,SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果张家口市医学生安全与急救素养具备比例为91.92%,对煤气中毒的预防与救护知晓率最高(98.71%),地震逃离知晓率最低(61.18%)。安全与急救素养的主要影响因素为父亲的文化程度(大专及以上OR=10.234,95%CI:2.233~46.890)、母亲的文化程度(初中/高中/中专OR=1.626,95%CI:1.046~2.528)、母亲的职业(农民及农民工OR=6.350,95%CI:3.722~10.835)、家庭月均收入(5000元以上OR=9.043,95%CI:2.873~28.466)、个人月生活费(500~1000元OR=1.621.95%CI:1.063~2.473)。互联网(80.80%)、电视广播(78.92%)、书籍杂志报纸(77.52%)、学校健康教育课程(76.46%)是获取相关知识的主要途径。结论张家口市医学生安全与急救素养整体水平较高,安全与急救素养水平与家庭经济条件、学生月生活费及家长的职业与文化程度有关。展开更多

Both compounds are isos...Two lanthanide coordination polymers, {[Ln(Hbidc)(bidc)(H2 O)3]·3 H2 O}n(H3 bidc = benzimidazole-5,6-dicarboxylic acid, Ln = Eu(1), Sm(2)) have been hydrothermally synthesized. Both compounds are isostructure and crystallize in the P21/c space group of monoclinic system. Complex 1: a = 11.087(6), b = 8.972(5), c = 23.064(13) ?, b = 95.027(5)o, V = 2285.4(2) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 669.35, Dc = 1.945 g/cm3, F(000) = 1328, S = 1.044, μ = 2.827 mm-1, R = 0.0393 and wR = 0.0801 for 3458 observed reflections(I > 2s(I)). Complex 2: a = 11.087(6), b = 8.972(5), c = 23.064(13) ?, b = 95.027(5)°, V = 2285.4(2) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 667.74, Dc = 1.941 g/cm3, F(000) = 1324, S = 1.071, μ = 2.652 mm-1, R = 0.0329 and wR = 0.0809 for 3744 observed reflections(I > 2s(I)). Complexes 1 and 2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analyses(TGA). The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complexes 1 and 2 are the isostructural 1 D zigzag chain structures, which are further extended into a 3 D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds and p···p stacking interactions. Furthermore, the thermal stability, UV-vis absorption spectra and fluorescent properties of complexes 1 and 2 have been investigated and discussed in detail.展开更多
