KOA合并骨质疏松患者外周血JAK2/STAT3信号通路表达水平及临床意义

目的分析膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)合并骨质疏松(OP)患者外周血中,janus酪氨酸激酶2(JAK2)/信号传导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)信号通路表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月在南阳市中心医院骨科进行诊治的KOA合并OP患者作为合... 目的分析膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)合并骨质疏松(OP)患者外周血中,janus酪氨酸激酶2(JAK2)/信号传导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)信号通路表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月在南阳市中心医院骨科进行诊治的KOA合并OP患者作为合并组(n=106),另选同期诊查的单纯KOA患者作为对照组(n=106)。收集两组的年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)等一般资料,检测JAK2、磷酸化JAK2(p-JAK2)、STAT3、磷酸化STAT3(p-STAT3)蛋白表达水平,采用单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析外周血JAK2/STAT3信号通路表达与KOA合并OP的关系,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析外周血JAK2/STAT3信号通路表达对KOA合并OP的预测价值。结果单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、BMI指数、住房情况、JAK2、p-JAK2、STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白表达均是KOA合并OP的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)/t=10.930、16.652、9.468、6.861、13.621、12.089、12.850、11.065,P均<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR=1.397,95%CI:1.091~1.788)、年龄(OR=1.631,95%CI:1.162~2.289)、BMI指数(OR=2.210,95%CI:1.167~4.187)、住房情况(OR=1.642,95%CI:1.082~2.493)、JAK2蛋白(OR=2.125,95%CI:1.257~3.594)、p-JAK2蛋白(OR=2.111,95%CI:1.285~3.466)、STAT3蛋白(OR=2.088,95%CI:1.320~3.302)和p-STAT3蛋白(OR=2.140,95%CI:1.244~3.684)均是KOA合并OP的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,JAK2、p-JAK2、STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白及四者联合检测的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.898、0.880、0.897、0.857、0.985,四者联合检测优于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝骨性关节炎合并骨质疏松患者外周血JAK2、p-JAK2、STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白均呈高表达,KOA合并骨质疏松可能跟外周血JAK2/STAT3信号通路活跃有关,联合检测对KOA合并骨质疏松具有良好的预测价值。 展开更多

Benzothiazoles(BTHs)and benzotriazoles(BTRs)are an important group of industrial chemicals.Due to large scale and long-term applications,they have been released to various environmental media,including indoor dust,and subsequently elicited a variety of toxic effects.In this study,the concentrations and composition profiles of BTHs and BTRs in indoor dust from Suizhou and Beijing,China,were investigated.The median concentrations ofΣ_(6)BTHs in indoor dust samples from Suizhou and Beijing were 133 and 439 ng/g dw,respectively,whereas theΣ5BTRs concentrations from Suizhou and Beijing were 28.4 and 40.1 ng/g dw,respectively(dw=dry weight).BTH,2-OH-BTH,1-H-BTR,and 5-Me-1-H-BTR were the predominant compounds in the dust.Human exposure to such chemicals was further evaluated.The intake for the population in Suizhou(0.163–0.939 ng/kg bw/day)and Beijing(0.0347–0.200 ng/kg bw/day)was minor(bw=body weight).The obtained results in this study will be able to add insight into human exposure to BTHs and BTRs.This study will help to identify the behavior and fate of BTHs and BTRs in the environment,and thus to scientifically assess their risk of exposure. 展开更多

The air pollution, especially indoor airborne PAHs generated by burning smoky coals, has been considered as the most probable reason. The air pollution may affect drinking water and soil through dry and wet deposition. In this study, the concentrations of PAHs in water and soil samples from Xuanwei and Fuyuan were monitored to investigate the influence of atmospheric PAHs pollution on water and soil. No obvious PAHs pollution in water was found in these two areas, indicating that airborne PAHs have no apparent effect on the drinking water (well water). The smoky coal combustion from household and industry, such as the activities related to power plants, coking plants and chemical industries, is responsible for the soil PAHs pollution in these two areas. The soil pollution might be the reemission source and would pose long-term threat to the local environment and health of residents. 展开更多

Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model. The external Ria for them is 95.5% by LDA and 96.5% by SVM, respectively, which shows that HA proteins of AIVs are preferably recognized by SVM and LDA, and the performances by SVM are superior to those by LDA. 展开更多

Although concern on PBDE’s toxic effects is steadily increasing, its action on the central nervous system (CNS) remains largely unknown. To address this issue, the present study ex- amined the development inhibition of PBDE in neurons. The primary cultured hippocampal neurons of rat were exposed to the commercial decabromodiphenyl ether (deca-BDE), and the neurite length, bi- furcation, and synapse formation and maturation were evaluated, based on the confocal microscope imaging. The results showed that the development inhibition in neurons occurred at 15 μmol/L, indi- cating that PBDE is a potent neurotoxicant and it might obviously inhibit the development of cultured neurons. 展开更多
