Based on the characteristics of wireless communication technology and Wireless Sensor Network, this paper studies the well site environmental monitoring system. The relevant hardware and software of the system are designed to monitor the well site environment, thus preventing downhole accidents. The system uses the wireless ZigBee technology as the transmission mode, and combines the virtual instrument technology to design the upper machine interface. The test results show that the system can monitor the outdoor environment in real time. When the environmental parameters exceed the set value, the corresponding location of the LabVIEW interface will send an alarm. 展开更多

With the continuous development of industrial technology, the weak current plays an increasingly important role in all fields of life. In order to facilitate the user to carry, the study of contactless weak current measurement technology is also emerging. This article’s design idea is based on two-dimensional reluctance sensor device built non-contact weak current detection system. The system uses the reluctance sensor HMC1002 to collect the current signal and the temperature sensor DS18B20 to compensate the temperature. The signals collected by the reluctance sensor and the temperature sensor are extremely weak. After being amplified by the amplifying circuit, the signal is conducive to subsequent detection and processing. Filter circuit can filter out interference signals to achieve the goal of improving accuracy. After the corresponding algorithm of the microcontroller will convert the signal voltage, easy to read and store, thus designing a non-contact current measurement capable of detecting weak currents and achieving higher accuracy. 展开更多

Diet and nutrition have a substantial impact on the human microbiome,and interact with the microbiome,especially gut microbiome,to modulate various diseases and health status.Microbiome research has also guided the nutrition field to a more integrative direction,becoming an essential component of the rising area of precision nutrition.In this review,we provide a broad insight into the interplay among diet,nutrition,microbiome,and microbial metabolites for their roles in the human health.Among the microbiome epidemiological studies regarding the associations of diet and nutrition with microbiome and its derived metabolites,we summarize those most reliable findings and highlight evidence for the relationships between diet and disease-associated microbiome and its functional readout.Then,the latest advances of the microbiome-based precision nutrition research and multidisciplinary integration are described.Finally,we discuss several outstanding challenges and opportunities in the field of nutri-microbiome epidemiology. 展开更多

目的探讨国家政策对中西部地区(以下简称为研究地区)新生儿遗传代谢病(NIMD)筛查覆盖率的影响。方法选择2006—2020年国家出台NIMD筛查相关政策背景下的中西部22个省、市、自治区(以下简称为研究地区22个区域)NIMD筛查覆盖率为研究对象... 目的探讨国家政策对中西部地区(以下简称为研究地区)新生儿遗传代谢病(NIMD)筛查覆盖率的影响。方法选择2006—2020年国家出台NIMD筛查相关政策背景下的中西部22个省、市、自治区(以下简称为研究地区22个区域)NIMD筛查覆盖率为研究对象。收集影响中西部地区NIMD筛查覆盖率的主要因素,包括研究地区的经济水平[采用人均国内生产总值(GDP)表示],文化教育水平(采用大专及以上文化程度人口比例表示),卫生服务水平(采用住院分娩率表示)、国家相关政策与措施等。根据国家NIMD筛查相关政策特点,将2006—2020年分为第1~4政策阶段,分别为2006—2009年、2010—2012年、2013—2015年、2016—2020年。采用主成分分析法构建反映经济与文化教育水平的综合指标(以下简称为E&C),并采用混合线性模型分析4个政策阶段、E&C及住院分娩率对研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率的影响。本研究遵循的程序符合2013年新修订的《世界医学协会赫尔辛基宣言》要求。结果①对研究地区E&C的主成分分析结果显示,构建反映E&C:C=0.7071z1+0.7071z2,其中z1和z2分别表示2006—2020年研究地区人均GDP和大专及以上文化程度人口比例。②对研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率影响因素采用混合线性模型分析结果显示,E&C和住院分娩率均为研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率的独立影响因素(回归系数=7.89、0.42,Z=3.448、2.477,P=0.001、0.013);与第1政策阶段研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率相比,至第2、3、4政策阶段,研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率绝对增加值分别为16.80%(95%CI:11.66%~21.94%,Z=6.407、P<0.001),34.87%(95%CI:27.87%~41.86%,Z=9.770、P<0.001)与38.05%(95%CI:29.05%~47.06%,Z=8.280、P<0.001)。③第1~4政策阶段研究地区NIMD筛查平均覆盖率分别为31.34%、59.60%、85.43%、95.09%,第2~4政策阶段较上一政策阶段绝对增加值分别为28.26%、25.83%、9.66%,可被国家NIMD筛查相关政策解释的绝对增加值分别为16.80%、18.07%、3.19%,分别占该政策阶段绝对增加值的59.45%,69.96%,33.02%。结论2006—2020年研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率快速提升。国家NIMD筛查相关政策通过广泛开展NIMD相关健康教育、完善NIMD筛查服务体系及保障服务经济可及,促进研究地区NIMD筛查覆盖率提高。 展开更多

Geographic variations in the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism in China: a retrospective study based on 92 million newborns screened in 2013–2018 被引量:4

Background:Although congenital hypothyroidism(CH)has been widely studied in Western countries,CH incidence at different administrative levels in China during the past decade remains unknown.This study aimed to update the incidence and revealed the spatial pattern of CH incidence in the mainland of China,which could be helpful in the planning and implementation of preventative measures.Methods:The data used in our study were derived from 245 newborns screening centers that cover 30 provinces of the Chinese Newborn Screening Information System.Spatial auto-correlation was analyzed by Global Moran I and Getis-Ord Gi statistics at the provincial level.Kriging interpolation methods were applied to estimate a further detailed spatial distribution of CH incidence at city level throughout the mainland of China,and Kulldorff space scanning statistical methods were used to identify the spatial clusters of CH cases at the city level.Results:A total of 91,921,334 neonates were screened from 2013 to 2018 and 42,861 cases of primary CH were identified,yielding an incidence of 4.66 per 10,000 newborns screened(95%confidence interval[CI]:4.62–4.71).Neonates in central(risk ratio[RR]=0.84,95%CI:0.82–0.85)and western districts(RR=0.71,95%CI:0.69–0.73)had lower probability of CH cases compared with the eastern region.The CH incidence indicated a moderate positive global spatial autocorrelation(Global Moran I value=0.394,P<0.05),and the CH cases were significantly clustered in spatial distribution.A most likely city-cluster(log-likelihood ratio[LLR]=588.82,RR=2.36,P<0.01)and 25 secondary city-clusters of high incidence were scanned.The incidence of each province and each city in the mainland of China was estimated by kriging interpolation,revealing the most affected province and city to be Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou city,respectively.Conclusion:This study offers an insight into the space clustering of CH incidence at provincial and city scales.Future work on environmental factors need to focus on the effects of CH occurrence. 展开更多
