将Cr、Mo、Ni加入到0.2%C-1.5%Si-1.5%Mn-0.05%Nb超高强度相变诱导塑性贝氏体铁素体钢(简称TBF钢)中,可提高钢的硬度。研究了合金元素对TBF铜的维氏硬度、微观组织和残余奥氏体特性的影响。当TBF钢在Ms和Mf之间的温度等温淬... 将Cr、Mo、Ni加入到0.2%C-1.5%Si-1.5%Mn-0.05%Nb超高强度相变诱导塑性贝氏体铁素体钢(简称TBF钢)中,可提高钢的硬度。研究了合金元素对TBF铜的维氏硬度、微观组织和残余奥氏体特性的影响。当TBF钢在Ms和Mf之间的温度等温淬火时,维氏硬度从HV300升高到HV430。微观组织由马氏体、板条贝氏体和残余奥氏体组成,残余奥氏体的体积分数增大则硬度上升,残余奥氏体的碳浓度下降硬度也上升。同时,马氏体相的量增加则硬度增大。这些特性归因于Cr、Mo、Ni钢在等温淬火过程中,延迟的贝氏体转变。加Ni进一步降低T0线。虽然Cr、Mo钢的残余奥氏体相的碳含量低。但抗应变能力强。 展开更多

Chicken eggshell (ES) is an aviculture byproduct that has been used as the reinforcement in the present study which is recorded worldwide as one of the vilest environmental problems. The present work deals with development of ES-reinforced Al6061 matrix composites by stir-casting process with 0 to 10 wt% of reinforcement at an interval of 2 wt%. The microstructures of the fabricated composites were examined by optical and scanning electron microscopes with energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM/EDS). Optical micrographs divulge the uniform distribution of reinforcing particles in the matrix while X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns ensure the dispersion of ES particles reinforcement in Al6061 matrix. The properties measured include density, tensile strength and hardness values. The tensile strength and hardness of composites increase with the addition of ES particles and the maximum values were achieved at 4 wt%. Further increase of ES particles in the matrix leads to decrease in hardness and strength owing to increase in porosity. 展开更多

Effect of thermal drilling condition on burring of 0.2C-(1.0-2.5)Si-(1.0-2.0)Mn (mass%) ultrahigh strength TRIP-aided sheet steels with polygonal ferrite matrix (TDP steels) was investigated for automotive applications.The combined rotational and downward force of the thermal drilling tool bit created friction heat.The height of the bushing was roughly 3 to 4 times the initial sheet thickness.The bushings are ideal for thread applications,as the strength of threads was significantly increased.We found that the burring and tapping contributed to the improvement of the tensile strength of 980 MPa class TRIP steel. 展开更多
