Through the analysis of the definition, characteristics and development process of big data, summarized the transformation of domestic big data medical education mode compared with the traditional medical education mode in the teaching mode reform, research method innovation, teaching courses optimization, teaching key extension and the teaching quality monitoring. Based on this, this paper expounds the impact and challenge of big data on medical education, and makes an outlook on its development prospect, indicating that the future development of big data will be open, popular and trending. At the same time, some suggestions on further optimization direction of China's big data medical education are put forward.展开更多

The results are verified by experiment and numerical simulation, and the devia-tions between experiment and simulation are less than 24%. Therefore, the fitted function method can be applied to optimize the stretching process for large forgings. The optimal value of feed determined by the analytic method ensures that the degree of inhomogeneity in strain in the axial ingot zone is less than 6%. This work provides a mathematic model to optimize technological parameters in stretch forging of large ingots.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the impact of empowerment education in self-management with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods:A literature search was performed in PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,China National Know...Objective:To evaluate the impact of empowerment education in self-management with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods:A literature search was performed in PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,CQVIP and China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc)and for randomized controlled trials published before November 2018.RevMan5.3 software was used for metaanalysis.Results:A total of 11 articles were included,involving 1139 patients.The group of empowerment education included 574 participants,and the regular education groups 565 participants.Meta-analysis showed that the group of empowerment education has an advantage over the control group in the levels of self-efficacy[MD=17.55,95%CI(14.14,20.96),P<0.00001],self-management[SMD=0.85,95%CI(0.60,1.11),P<0.00001],as well as the effectiveness of short-term empowerment education(within 6 months)on reducing HbA1c(P<0.05);however failed to long-term empowerment education(beyond 12 months)(P=0.05).Conclusion:This meta-analysis indicates that empowerment education can be an acceptable and appropriated nursing intervention for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.展开更多

The cathodic behavior at tungsten electrode in Na3AlF6-Al2O3-LiF-based melt with various cryolite ratios was investigated by means of potentiodynamic cathodic polarization, potentiostatic electrolysis, chronopotentiom...The cathodic behavior at tungsten electrode in Na3AlF6-Al2O3-LiF-based melt with various cryolite ratios was investigated by means of potentiodynamic cathodic polarization, potentiostatic electrolysis, chronopotentiometry, and open-circuit chronopotentiometry. The results show that the formation process of Al-W intermetallic compound is controlled by both diffusion and charge transfer when the cryolite ratio is below 2.5, and is completely controlled by diffusion when cryolite ratio is above2.5. The deposition process of metal aluminum is completely charge-transfer controlled. Sodium vapor releases along with the deposition of metal aluminum as crylite ratio increases, which leads to a great influence on current efficiency. When the cryolite ratio is lower than 2.0, the critical cathodic current density of deposited aluminum at tungsten electrode is about 150 mA·cm^(-2),but the current density is above 200 mA·cm^(-2) under other experimental conditions. A higher cryolite ratio can cause a higher cathodic overvoltage. The relative content of Al layer is higher with the decrease of cryolite ratio, and Al layer easily strips into the molten salt when the cryolite ratio is higher than 2.5.展开更多

Since Wenchuan earthquake, the disaster emergency rescue system of China has obtained considerable development in various aspects including team construction, task scheduling, personnel training, facilities and equipments, logistics, etc. On April 25, 2015, an earthquake that measured 8.1 on the Richter scale attacked Nepal. Chinese government firstly organized a medical team, named China Medical Team, and sent it to the attacked region in Nepal to implement medical rescue. The medical team completed the rescue mission successfully and creatively based on their experiences.展开更多
