洁悠神与碘伏对预防留置尿管伴随性尿路感染的效果比较

目的:探讨洁悠神与碘伏对预防留置尿管伴随性尿路感染的应用效果。方法:将75例留置尿管患者随机分为对照组34例和观察组41例。对照组采用0.5%碘伏擦洗尿道口、龟头、包皮、尿道口近端5 cm处尿管、集尿袋与尿管接口处、集尿袋出口处;观察组采用抗菌剂洁悠神喷洒上述同一部位。比较两组患者留置尿管尿液培养结果以及尿道口周围皮肤不良刺激、舒适度、患者依从性、操作等。结果:洁悠神与碘伏对预防留置导尿管伴随性尿路感染的影响差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用洁悠神替代碘伏进行尿管护理,对患者皮肤无不良刺激,无不良反应,操作简单、方便,患者依从性好,舒适度佳,而且不增加尿路感染的发生率。

醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗前列腺癌20例的护理

目的:探讨醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗前列腺癌的护理经验。方法:收治前列腺癌患者20例,给予醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗。掌握正确的用药方法,加强药物不良反应的观察与护理,重视患者的心理护理。结果:20例患者顺利完成治疗,无重大不良反应。结论:为患者提供有效的护理措施可保证用药安全和提高患者的依从性。

Delineation of Haigou gold metallogenic province and its metallogenic prospection

Based on the accumulated data for the gold deposits in the central Jilin Province in recent years and our understanding of the gold metallogenic province,the Haigou gold metallogenic province is delineated and the denudation degree of gold deposits in this province is discussed. The potential and the ore-searching direction of the province are also considered. The Haigou gold metallogenic province occurs as an independent province with low denudation degree and high ore-producing potential. Regional fault belts and small basic intrusions are two ore-constrains and could serve as the ore-searching indictors in the province.

Geological and geochemical indicators and prediction of deep-seated ore bodies in Jiudian gold deposit of Pingdu,Shandong Province

Based on the geology and geochemistry of gold-bearing quartz veins in the Jiudian gold deposit of Pingdu,Shandong Province,the geological and geochemical indicators of occurrence of deep-seated ore bodies in the Jiudian gold deposit have been summarized.Extent occurrence of wide,intensive,varied alteration zones around the gold-bearing quartz veins and continual presence of diorite porphyrite and lamprophyry indicate the probable occurrence of deep-seated ore bodies at depth of gold lodes.As,Sb and Hg belong to the head halo elements, and their anomalies could reveal the probable occurrence of the deep-seated ore bodies below.
