目的:梳理和总结近10年国内外医疗转诊的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。通过对比分析国内外医疗转诊研究,为我国医疗转诊的建设与发展提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库中检索2014年1月1日至2023年1...目的:梳理和总结近10年国内外医疗转诊的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。通过对比分析国内外医疗转诊研究,为我国医疗转诊的建设与发展提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库中检索2014年1月1日至2023年11月24日医疗转诊研究的相关文献,应用VOSviewer 1.6.19软件对发文量、国家/地区、作者、期刊及关键词绘制知识图谱并进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中文文献869篇,英文文献1491篇。近10年来,国内外转诊研究领域的发文总量均呈现稳定上升趋势。国内形成以张亮为核心的作者群,国外形成以Hui David为核心的作者群。国外发文期刊方向多为临床疾病类,而国内多集中在公共卫生等。国外高频关键词包括palliative care、diagnosis和childre等,国内高频关键词包括分级诊疗、双向转诊和医联体等。结论:近10年国内外转诊研究领域发文总量均呈现稳定上升趋势,国外年发文量的大幅波动受特定疾病的影响,而国内受政策影响。国外研究热点主要聚焦于临床疾病方面,包括姑息治疗、癌症等,而国内研究重点在于制度构建及政策完善。展开更多

In this paper, the dynamic extendable view mechanism provided by object deputy model is proposed for personalized dataspace information system which can provide rich semantics and enough flexibility. The flexible inheritance avoids a lot of data redundancy. The cross class query mechanism allows users to find more related data based on complex relationships. The personalized dataspace service provides less storage space consumption and shorter query response time. The experiment result shows that our approach is more feasible and efficient than the traditional one.展开更多
