Even no...The study of the radionuelide distribution in sediment is a very important aspect in environmental impact of the low level radioactive liquid waste (LLW) from coastal nuclear facilities or nuclear power plant. Even now we do not know much about it. In this paper, a simple and useful method is put forward and it is used to estimate the nuclide distribution in sediment. The result showed that the LLW from nuclear facility or nuclear power plant will do a little harm to the sediment nearby. But the harm is not very serious. Much works have to be done before full understanding of the situation.展开更多
目的观察饮水铅暴露对大鼠大脑皮质、小脑、海马组织中腺苷酸二磷酸核糖聚合酶(PARP)1基因m RNA表达的影响及其与氧化应激的关系。方法 40只SD大鼠根据体重按随机区组法分为5组(对照组和4个暴露组),每组分别自由饮用去离子水、100、200...目的观察饮水铅暴露对大鼠大脑皮质、小脑、海马组织中腺苷酸二磷酸核糖聚合酶(PARP)1基因m RNA表达的影响及其与氧化应激的关系。方法 40只SD大鼠根据体重按随机区组法分为5组(对照组和4个暴露组),每组分别自由饮用去离子水、100、200、400、800 mg/L的醋酸铅溶液,连续染毒60 d后取大脑皮质、小脑和海马,RT-PCR技术检测脑组织PARP1基因m RNA的表达量,并测定脑组织铅、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的含量。结果与对照组比较,4个铅暴露组大脑皮质、小脑和海马中PARP1 m RNA表达量显著下降,铅含量显著上升(均P<0.05);最低剂量组大脑皮质及小脑SOD、GSH-PX含量,低剂量组大脑皮质及小脑SOD、GSH-PX含量、海马SOD含量,中、高剂量组大脑皮质、小脑、海马中SOD、GSH-PX含量均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);最低剂量组海马MDA,低剂量组小脑及海马MDA,中、高剂量组大脑皮质、小脑、海马MDA含量均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。随着染铅剂量的升高,各脑组织SOD、GSH-PX含量基本呈逐渐下降趋势,MDA水平基本呈逐渐升高趋势。大脑皮质、小脑、海马PARP1 m RNA表达量均与其组织铅含量及MDA含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与SOD含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);大脑皮质及小脑PARP1 m RNA表达量与GSH-PX含量显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论铅可通过诱导细胞氧化应激影响PARP1基因m RNA表达。展开更多

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have become a new resource of islet cell substitutes. One focus of the current research is the application of a specific inducing agent or a culture system to get directed differentiation of BMSCs, which may have part characteristics of islet cells and then be used in autologous transplantation for the treatment of diabetes.展开更多

文摘目的 探讨地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗对初诊大理白族老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效并采用实时动态血糖监测系统(rt-CGMS)观察血糖波动的变化。方法 120例初诊大理白族老年2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组给予地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组单纯给予阿卡波糖治疗,并在治疗前后对所有患者进行rt-CGMS监测。比较两组患者治疗前后体格及生化指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质量指数(BMI)]、胰岛功能指标[胰岛分泌指数(HOMA-β)、胰岛抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、血糖波动指标[血糖水平标准差(SDBG)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、平均血糖水平(MBG)、血糖>11.1 mmol/L的时间百分比(PT11.1)、血糖<3.9 mmol/L的时间百分比(PT3.9)]及不良事件发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组患者FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c、BMI均较本组治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者FPG(7.6±0.5)mmol/L、2 h PG(8.1±0.6)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.1±0.4)%低于对照组的(8.2±0.5)mmol/L、(8.9±0.6)mmol/L、(6.8±0.5)%,但BMI(24.62±1.29)kg/m^(2)高于对照组的(23.98±1.38)kg/m^(2),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者胃肠道反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HOMA-β均高于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者HOMA-IR均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MAGE、SDBG、LAGE、MBG、PT11.1均低于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者MAGE、SDBG、LAGE均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 地特胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗初诊大理白族老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效确切,胃肠道不良反应少,可减少老年人多重用药的安全风险,并有助于改善胰岛功能。在治疗过程中使用rt-CGMS有助于进一步控制患者的血糖水平,稳定血糖波动。
