For the appearance of the additive perturbation of controller gain when the controller parameter has minute adjustment at the initial running stage of system,to avoid the adverse effects,this paper investigates the mixed H_2/H_∞ state feedback attitude control problem of microsatellite based on extended LMI method.Firstly,the microsatellite attitude control system is established and transformed into corresponding state space form.Then,without the equivalence restriction of the two Lyapunov variables of H_2 and H∞performance,this paper introduces additional variables to design the mixed H_2/H_∞ control method based on LMI which can also reduce the conservatives.Finally,numerical simulations are analyzed to show that the proposed method can make the satellite stable within 20 s whether there is additive perturbation of the controller gain or not.The comparative analysis of the simulation results between extended LMI method and traditional LMI method also demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method in this paper. 展开更多

The 16S rDNA amplicon high-throughput sequencing technique provides a robust and inexpensive approach to detect the gut microbiota of amphibians. Since different experimental protocols generate technical biases in drawing the gut microbiota profiles, the integrative analysis of gut microbiota produced by different studies must be performed with circumspection. In this study, we compared the efficacy of two DNA extraction methods (i.e., a phenol-chloroform method and TIANamp Stool DNA Kit) in describing intestinal and fecal bacterial communities of transplanted Asiatic toad (Bufo gargarizans) tadpoles. In terms of the DNA extraction quality (i.e., DNA purity and yield rate) and the consistency in between fecal and intestinal microbiota structures (i.e., a and 13 diversity indices), the phenol-chloroform method was more robust than this commercial stool kit in profiling gut microbiota of tadpoles with feces. 展开更多

氢化镁(MgH_(2))是一种具有高储氢容量(7.6 wt%)的固态储氢材料,但其热力学稳定性高,动力学缓慢,限制了广泛应用.双金属氧化物催化剂对MgH_(2)储氢性能的积极影响已被许多研究者认可.本文采用简便的方法合成了具有纳米空心球结构的TiO_(... 氢化镁(MgH_(2))是一种具有高储氢容量(7.6 wt%)的固态储氢材料,但其热力学稳定性高,动力学缓慢,限制了广泛应用.双金属氧化物催化剂对MgH_(2)储氢性能的积极影响已被许多研究者认可.本文采用简便的方法合成了具有纳米空心球结构的TiO_(2)@V_(2)O_(5)双金属氧化物催化剂.添加12 wt%TiO_(2)@V_(2)O_(5)后,MgH_(2)的起始解吸温度显著降低至204℃.在100℃条件下,MgH_(2)在15 min内吸附4.21 wt%的H_(2),在300℃条件下释放6.18 wt%的H_(2),MgH_(2)的活化能从142.78 kJ/mol降低到86.47 kJ/mol.差示扫描量热分析(differential scanning calorimeter,DSC)结果表明,MgH_(2)的氢解吸活化能从197 kJ/mol降低到76.32 kJ/mol.在300℃下循环30次后,储氢量可保持98.49%.研究表明,钛价态的可逆变化和还原金属V的催化作用改善了MgH_(2)动力学及稳定性. 展开更多
