RE-Si-Al-O玻璃相对高熵稀土双硅酸盐微结构及耐CMAS腐蚀性能的影响

环境障涂层是高功重比航空发动机的关键技术,其目的是阻挡燃气及环境腐蚀介质的侵蚀,为陶瓷基复合材料热端部件提供有效保护。目前,高熵稀土双硅酸盐((xRE_(1/x))_(2)Si_(2)O_(7))是最具潜力的新一代环境障涂层材料。为了进一步提升高... 环境障涂层是高功重比航空发动机的关键技术,其目的是阻挡燃气及环境腐蚀介质的侵蚀,为陶瓷基复合材料热端部件提供有效保护。目前,高熵稀土双硅酸盐((xRE_(1/x))_(2)Si_(2)O_(7))是最具潜力的新一代环境障涂层材料。为了进一步提升高熵稀土双硅酸盐的耐高温(1500℃)CMAS(CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2))腐蚀能力,本工作设计制备了一种新型高熵(Y_(0.25)Yb_(0.25)Er_(0.25)Tm_(0.25))_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)/RE-Si-Al-O(RE=Yb、Y、La)复相陶瓷。结果表明,在复相陶瓷中,RE-Si-Al-O玻璃相不仅能够包裹陶瓷晶粒,而且能够促进稀土双硅酸盐晶粒长大,减少晶界数量,使CMAS熔体的渗入通道数量减少。同时,随着RE-Si-Al-O玻璃相中稀土离子半径增大,玻璃相更易与CMAS熔盐中的Ca^(2+)离子反应,生成磷灰石相,降低CMAS熔体的活性,抑制高温CMAS熔盐对高熵稀土双硅酸盐晶粒的侵蚀,从而提高高熵稀土双硅酸盐的耐高温CMAS腐蚀能力。在1500℃腐蚀48 h后,(Y_(0.25)Yb_(0.25)Er_(0.25)Tm_(0.25))_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)/La-Si-Al-O复相陶瓷表面仍残留CMAS熔盐层,表明该复相陶瓷具有良好的耐高温CMAS腐蚀能力。该复相陶瓷的微结构设计为增强环境障涂层材料在高温CMAS环境下的长期应用提供了一种新的思路。 展开更多

Rapid and Asymmetric Response of the Earth's Bow Shock: Multipoint Observations

We analyze observations of three bow shock crossings which occurred during 2007.using upstream data from STEREO A/B.ACE and WIND,combined with multi-point THEMIS and Cluster data,and TC-1 data located near noon.During the crossing of 7 May 2007.we find that following a rapid reduction in solar wind ram pressure and subsequent pressure pulse seen by ACE and WIND upstream,the bow shock responds asymmetrically from dawn to dusk.Cluster data on the dawn-side suggest the bow shock is significantly flared and responds rapidly to the pulse arrival,while TC-1 at noon,and THEMIS on the dusk-side,are well matched to the model bow shock,but show a delayed response.The crossings observed on 21 May and 2 June show contrasting response matching the model boundary for northward Interplanetary Magnetic Field(IMF).The IMF and solar wind plasma data suggest that,the bow shock crossing at dawn-dusk side and subsolar point were mainly caused by large and smaller scale features of the solar wind ram pressure rise rather than the influence of IMF. 展开更多

通过在TB6钛合金标准试验件上预制冲击坑、划痕缺陷,获得拉伸及疲劳强度,并与无缺陷标准试验件进行对比。研究表明:TB6钛合金冲击坑试验件疲劳强度的平均值为592.0 MPa,其存活率90%,置信度95%的疲劳强度下极限为539.0 MPa,与无缺陷试验... 通过在TB6钛合金标准试验件上预制冲击坑、划痕缺陷,获得拉伸及疲劳强度,并与无缺陷标准试验件进行对比。研究表明:TB6钛合金冲击坑试验件疲劳强度的平均值为592.0 MPa,其存活率90%,置信度95%的疲劳强度下极限为539.0 MPa,与无缺陷试验件相比疲劳强度下降了18%。划痕试验件疲劳强度的平均值为368.0 MPa,其存活率90%,置信度95%的疲劳强度的下极限为330.0 MPa,疲劳强度仅为无缺陷试验件的一半。通过对试验件断口进行宏微观组织观察,确定了断裂位置及断裂类型。通过本研究工作,得到了TB6钛合金冲击坑、划痕缺陷高周疲劳性能,可以为TB6钛合金零件损伤容限设计和安全寿命评估提供参考价值。 展开更多

Using the data of LFEW/TC-2, we studied the dawn side chorus around substorm onsets during a strong geomagnetic storm in November 2004. During this storm, LFEW/TC-2 observed 14 dawnside chorus events. Nine of them were associated with substorms and occurred within 40 min around the substorm onsets. The fre-quencies of waves have a very good correlation with the half equatorial electron cyclotron frequencies. Chorus can be excited in the region near magnetic equato-rial plane and then propagate to the mid and high latitudes. When the wave fre-quencies reach the local lower hybrid frequencies, chorus can be reflected due to the lower hybrid resonance. The time delay between the chorus and its echo is about 28 min. Previous observations show that the chorus can propagate at most to the magnetic latitudes of 40°. LFEW/ TC-2 found for the first time that the chorus in space could propagate to the magnetic latitude of 70°. Since most of the previous chorus observations are made close to the magnetic equatorial plane, our results are important for the studies of excitation and propagation of whistler mode wave, and relevant relativistic electron acceleration in the magnetosphere. 展开更多

目的旨在探索先天性心脏病外科手术患儿术前营养状况与术后预后之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年1-4月,在该院接受先天性心脏病外科手术的0~5岁患儿的临床资料。营养状态是根据世界卫生组织(WHO)儿童生长标准,使用年龄别体重z值(WAZ)... 目的旨在探索先天性心脏病外科手术患儿术前营养状况与术后预后之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年1-4月,在该院接受先天性心脏病外科手术的0~5岁患儿的临床资料。营养状态是根据世界卫生组织(WHO)儿童生长标准,使用年龄别体重z值(WAZ)来确定的。WAZ≤-2的儿童定义为营养不良。预后指标包括住院死亡率、医院感染、机械通气时间、重症监护时间、术后住院时间和术后需要联合使用血管活性药物。对两组有差异的术前自变量,进行倾向性评分匹配(PSM)。进行多因素logistic回归分析,调整年龄、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间和先天性心脏病手术风险调整评分(RACHS-1)等危险因素,验证术前营养不良对术后住院时间的影响。结果共有430例先天性心脏病患儿纳入本研究。最常见的心脏畸形是室间隔缺损(54.4%)、房间隔缺损(8.1%)和法洛四联症(7.4%)。155例患儿(36.0%)存在术前营养不良。PSM前,营养不良组患儿术后机械通气时间、重症监护时间、住院时间明显较非营养不良组延长,术后24 h联用血管活性药物的占比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但死亡率和医院感染率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PSM后,营养不良组术后重症监护时间和术后住院时间较非营养不良组延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在多因素logistic回归分析中,营养不良组患儿术后住院时间延长的风险明显增加(校正OR=2.18,95%CI:1.08~4.42,P=0.03)。结论先天性心脏病外科手术患儿术前营养不良与术后重症监护时间和术后住院时间延长有关,是术后住院时间延长的独立危险因素。 展开更多

The rapid change in the Earth’s magnetosphere caused by solar wind disturbances has been an important part of the solar wind-magnetosphere interaction.However most of the previous studies focused on the perturbation of the Earth’s magnetic field caused by solar wind dynamic pressure changes.In this paper,we studied the response of geosynchronous magnetic field and the magnetic field to the rapid southward turning of interplanetary magnetic field during the interval 1350 1420 UT on 7May 2007.During this event,BZ component of the interplanetary magnetic field decreased from 15 nT to 10 nT within 3 min(1403 1406 UT).The geosynchronous magnetic field measured by three geosynchronous satellites(GOES 10 12)first increased and then decreased.The variations of magnetic field strength in the morning sector(9 10 LT)were much larger than those in the dawn sector(5 LT).Meanwhile,the H components of geomagnetic field on the ground have similar response features but exhibit latitude and LT dependent variations.Compared with H components,the D components do not have regular variations.Although the solar wind dynamical pressure encounters small variations,the magnetic field both in space and on the ground does not display similar variations.Therefore,the increase of geomagnetic field in the dawn sector is caused by the southward turning of IMF(interplanetary magnetic field)BZ.These results will help to better understand the coupling process of geomagnetic filed and interplanetary magnetic field. 展开更多

This paper studies the effective polytropic index in the central plasma sheet (CPS) by using the method of Kartalev et al. (2006), which adopts the denoising technique of Haar wavelet to identify the homogeneous MHD Bernoulli integral (MBI) and has been frequently used to study the polytropic relation in the solar wind. We chose the quiet CPS crossing by Cluster C1 during the interval 08:51:00-09:19:00 UT on 03 August 2001. In the central plasma sheet, thermal pressure energy per unit mass is the most important part in MBI, and kinetic energy of fluid motion and electromagnetic energy per unit mass are less important. In the MBI, there are many peaks, which correspond to isothermal or near isothermal processes. The interval lengths of homogenous MBI regions are generally less than 1 min. The polytropic indexes are calculated by linearly fitting the data of lnp and Inn within a 16 s window, which is shifted forward by 8 s step length. Those polytropic indexes with IRI ≥0.8 (R is the correlation coefficient between lnp and inn) and p-value≤0.1 in the homogeneous regions are almost all in the range of [0, 1]. The mean and median effective polytropic indexes with high R and low p-value in homogeneous regions are 0.34 and 0.32 respectively, which are much different from the polytropic index obtained by traditional method (αtrad=-0.15). This result indicates that the CPS is not uniform even during quiet time and the blanket applications of polytropic law to plasma sheet may return misleading value of polytropic index. The polytropic indexes in homogeneous regions with a high correlation coefficient basically have good regression significance and are thus credible. These results are very important to understand the energy transport in magnetotail in the MHD frame. 展开更多
