Several species of them were isolated and identified, great diversity was displayed in different agricultural soils of different crops, agricultural climate zones, different seasons, depths, different treated soybean cyst nematode soil, healthy and diseased crop soil. Among five crops soil samples, wheat and corn soil were found to possess the largest number of Gliocladium and Trichoderma separately. Gliocladium and Trichoderma of three major crops showed consistent changing patterns with seasonal variation. Corn soil displayed distinct vertical distribution of Trichoderma. There is a different distribution of the two fungi in diseased and healthy plant soil. Among the various isolated methods, diluted plate method is the best for isolating Gliocladium, and Trichoderma could be found in plant residue method and be tolerant to steam for two minutes. In the soybean cyst nematode soil mycobiota, the frequency of Gliocladium is higher than that of the others fungi, and Trichoderma may have the role of bioremediation in herbicide treated soil. Similarly, Gliocladium occurred frequently in different climate zones.展开更多

Kinetic parameters such as the apparent r...Kinetics of synthesis of methyl formate from carbon monoxide and methanol, using sodium methoxide as the catalyst and pyridine as the promoter in a batch reactor, was studied. Kinetic parameters such as the apparent reaction orders, the rate constant and the apparent activation energies were obtained. The experimental results showed that both the reaction orders with respect to CO and methanol equal to 1, the general reaction kinetic equation is (-r)=-dp(CO)/dt=k, p(CO).[MeOH], and the rate constant is k=8.82×10~6exp [-61.19×10~3/(R·T)] in the presence of pyridine. The apparent activation energies had decreased 6.44 kJ/mol and the rate constant had increased more than 1.5 times when pyridine was used as the promoter in the catalyst system.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the expression of RNF187 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its relationship with prognosis.Methods:The mRNA and protein expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues of ...Objective:To investigate the expression of RNF187 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its relationship with prognosis.Methods:The mRNA and protein expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues of HCC patients were determined by qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis,and RNF187 expressions in HCC were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship of RNF187 expression with clinicopathologic factors and prognosis in HCC patients were analyzed.Results:RNF187 expressed highly in HCC tissues compared with the corresponding adjacent liver tissues both in mRNA and protein level,and significantly higher in HCC tissue from patients with intrahepatic metastases or vascular invasion than those in HCC tissue from patients without intrahepatic metastases and vascular invasion(all P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of the high expression group was lower than that of the low expression group(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis revealed that high RNF187 expression was independent risk factor for postoperative survival(HR=1.313,95%CI=1.128~1.537,P<0.001).Conclusion:High expression of RNF187 in HCC is closely related to tumor prognosis,which may become a new index to evaluate the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of liver cancer.展开更多
