Neuropeptides are widely distributed in vertebrates and invertebrates,regulating a variety of physiological activities in the organisms,such as metabolism,feeding and reproduction.In this study,to explore the function...Neuropeptides are widely distributed in vertebrates and invertebrates,regulating a variety of physiological activities in the organisms,such as metabolism,feeding and reproduction.In this study,to explore the function of neuropeptide LFRFamide in Sepia pharaonis,the full-length cDNA of LFRFamide-like gene(named SpLFRFL,MG869822.1)was identified with rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE)method.The sequence of SpLFRFL was 860 bp in length and encoded 188 amino acids containing 4 different mature peptides:1 copy of PHTPFRFamide,NSLFRFamide,TIFRFamide,and 3 copies of GNLFRFamide.Multiple alignment and phylogenetic analysis results showed that SpLFRFL shared high identity with LFRFamides of Sepia officinalis and Sepiella japonica and had the closest relationship with them.Through quantitative Real-time PCR(qRT-PCR),it was found that the SpLFRFL gene was highly expressed in the optic lobe and brain at three different stages during gonad development in both genders.Moreover,the four mature peptides at a concentration of 0.01μmol L^(−1) could inhibit the protein synthesis in the Chinese hamster ovary cell strain-K1(CHOK1)induced by SpGnRH.These data suggest that SpLFRFL might be involved in the development and reproduction of S.pharaonis.The results can contribute to future studies on neuropeptide evolution and function and benefit the cuttlefish farming.展开更多
The post-earthquake emergency period,which is a sensitive time segment just after an event,mainly focuses on saving life and restoring social order.To improve the seismic resilience of city road networks,a resilience ...The post-earthquake emergency period,which is a sensitive time segment just after an event,mainly focuses on saving life and restoring social order.To improve the seismic resilience of city road networks,a resilience evaluation method used in the post-earthquake emergency period is proposed.The road seismic damage index of a city road network can consider the influence of roads,bridges and buildings along the roads,etc.on road capacity after an earthquake.A function index for a city road network is developed,which reflects the connectivity,redundancy,traffic demand and traffic function of the network.An optimization model for improving the road repair order in the post-earthquake emergency period is also developed according to the resilience evaluation,to enable decision support for city emergency management and achieve the best seismic resilience of the city road network.The optimization model is applied to a city road network and the results illustrate the feasibility of the resilience evaluation and optimization method for a city road network in the post-earthquake emergency period.展开更多

海洋和大气是地球气候系统关键组成部分,其相互作用对全球气候及人类生活产生深远影响。为了分析海气相互作用的研究现状与未来的发展趋势。采用文献计量分析方法,运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace工具,筛选了中国知网(China National Knowledg...海洋和大气是地球气候系统关键组成部分,其相互作用对全球气候及人类生活产生深远影响。为了分析海气相互作用的研究现状与未来的发展趋势。采用文献计量分析方法,运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace工具,筛选了中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于海气相互作用的文献,通过分析关键词共现网络图谱、时间序列图谱、突现网络图谱以及文献的发文国家和机构分布,对1981-2021年中国在该领域的研究进展和未来发展趋势进行了综合评估。同时,本研究还选取了2001-2021年的国际文献,对全球范围内的研究进展和热点问题进行了分析。研究表明,国内外在海气相互作用领域的研究均从宏观到微观角度深入探讨,着重研究了大气和海洋的基本作用机理,并进一步分析了影响地球气候系统的多种因素,目前研究重点转向了极端天气系统的预测及其运行机制。从研究机构和国家分布来看,高校与政府机构是主要的研究主体,国内研究机构之间的合作联系较为紧密。研究关键方向和方法,从宏观层面的基础研究转向更为深入的海气通量和大尺度过程研究。这一转变反映了国际海洋发展战略的调整,同时为未来的研究方向提供了新的视角和思路。展开更多
目的评估维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)动静脉内瘘右利手患者的双侧上肢功能,了解动静脉内瘘对上肢功能的影响及内瘘侧上肢功能的影响因素。方法横断面研究,纳入北京市6家血液透析中心的MHD动静脉内瘘且右利手患者,收...目的评估维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)动静脉内瘘右利手患者的双侧上肢功能,了解动静脉内瘘对上肢功能的影响及内瘘侧上肢功能的影响因素。方法横断面研究,纳入北京市6家血液透析中心的MHD动静脉内瘘且右利手患者,收集人口学资料、生化资料、握力、关节活动度及简易上肢功能检查(simple test for evaluating hand function,STEF)等上肢功能指标。内瘘侧及非内瘘侧上肢功能的比较采用t检验(或非参数检验),采用多元线性回归分析MHD患者动静脉内瘘侧握力的影响因素。结果共入组MHD患者90例,其中男性51例(56.7%),年龄(59.63±10.60)岁,中位透析龄62.50(24.00,113.00)月。患者非内瘘侧握力高于内瘘侧握力(t=-5.133,P<0.001);多元线性回归结果显示MHD患者内瘘侧握力与血肌酐(β=0.353,P<0.001)、认知功能评分(β=0.223,P=0.006)呈正相关,与尿素清除指数(Kt/V)呈负相关(β=-0.235,P=0.007),男性握力大于女性(β=-0.253,P=0.004)。非内瘘侧腕关节尺偏的角度大于内瘘侧(t=-2.814,P=0.006)。在STEF各项操作中,内瘘侧在大球(t=2.327,P=0.021)、大圆片(t=2.472,P=0.015)、布(t=2.688,P=0.008)项目中操作时间长于无内瘘侧。结论MHD患者内瘘侧握力、关节活动度及灵活性均存在下降,影响内瘘侧握力的因素包括性别、血肌酐、Kt/V和认知功能评分。展开更多
