陕北侏罗纪煤田崔家沟煤矿古环境分析研究

为查明研究区延安组煤在成煤时期的古气候特征、古水体盐度和古氧化还原程度,对研究区延安组的煤做了元素测试和分析,采用元素地球化学方法恢复研究区煤在成煤时期的古环境。据数据分析显示,自下而上延安组三个煤层中Sr/Ba值、B元素含量、Sr含量的垂向变化趋势一致,即呈现先增大后减少的趋势,Sr/Ba值都大于1,反映了延安组三个煤层在沉积时期,古水体盐度均较高,主要处于咸水-半咸水的沉积环境。由Sr/Ba值、Mg/Ca值、Na元素含量等参数的垂向变化特征显示,1号煤在沉积时对应的古气候相对潮湿,2号煤在沉积时古气候则偏向干燥气候,而3号煤在沉积时处于潮湿的气候,在沉积时期古气候经历了潮湿气候-偏干燥气候-相对潮湿气候的演变历程。V/Cr值、V/(V+Ni)值、Cu/Zn值和V元素含量等参数的垂向变化特征指示了这三个煤层沉积时期古水体经历了还原-偏氧化-偏还原的变化过程,但主要以贫氧环境为主。

Cultural Complex Design from the Perspective of Urban Renewal: A Case Study of Incheon Geomdan Cultural Complex in South Korea

Urban development should rely on the form of architecture,and incorporating urban planning concepts into architectural design can better assist urban construction.Taking the design of Incheon Geomdan Cultural Complex in South Korea as an example,this paper analyzes how to reflect urban planning elements in architectural design,and studies the role and value of cultural complex architecture in urban development from multiple perspectives such as culture,ecological environment,and public space.It hopes to gain more research and design ideas to promote the development of cultural industries in the region,leverage the advantages of regional cultural formats,and create new cultural settlements in cities.

Spatial Optimization and Reconstruction of Old Communities under the Background of Aging

As aging becomes increasingly serious,how to make the life of the elderly more convenient and comfortable has become one of the social problems to be solved urgently.Old residential areas are one of spaces where the elderly gather.In this paper,the prominent problems in the community space of existing old residential areas that are not conducive to the life of the elderly were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures to transform the community space were put forward.It is hoped that public space can play its due value and make old residential areas glow with new vitality.

Exploring the Element Integration of Urban and Rural“Space of Flows”in the Context of Consumption Upgrading:A Case Study of Changsi Village in Anhui Province

The mobility and interaction between urban and rural areas are becoming more and more intensive,and their links and exchanges are increasingly closer due to constant flow of factors such as information,capital,personnel and technology.In this context,the element integration of urban and rural“space of flows”can promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,improve the consumption environment and experience,and promote the industrial upgrading and technological progress.To realize the element integration of urban and rural“space of flows”,it is necessary to explore and innovate in infrastructure construction,information technology application,industrial cooperation and cultural exchanges.Government departments,enterprises and social organizations also need to work together to give play to their respective advantages and jointly promote the process of element integration of urban and rural“space of flows”.

The Current Situation and Planning Strategy of Police Station Facilities in Megacities Under the Background of New Urbanization:A Case Study of Changping District in Beijing

In the process of new urbanization,the population of megacities is increasing rapidly,the scale of cities is expanding,and the supply of service facilities has been unable to meet the demand.As an important carrier of urban governance and urban management,the police station should properly deal with the existing problems in the urban police stations,and improve the quality of life of residents by optimizing urban service facilities,which is of great significance for the implementation of people-oriented new urbanization.Taking Changping District of Beijing as an example,this study pointed out that there were many problems in police stations in Changping District.For example,the area of land is not up to the standard,the service capacity is not up to the demand,and the facilities are not up to the demand.Then,three planning strategies:adjusting the planning standards of facilities,optimizing the spatial layout of facilities,and strengthening the later guarantee of facilities were put forward,so as to improve people’s satisfaction with life,promote the high-quality development of new urbanization,and provide reference for the supplement of service facilities in megacities.

Construction Method of Rail Transit Oriented Metropolitan Area under the Integration of Four Networks

In the process of metropolitan area integration,the current rail transit development is not enough to support the rapid expansion of the economy and population of the metropolitan area.It is necessary to attach importance to the important role of rail transit as a support system,promote the integrated development of the metropolitan area,and create a metropolitan area on the track.Through the problems in rail transit development,the development concept of “four networks integration” of rail transit is put forward.From multiple aspects of planning,construction and operation,reasonable promotion strategies are proposed,which could provide feasible suggestions for promoting the construction of metropolitan area on the track.

Accessibility of Urban Rail Transit in Post-Winter Olympics Period Based on Internet Map: A Case Study of Beijing

After the Winter Olympics,Beijing proposed to speed up the construction of rail transit.Taking Beijing as the research object,the accessibility of rail transit stations in the 6 districts of the city were analyzed by using POI services and route planning services provided by Internet map providers,relying on ArcMap10.6 platform.The research holds that the development of rail transit in Beijing is not sufficient and unbalanced.Network density has an important influence on the accessibility of rail transit stations.The travel mode of rail transit + cycling can improve the accessibility of stations in underdeveloped areas.In Shijingshan District,the accessibility of rail transit stations in the region can be improved by optimizing the slow traveling environment between the Winter Olympics branch line,Subway Line 6 and Subway Line 1.

Quality Improvement of Slow Traffic Space in Shijingshan District under the Background of Winter Olympics: A Case Study of Lugu Street of Shijingshan District

In the context of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the quality improvement of slow traffic space in Shijingshan District faces many challenges. Through the exploration of “slow traffic space” and its design concept and strategy theory, the problem of slow traffic space is sorted out from the aspects of policy background, spatial form and cultural construction, with Lugu Street as an example. Based on the unique cultural resources in the district, the optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of spatial form improvement, unsupervised technology utilization, enhancement of residents’ willingness to slowly traffic and Winter Olympics culture shaping. In addition, a slow traffic space improvement scheme with easy implementation, convenient access and rich connotation is formed, in order to provide new methods and ideas for improving the quality of slow traffic space.

Micro Renewal of Historical and Cultural Blocks under the Sustainable Goal: A Case Study of Anzhen Xili Community

Under the background of urban stock development, the residential environment of historical and cultural blocks is facing many challenges. By exploring the theories of "sustainable development" and "micro renewal", Anzhen Xili Community is taken as research object, and the problems of space construction are sorted out from the aspects of historical inheritance and block texture. Based on unique resources in the area, optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of traffic structure optimization, building structure repair, small and micro space activation, community boundary opening and institutionalization of maintenance means, and a small-scale, short-cycle, and sustainable community renewal scheme easy to implement is formed. The research aims to provide new methods and ideas for improving the spatial quality of historical and cultural blocks.

Discussion on the Planning of a Remaining Market in the New Urban Area under the Background of Urbanization: A case study of Xin’an Grand Market of Qingdao

Chinese markets play an important social role in the long history and are important places for currency circulation,human communication and cultural collision.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,market civilization has gradually faded.In this study,the current situation of a remaining market in Qingdao Development Zone was surveyed,and the problems of the market were discussed.Meanwhile,the reasons for the formation and survival of the market were analyzed,and some strategies to transform the market were put forward to find a way out for the development of the same type of markets in China.

协同发展背景下河北省物流业空间格局分析

基于2016年河北省物流企业POI(信息点)数据,以全省168个区县为基本研究单元,运用Arc GIS软件进行空间分析发现:在省域层面,冀东南物流企业密度高于冀西北,环北京低于环天津;物流企业密度高、中、低区县呈现多核连线、团块集聚、轴向延伸的空间分布特征。在区县内部,物流企业倾向于在县城、镇区、物流园区等区域集聚和国省、省道等干道沿线集散,形成极核型、极核放射型、极核散点型三种空间结构。河北省物流业空间格局的形成受到自然条件、京津辐射作用、规划引导等多种因素的影响,尚存在冀西北物流业集聚水平过低、物流发展轴带尚未形成、物流企业沿路散乱分布等问题。在京津冀协同发展背景下,提出打造各级各类物流节点、构建覆盖全域的物流网络、建设规模适度的物流园区、培育产城融合的物流微中心等物流业空间格局优化建议。

城市雨洪安全风险测度与防灾规划管理响应研究

基于京津冀地区15个城市的面板数据,构建雨洪安全风险QDF评价体系并优化风险测度函数,从雨洪管理的角度对防灾规划措施进行响应性研究。结果显示:既定重现期下的测度函数优化能够提高雨洪风险的评估效率;海绵城市建设并非持续性投资,雨洪基建管理应在投资水平、预期损失和总成本间寻找最优效益点;内涝情境下的降雨强度值与5种土地类别承灾体的损害值之间存在正向关系;江河堤防失稳情境下的防灾规划需依据风险评估值划定Ⅲ级雨洪防护圈;雨洪管理项目清单应依据不同气候场景下的灾害影响范围进行弹性调整。

基于创新能力培养的大学物理实验教学模式改革

大学物理实验对于培养学生的创新能力、动手能力和科学研究能力具有重要的作用。针对当前实验教学过程中存在的问题,在优化教学内容、改进教学方法和考核方式等方面对大学物理实验的教学模式进行探索与改革,有利的推动了创新型人才的培养。

硫酸锌对脊髓损伤小鼠的神经修复作用

目的:探讨硫酸锌(ZnSO_(4))促进脊髓损伤(SCI)小鼠的神经修复作用及分子机制。方法:成年雌性C57BL/6小鼠48只按照随机数表法分为假手术组(sham)、脊髓损伤组(SCI)和硫酸锌治疗组(ZnSO_(4)),采用Allen’s打击法制备小鼠SCI模型,治疗组小鼠进行腹腔注射硫酸锌。运用BMS评分评定小鼠的运动功能,术后5 d采用Western Blot检测小鼠脊髓损伤区锌转运蛋白体3(ZnT3)和哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)蛋白表达,免疫组织化学染色检测小鼠脊髓损伤区域ZnT3和mTOR蛋白表达与定位。结果:与sham组比较,SCI组及ZnSO_(4)组小鼠术后各时间点BMS评分降低,术后第7 d起,ZnSO_(4)组BMS评分高于SCI组(P<0.05);硫酸锌治疗5 d后,ZnSO_(4)组小鼠ZnT3表达高于SCI组,并且mTOR表达低于SCI组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸锌可以通过调控小鼠脊髓损伤后ZnT3和mTOR的表达水平促进脊髓损伤的修复。

面向城市治理的老旧城区微更新策略研究——以济南市回民街区为例

老旧城区作为城市人文历史遗存较为集中的地区,是当前城市创新空间治理的难点之一.本文以推动城市治理精细化为目标,将“针灸”理念引入城市微更新模式中,建构了基于“城市针灸”理念的微更新策略框架,并通过对济南市回民街区更新案例的研究,形成多元化、渐进式、低成本、易操作的街区治理方案,以期为应对新时期老旧城区的更新难题提供新思路.

Reconstruction Strategies for Historical and Cultural Areas from the Perspective of Urban Renewal:Taking Xigu of Tianjin as an Example

With the development and changes of the times,many cities have to face the problem of renewal.However,in the context of globalization,urban renewal also makes urban cultural characteristics and regional characteristics inevitably missing.Therefore,we should pay attention to the protection and planning of regional historical and cultural heritages in the process of urban renewal,which plays an important role in the construction of urban characteristics and the shaping of city card.Xigu area of Tianjin also faces the problems of cultural loss and need for reconstruction,its function,layout,industrial structure and land use are adjusted and optimized in this article,with a view to showing the value of historical and cultural heritage and context of regional history.

组团型城市公交发展策略研究——以中山市为例

为探究组团型城市交通出行特征,制定适合组团型城市的公共交通发展策略,通过利用居民出行调查方法及手机信令数据分析方法对中山市的交通出行特征利用了研究,结果表明中山市具有"职住平衡率高、城市向心力小""出行距离短、频率高"的组团交通出行特征。结合组团交通出行特征及当前中山市公共交通发展面临的主要问题,提出了相应的公共交通发展目标与策略,为其他组团型城市公共交通发展提供借鉴。

交通微创新措施的适用性及应用实践研究

基于交通微创新策略的精细化城市交通改善成为当前推进交通拥堵治理的热门手段。然而,近年来部分交通微创新措施的实施出现"水土不服",市民看不懂,不敢用,且引发新的交通问题,无法起到应有的改善效果。通过介绍常见的几种交通微创新措施及适用情况,针对深圳广泛应用交通微创新措施的影响因素进行了剖析城市实施创新措施的优势及不足之处,以佛山市南海区典型工业型城市的直行待行微创新措施实施过程中的属地化保障为例,从设施、宣传、管理等多角度提出了"创新而不失亲民"的微创新设施的落地实施保障。为其他城市的微创新措施属地化实施工作提供参考思路。

基于风险防控的北京冬奥会无障碍设施建设的思考

基于风险防控视角,从建筑疏散与人群行为设计,交通流线与空间设计,无障碍环境模拟等方面对当前无障碍环境研究动态进行了梳理。研究显示,现有的应急救援和疏散疏导多以正常群体为研究对象,较少提及对残障群体的特殊协助。突发情景下如何保障不同群体的有序疏散疏导,应引起冬奥会研究团体的关注与重视,并建议聚焦对残障人群在多情景模式下的疏散引导,尽快建立协助处置方案库,以及出台相关的设计标准图集。

Design Strategy of Rural Settlement Landscape: A Case Study of Xinji Village in Beijing

Improving rural living environment is an important support for farmers to live and work in peace and contentment,which is of great significance to the shaping of happy and livable homes in rural areas under the background of "beautiful countryside".Through the comprehensive renovation of the beautiful countryside,great progress has been made in improving the rural living environment in Beijing,but there are still problems in rural settlement landscape such as poor quality of landscape environment,low utilization rate of public space,and insufficient protection of traditional features.This study took the design strategy of rural settlement landscape as the research entry point,took the rural high-quality landscape environment demand and the beautiful rural construction goal as the double guidance,explored the design strategy of improving the quality of rural settlement landscape through the methods of field survey and questionnaire survey,and put forward the following design points:①From the perspective of overall consideration and advantage integration,the overall framework of rural settlement landscape should comprehensively consider rural architectural landscape and living environment landscape;②efforts should be made to create public spaces such as the village landscape image Avenue,landscape sharing garden,and open courtyard in front of the house,so as to improve the environmental quality and spatial vitality of the village;③strengthen the protection of the traditional features of the village,such as the famous ancient trees,the texture of the courtyard,the quality of residential buildings,etc.with a view to promoting the improvement and overall improvement of the rural environment.
