Electromagnetic anisotropic characteristics in micro-sized water bamboo blind shape are observed by high frequency electromagnetic computation,which is applied to the material constants estimation.In assuming that the micro-sized unit structure is repeated in 3-dimensional space and its size is much smaller than the electromagnetic wave length,the micro-sized electromagnetic field calculation is carried out.If the micro-structure shapes of the material are different even if they are the same volume rate,different dielectric constant characteristics are provided.The reasons are considered to be a generation of de-electrification within the dielectric material. 展开更多

本文重点研究了在高磁通密度区域采用高Bs纳米晶合金组装的叠层磁块(block)磁芯的磁芯损耗。为了讨论高Bs块体磁芯的软磁特性,还进行了与非晶(SA1)块体磁芯的比较。在高Bs块体磁芯中,低磁芯损耗和高饱和磁通密度Bs在低频区域部得... 本文重点研究了在高磁通密度区域采用高Bs纳米晶合金组装的叠层磁块(block)磁芯的磁芯损耗。为了讨论高Bs块体磁芯的软磁特性,还进行了与非晶(SA1)块体磁芯的比较。在高Bs块体磁芯中,低磁芯损耗和高饱和磁通密度Bs在低频区域部得到满足。此外,在由高Bs合金制成的叠层块体磁芯中,作为磁通密度的函数的磁损增加率保持很小,达到约1.6T,这在传统的基于非晶合金的叠层块体磁芯中是无法实现的。由高Bs合金制成的块体磁芯在高频区域表现出与非晶合金芯相当的磁损。因此,预期该叠层高Bs块体磁芯可以在高频区域中实现低磁芯损耗和高饱和磁通密度。 展开更多
