内切脂肪回填泪沟和内入路眶膈脂肪重置两种术式在眼袋手术中应用的meta分析

目的目的采用Meta分析法,对内切法填充泪沟及内入路眶隔脂肪重置术治疗下睑袋的疗效及安全性进行了评价。方法方法使用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国图书馆(CNKI)、中国万方(万方)、中文科学杂志(Wikipedia)、PubMed(PubMed)、《... 目的目的采用Meta分析法,对内切法填充泪沟及内入路眶隔脂肪重置术治疗下睑袋的疗效及安全性进行了评价。方法方法使用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国图书馆(CNKI)、中国万方(万方)、中文科学杂志(Wikipedia)、PubMed(PubMed)、《科学》(Webof Science)、Cochrane图书馆(Cochrane Library)收集建库至2023年6月30日。内切脂肪回填泪沟和内入路眶膈脂肪重置两种术式在眼袋手术中应用的随机对照试验(RCT),本研究使用Cochrane5.1.0偏倚风险评估工具和Rev-Man5.3的Meta分析来评估所选的文章的质量。结果共收集了352个样本,共8篇相关文章。结果结果内切脂肪回填泪沟和内入路眶膈脂肪重置两种术式在眼袋手术中应用的总有效率相当(OR=0.937,95%CI[0.907,0.958],P=0.91),内入路眶膈脂肪重置的泪沟畸形等级量表(Tear trough rating scale,TTRS)评分(MD=1.620,95%CI[1.572,1.668],P<0.01)显著低于内切脂肪回填泪沟组。两种术式的手术并发症差异没有统计学意义(OR=0.071,95%CI[0.048,0.103],P=0.12)。结论内切脂肪回填泪沟和内入路眶膈脂肪重置两种术式在眼袋手术中应用的疗效相当,而内入路眶膈脂肪重置术式在改善泪沟畸形方面更有优势,且并发症少,具有较高的临床推广价值。 展开更多

Molecular oxygen within Polyoxometalates(POMs)based compounds are ideal oxidants with high atom economy and its use results in the production of water as the only byproduct.Significant progress has been made in the development of catalytic methods for aerobic alcohol oxidation to have aldehydes and ketones with POMs based compounds.They are alternative to the use of traditional hypervalent iodine catalyst systems which are with molecular oxygen as a terminal oxidant.Further,POMs based catalysts can be applied to catalytic reactions with different modes of energization such as thermocatalysis,photocatalysis and electrocatalysis.This review summarizes the frontier advances in polyoxometalates for catalytic alcohol selective oxidation in thermocatalytic,electrocatalytic,and photocatalytic applications.The three advantages of POM catalysts in terms of performance,economy,and environmental protection are highlighted.These include the use of sol-gel and electrostatic assembly methods to increase the reaction surface area,reduce the use of precious metals,and improve the stability of POMs catalysts.The field of selective alcohol oxidation is advanced.Finally,the challenges of preparing more efficient and“green”catalysts are presented. 展开更多
