Comprehensive research into regional differentiation of ecosystems, nevertheless, remains comparatively neglected. A rounded eco-regionalization System in terms of regional ecosystem properties and distribution can supply powerful tools for rational and sustainable utilization of natural resources, solution of regional environmental problems, and conservation of biodiversity. In this paper, ideas on nature, theoretical foundation and methods available to eco-regionalization are presented Finally, a new ecoregionalization system of China based on specific principles of ecological division is prepared.展开更多

Backbone parents play important roles in elite hybrid rice breeding systems. In this study, we performed pedigree-based analysis of the elite backbone parent rice variety, namely, Shuhui 527(SH527, Oryza sativa), to exploit key genome regions during breeding. Twenty-four cultivars(including SH527, its six progenitors and 17 derived cultivars) were collected and analyzed with high-density single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) array. Scanning all these cultivars with genome-wide SNP data indicated the unique contributions of progenitors to the SH527 genome and identified the key genomic regions of SH527 conserved within all its derivatives. These findings were further supported by known rice yield-related genes or unknown QTLs identified by genome-wide association study. This study reveals several key regions for SH527 and provides insights into hybrid rice breeding.展开更多

Strigolactones are a class of important phytohormones regulating rice tillering. ATMAX1 is an important gene involved in strigolactone biosynthesis through encoding the protein P450 in Arabidopsis. Based on sequence BLASTp, we identified five homologous genes of ATMAX1 in rice, i.e., OsMAXla, OsMAXlb, OsMAXlc, OsMAXld and OsMAXle. Among them, OsMAXla and OsMAXle showed stable and high expression in rice tissues. In addition, we observed that OsMAXla and OsMAXle can rescue the branched phenotype and the influences caused by MAX1 mutation in Arabidopsis. Moreover, the expression of OsMAX1a and OsMAXle can respond to phosphate deficiency and different phytohormones, especially GR24, a strigolactone analogue. Therefore, it is concluded that OsMAX1a and OsMAX1e are involved in the biosynthesis of strigolactones and regulated rice tillering.展开更多
目的探讨跟腱断裂微创术后康复,早期负重对患者功能及功能满意度的影响。方法回顾分析解放军总医院骨科跟腱损伤患者数据库中2020年3月至2021年3月行跟腱断裂微创手术修复的101例患者,术后7~14周和术后15~19周分别作为患足负重和站立位...目的探讨跟腱断裂微创术后康复,早期负重对患者功能及功能满意度的影响。方法回顾分析解放军总医院骨科跟腱损伤患者数据库中2020年3月至2021年3月行跟腱断裂微创手术修复的101例患者,术后7~14周和术后15~19周分别作为患足负重和站立位单足提踵锻炼的标准时间,按照早于、遵循和晚于标准时间将患者分为三组:提前组、按时组和延后组,采用跟腱完全断裂功能评分(achilles tendon rupture score,ATRS)、患者功能满意度量表、术后恢复到伤前运动水平时间(recovery time to pre-injury exercise level,RTTPEL)等指标进行随访评价。结果术后6个月评价,患足负重提前组ATRS评分(86.22±7.04)相比按时组(81.21±14.47)显著增高,站立位单足提踵提前组ATRS评分(84.95±11.18)相比延后组(78.61±15.12)也显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月评价,患足负重和站立位单足提踵各组间患者ATRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者满意度分析显示,负重项目提前组(64.7%)高于按时组(29.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后RTTPEL分析显示,患足负重项目提前组仅为伤后(19.06±5.90)周,相比按时组(27.13±12.81)周和延后组(32.00±17.58)周显著提前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);站立位单足提踵提前组术后RTTPEL为(19.97±8.74)周,相比延后组(29.67±11.05)周显著提前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与按时组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论跟腱断裂微创术后早期负重与锻炼是安全可靠的,适度提前患足负重和单足提踵锻炼时间有益于加速跟腱断裂微创术后患者的康复。展开更多
