通过SEM原位观察、TEM观察和拉伸试验,研究AZ80A镁合金中析出相和力学性能随时效时间的演变规律。结果表明,在时效初期,反应前沿附近由连续析出(CP)产生的析出相逐渐被由不连续析出(DP)产生的析出相所取代。随着时效时间的延长,DP区中... 通过SEM原位观察、TEM观察和拉伸试验,研究AZ80A镁合金中析出相和力学性能随时效时间的演变规律。结果表明,在时效初期,反应前沿附近由连续析出(CP)产生的析出相逐渐被由不连续析出(DP)产生的析出相所取代。随着时效时间的延长,DP区中的椭圆相明显粗化,导致DP区的晶内硬度缓慢降低;而在CP区,初始析出片状相长大的同时,还析出一些细小的片状相,这使得CP区的晶内硬度在时效后期继续缓慢增加。与CP区相比,DP区具有更快、更强的时效硬化行为。然而,CP区的时效强化不仅可以弥补DP区的过时效软化,而且还能提高合金的强度。 展开更多

It can transmit the information instantly via order agent (OA), manager agent (MA), production agent (PA), and service agent (SA), and realize information sharing. The PA is also built on MAS, and it includes two agents, task agent (TA), and resource agent (RA). It has been found that the modelling is superior to the old one. It can improve the working flow and production efficiency, and shorten the time of delivery. 展开更多

Microstructure and texture in 6016 aluminum alloy during hot compression were researched with a uni- axial compression experiment. Through the electron back- scattered diffraction (EBSD) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis technology, it is shown that the subgrain nucle- ation and recrystallization occur in 6016 aluminum alloy during hot compressing, and strong rolling textures such as (110) fiber texture, Brass, S, and Goss form. With the deformation passes increasing, (110) fiber texture, Brass and S are enhanced. In the heat preservation stage after deformation, recrystallization continues until heat preser- vation for 60 s, and a duplex microstructure of deformation and recrystallization grains is built. At the beginning of heat preservation, recrystallization grains with the Goss texture and random orientation are formed in original grains with S or Brass texture, which makes the volume fraction of S and Brass texture decrease. Then, the complex grain growth process makes the volume fraction of Brass, S, and Goss texture increase, while that of random orien- tation decrease. 展开更多

This exploratory study computes two-photon decay widths of pseudo-scalar(ηc)and scalar(χc0)charmonium using two ensembles of Nf=2 twisted mass lattice QCD gauge configurations.The simulation is performed using two lattice ensembles with lattice spacings a=0.067 fm with size 323×64 and a=0.085 fm with size 243×48.The decay widths for the two charmonia are obtained within the expected ballpark,but are however smaller than the experimental ones.Possible reasons for these discrepancies are discussed. 展开更多
