Dezert-Smarandache(DSm) theory, a new information fusion theory, is widely applied in image processing, multiple targets tracking identification, and other areas for its excellent processing ability of imperfect information. However, earlier research on DSm theory mainly focused on one sort of questions. An evidence fusion procedure is proposed based on the hybrid DSm model to compensate for a lack of research on the entire information procedure of DSm theory. This paper analyzes the evidence fusion procedure, as well as correlative node input and output information. Key steps and detailed procedures of evidence fusion are also discussed. Finally, an experiment illustrates the efficiency of the proposed evidence fusion procedure. 展开更多

Considering the problem of multiple ballistic missiles tracking of boost-phase ballistic missile defense,a boost-phase tracking algorithm based on multiple hypotheses tracking(MHT) concept is proposed.This paper focuses on the tracking algorithm for hypothesis generation,hypothesis probability calculation, hypotheses reduction and pruning and other sectors.From an engineering point of view,a technique called the linear assignment problem(LAP) used in the implementation of M-best feasible hypotheses generation,the number of the hypotheses is relatively small compared with the total number that may exist in each scan, also the iV-scan back pruning is used,the algorithm’s efficiency and practicality have been improved.Monte Carlo simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can track the boost phase of multiple ballistic missiles and it has a good tracking performance compared with joint probability data association(JPDA). 展开更多

A radar task priority assignment method based on interval type-2 fuzzy logic system(IT2 FLS)was designed to solve the problem of resource management for phased-array radar to detect hypersonic-glide vehicles(HGVs).The mathematical model of the radar task and the motion and detection models of HGVs are described in detail.The target threat of an HGV is divided into maneuver,speed,azimuth,and distance threats.In the radar task priority assignment method based on IT2 FLS,the maneuver factor,speed,azimuth difference,distance,and initial priority are input variables.The radar task priority is the output variable.To reduce the number of fuzzy rules and avoid rule explosion,an IT2 FLS with a hierarchical structure was designed.Finally,the feasibility of the task priority assignment method was verified by simulations.Simulation results showed that the method based on IT2 FLS has a higher precise tracking rate,mean initial priority,and target threat degree,and a shorter offset time. 展开更多
