Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC),a type of non-melanoma skin cancer(NMSC),is the most common malignancy worldwide.Thioredoxin(TXN)domain-containing protein 9(TXNDC9)is a member of the TXN family that is importa...Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC),a type of non-melanoma skin cancer(NMSC),is the most common malignancy worldwide.Thioredoxin(TXN)domain-containing protein 9(TXNDC9)is a member of the TXN family that is important in cell differentiation.However,the biological function of this protein in cancer,particularly cSCC,is still unknown.In the present study,our experiments revealed the protective effects of TXNDC9 on UV-B-irritated cSCC cells.The initial findings showed that TXNDC9 is significantly upregulated in cSCC tissue and cells compared to normal skin tissue and keratinocytes.UV-B radiation robustly induces the expression of TXNDC9,and UV-B-induced cSCC cell death is boosted by TXNDC9 deficiency.Moreover,cSCC cells lacking TXNDC9 displayed attenuated activation of the NF-κB pathway.Additional studies by inhibiting TXNDC9 confirmed this finding,as TXNDC9 deficiency attenuated UV-B radiation-induced translocation of NF-κB p65 from the cytoplasm to the nucleus of cSCC.In conclusion,our work demonstrates the biological roles of TXNDC9 in cSCC progression and may provide a novel therapeutic target to treat cSCC in the future.展开更多
Mueller matrix imaging is emerging for the quantitative characterization of pathological microstructures and is especially sensitive to fibrous structures.Liver fibrosis is a characteristic of many types of chronic li...Mueller matrix imaging is emerging for the quantitative characterization of pathological microstructures and is especially sensitive to fibrous structures.Liver fibrosis is a characteristic of many types of chronic liver diseases.The clinical diagnosis of liver fibrosis requires time-consuming multiple staining processes that specifically target on fibrous structures.The staining proficiency of technicians and the subjective visualization of pathologists may bring inconsistency to clinical diagnosis.Mueller matrix imaging can reduce the multiple staining processes and provide quantitative diagnostic indicators to characterize liver fibrosis tissues.In this study,a fibersensitive polarization feature parameter(PFP)was derived through the forward sequential feature selection(SFS)and linear discriminant analysis(LDA)to target on the identification of fibrous structures.Then,the Pearson correlation coeffcients and the statistical T-tests between the fiber-sensitive PFP image textures and the liver fibrosis tissues were calculated.The results show the gray level run length matrix(GLRLM)-based run entropy that measures the heterogeneity of the PFP image was most correlated to the changes of liver fibrosis tissues at four stages with a Pearson correlation of 0.6919.The results also indicate the highest Pearson correlation of 0.9996 was achieved through the linear regression predictions of the combination of the PFP image textures.This study demonstrates the potential of deriving a fiber-sensitive PFP to reduce the multiple staining process and provide textures-based quantitative diagnostic indicators for the staging of liver fibrosis.展开更多

Methods:A computer-assisted binocular indirect ophthalmoscope imaging and output system was equipped with camera and image processing hardware and connected to computers. The process of fundus examination was videotaped (photograph) and output. Simulated eyes were utilized to debug video head and acquire stable and clear fundus images by binocular indirect ophthalmoscope for premature infants. Results:Fundus imaging output technique was sucessfully established. The common reasons of unclear imaging and corresponding solutions were summarized. This technique can capture and output stable and clear fundus images of premature infants. Conclusion: Assisted by hardware and software processing, a compute assisted binocular indirect ophthalmoscope imaging and output system was established,which can be used for screening, research, treatment and follow-up of ROP in premature babies to resolve the difficulty in obtaining clear fundus photograph.展开更多

The horizontal displacement-force relationship of the pile head and bending moment distribution along the body in frozen soils of different temperatures were discussed. According to test results, both the horizontal disp!acement-force relationship of the DX pile head and bending moment distribution of the DX pile body are smaller than that of equal-diameter piles under same lateral loads. The piles with different plate positions show different displacements and bending moments. This phenomenon is mainly related to the soil temperature and bearing plates locations. Thus, dynamic response analysis of the pile foundation should be taken into account.展开更多
We sought to investigate the significance of p53 expression for epithelial ovarian carcinoma.In this study,we used immunohistochemical method to investigate the expression patterns of p53 in different subtypes of epit...We sought to investigate the significance of p53 expression for epithelial ovarian carcinoma.In this study,we used immunohistochemical method to investigate the expression patterns of p53 in different subtypes of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.We found that the expressions of p53 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer(pituita,serosity and intima) were 88.9%,75% and 100%,respectively,while the recurrence rates among three cancer subtypes were significantly different(33.3%,12.5% and 0%,respectively;P 〈 0.05).Compared with patients without lymph node metastasis,the expression of p53 in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly strong(68.75% and 100%,respectively;P 〈 0.05).However,the recurrence rate in the patients with lymph node metastasis(40%) was higher than that without lymph node metastasis(6.25%,P 〈 0.05).The expressions of p53 protein in ovarian cancer betweenⅠ-Ⅱ(25%) stage and Ⅱ-Ⅳ stage(100%) were significantly different(P 〈 0.05),and the recurrence rates between the two groups were significantly different(0% and 31.25%,respectively,P 〈 0.05).Therefore,p53 protein has an intimate relationship with the malignant degree and the prognosis of ovarian cancer.展开更多

Through the analysis of the national statistical data about energy consumption for agriculture production from 2005 to 2012 year,the results show that the amount of energy consumption for agricultural production in China has increased year by year since 2005. Because of the continued growth of the total energy consumption in China,the proportion of energy consumption for agricultural production to the total energy consumption of China has declined slightly since 2005. At present,the energy consumption structure for agricultural production in China is diesel fuel,coal,electric power,gasoline,and indirect energy consumption. Peritoneal fibrosis together with increased capillaries is the primary cause of peritoneal dialysis failure.Mesothelial cell loss is an initiating event for peritoneal fibrosis.We find that the elevated glucose concen...Peritoneal fibrosis together with increased capillaries is the primary cause of peritoneal dialysis failure.Mesothelial cell loss is an initiating event for peritoneal fibrosis.We find that the elevated glucose concentrations in peritoneal dialysate drive mesothelial cell pyroptosis in a manner dependent on caspase-3 and Gasdermin E,driving downstream inflammatory responses,including the activation of macrophages.Moreover,pyroptosis is associated with elevated vascular endothelial growth factor A and C,two key factors in vascular angiogenesis and lymphatic vessel formation.GSDME deficiency mice are protected from high glucose induced peritoneal fibrosis and ultrafiltration failure.Application of melatonin abrogates mesothelial cell pyroptosis through a MT1R-mediated action,and successfully reduces peritoneal fibrosis and angiogenesis in an animal model while preserving dialysis efficacy.Mechanistically,melatonin treatment maintains mitochondrial integrity in mesothelial cells,meanwhile activating m TOR signaling through an increase in the glycolysis product dihydroxyacetone phosphate.These effects together with quenching free radicals by melatonin help mesothelial cells maintain a relatively stable internal environment in the face of high-glucose stress.Thus,Melatonin treatment holds some promise in preserving mesothelium integrity and in decreasing angiogenesis to protect peritoneum function in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.展开更多
Background:Reports on the prevalence of psoriatic arthritis(PsA)among Chinese patients with psoriasis are very limited.This study,conducted by rheumatologists,estimated the prevalence of PsA in a large number of Chine...Background:Reports on the prevalence of psoriatic arthritis(PsA)among Chinese patients with psoriasis are very limited.This study,conducted by rheumatologists,estimated the prevalence of PsA in a large number of Chinese patients with psoriasis.Methods:Consecutive patients with a confirmed diagnosis of psoriasis attending nine dermatology clinics in five hospitals were recruited.All psoriasis patients were asked to complete a questionnaire comprising 16 questions to identify possible cases of PsA.All patients with one or more positive answers to the questionnaire were evaluated by two experienced rheumatologists.Results:A total of 2434 psoriasis patients,including 1561 males and 873 females,were enrolled.Both the questionnaire and rheumatologists’examinations were completed in the dermatology clinics.The results identified 252 patients with PsA,comprising 168 males and 84 females.The overall prevalence of PsA among psoriasis patients was 10.4%(95%confidence interval[95%CI],9.1%-11.7%).By sex,the prevalence was 10.8%(95%CI,9.2%-12.5%)for males and 9.6%(95%CI,7.7%-11.9%)for females and there was no significant sex difference in the prevalence of PsA(P=0.38).Of the 252 PsA patients,125(49.6%,95%CI,41.3%-59.1%)were newly diagnosed by rheumatologists.Consequently,the prevalence of undiagnosed PsA among psoriasis patients was 5.2%(95%CI,4.4%-6.2%).Conclusion:The prevalence of PsA in the Chinese population with psoriasis is about 10.4%,which is almost double that of previous reports in the Chinese population,but lower than that in Caucasians.展开更多
High-performance and stable electrocatalysts are vital for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,via a one-pot hydrothermal method,Ni/Fe/V ternary layered double hydroxides(NiFeV-LDH)derived from Ni foam are fabri...High-performance and stable electrocatalysts are vital for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,via a one-pot hydrothermal method,Ni/Fe/V ternary layered double hydroxides(NiFeV-LDH)derived from Ni foam are fabricated to work as highly active and durable electrocatalysts for OER.By changing the feeding ratio of Fe and V salts,the prepared ternary hydroxides were optimized.At an Fe:V ratio of 0.5:0.5,NiFeV-LDH exhibits outstanding OER activity superior to that of the binary hydroxides,requiring overpotentials of 269 and 274 mV at 50 mA·cm^(−2)in the linear sweep voltammetry and sampled current voltammetry measurements,respectively.Importantly,NiFeV-LDH shows extraordinary long-term stability(≥75 h)at an extremely high current density of 200 mA·cm^(−2).In contrast,the binary hydroxides present quick decay at 200 mA·cm^(−2)or even reduced current densities(150 and 100 mA·cm^(−2)).The outstanding OER performance of NiFeV-LDH benefits from the synergistic effect of V and Fe while doping the third metal into bimetallic hydroxide layers:(a)Fe plays a crucial role as the active site;(b)electron-withdrawing V stabilizes the high valence state of Fe,thus accelerating the OER process;(c)V further offers great stabilization for the formed intermediate of FeOOH,thus achieving superior durability.展开更多
Development of a general regulatory strategy for efficient overall water splitting remains a challenging task.Herein,a simple,costfairness,and general fluorination strategy is developed to realize surface reconstructi...Development of a general regulatory strategy for efficient overall water splitting remains a challenging task.Herein,a simple,costfairness,and general fluorination strategy is developed to realize surface reconstruction,heteroatom doping,and vacancies engineering over cobalt phosphide(CoP)for acquiring high-performance bifunctional electrocatalysts.Specifically,the surface of CoP nanoarrays(NAs)becomes rougher,meanwhile F doped into CoP lattice and creating amounts of P vacancies by fluorination,which caused the increase of active sites and regulation of charge distribution,resulting the excellent electrocatalyst performance of F-CoP NAs/copper foam(CF).The optimized F-CoP NAs/CF delivers a lower overpotential of only 35 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and 231 mV at 50 mA·cm^(−2)for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and the corresponding overall water splitting requires only 1.48 V cell voltage at 10 mA·cm^(−2),which are superior to the most state-of-theart reported electrocatalysts.This work provides an innovative and feasible strategy to construct efficient electrocatalysts.展开更多
To the Editor:Diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs)are an important cause of morbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).The prevalence of foot ulcers in patients with diabetes is 4%to 10%,with the lifetime incidence estima...To the Editor:Diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs)are an important cause of morbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).The prevalence of foot ulcers in patients with diabetes is 4%to 10%,with the lifetime incidence estimated to be between 19%and 34%.[1]DFUs have become a considerable burden on patients and the healthcare service system.However,the mechanism is not fully understood,and DFUs are still difficult to heal.High-density lipoproteins(HDL)are circulating particles composed of phospholipids,cholesterol,and proteins.HDL attracted lots of attention mainly because of its protective effect against the development of atherosclerosis.However,it has been shown that decreased HDL levels are correlated with an increased risk of DM and its complications.The association of HDL with DFUs has also received much attention.Lower levels of HDL cholesterol were associated with increased risk for foot ulceration in patients with diabetes(odds ratio 0.427,95%confidence interval[CI]0.228-0.799,P=0.008).[2]HDL cholesterol levels were also revealed to be an independent risk factor of lower-extremity amputation and wound-related death in patients with DFUs(hazard ratio[HR]0.30,95%CI 0.14-0.63,P=0.002).Therefore,there might be a potential correlation between HDL and wound healing.展开更多
Emerging zoonotic diseases have received tremendous interests in recent years,as they pose a significant threat to human health,animal welfare,and economic stability.A high proportion of zoonoses originate from wildli...Emerging zoonotic diseases have received tremendous interests in recent years,as they pose a significant threat to human health,animal welfare,and economic stability.A high proportion of zoonoses originate from wildlife reservoirs.Rodents are the most numerous,widespread,and diverse group of mammals on the earth and are reservoirs for many zoonotic viruses responsible for significant morbidity and mortality.A better understanding of virome diversity in rodents would be of importance for researchers and professionals in the field.Therefore,we developed the DRodVir database(http://www.mgc.ac.cn/DRodVir/),a comprehensive,up-to-date,and well-curated repository of rodent-associated animal viruses.The database currently covers 7690 sequences from 5491 rodent-associated mammal viruses of 26 viral families detected from 194 rodent species in 93 countries worldwide.In addition to virus sequences,the database provides detailed information on related samples and host rodents,as well as a set of online analytical tools for text query,BLAST search and phylogenetic reconstruction.The DRodVir database will help virologists better understand the virome diversity of rodents.Moreover,it will be a valuable tool for epidemiologists and zoologists for easy monitoring and tracking of the current and future zoonotic diseases.As a data application example,we further compared the current status of rodent-associated viruses with bat-associated viruses to highlight the necessity for including additional host species and geographic regions in future investigations,which will help us achieve a better understanding of the virome diversities in the two major reservoirs of emerging zoonotic infectious diseases.展开更多

The DSC data reveal that 1 undergoes a phase transition at 277 K (Tc). When one chlorine atom replaces one fluorine atom on trifluoroacetate anion, three order-disorder phase transitions at 251 K (Ti), 282 K (T2) and 290 K could be achieved owing to a stepwise release of rotation motions of the anion and cation in {[(CH3)2CHCH2]2NH2}·[CF2C[COO] (2). Based on the variable temperature crystal structures, the phase transition in compound 1 is triggered by the rotation of three fluorine atoms on the trifluoroacetate anion synchronized with the motions of the methyl groups on the diisobutylammonium cation. However, in compound 2, the phase transitions can be realized by a sequence of motions of both the anion and cation. Besides, the dielectric- temperature dependences were investigated in order to prove this regulation process. All of this investigation will be beneficial to design and synthesis of the novel phase transition materials and molecular dielectric materials on pur- pose.展开更多

Under some moderate conditions, the density of the exposed and the infected individuals exponentially approaches zero almost surely are derived. Furthermore, the stochastic SEI epidemic model admits a stationary distribution around the endemic equilibrium, and the solution is ergodic. Some numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of the main results.展开更多

文摘We sought to investigate the significance of p53 expression for epithelial ovarian carcinoma.In this study,we used immunohistochemical method to investigate the expression patterns of p53 in different subtypes of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.We found that the expressions of p53 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer(pituita,serosity and intima) were 88.9%,75% and 100%,respectively,while the recurrence rates among three cancer subtypes were significantly different(33.3%,12.5% and 0%,respectively;P 〈 0.05).Compared with patients without lymph node metastasis,the expression of p53 in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly strong(68.75% and 100%,respectively;P 〈 0.05).However,the recurrence rate in the patients with lymph node metastasis(40%) was higher than that without lymph node metastasis(6.25%,P 〈 0.05).The expressions of p53 protein in ovarian cancer betweenⅠ-Ⅱ(25%) stage and Ⅱ-Ⅳ stage(100%) were significantly different(P 〈 0.05),and the recurrence rates between the two groups were significantly different(0% and 31.25%,respectively,P 〈 0.05).Therefore,p53 protein has an intimate relationship with the malignant degree and the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
文摘Energy consumption is one of the important symbols of modern agriculture,and it is also an important input in modern agricultural production. The study on the agricultural energy consumption not only has a positive significance to agricultural energy saving,emission reduction and ecological environment protection,but also can greatly reduce the cost of agricultural production and improve the economic benefit of farmers. Through the analysis of the national statistical data about energy consumption for agriculture production from 2005 to 2012 year,the results show that the amount of energy consumption for agricultural production in China has increased year by year since 2005. Because of the continued growth of the total energy consumption in China,the proportion of energy consumption for agricultural production to the total energy consumption of China has declined slightly since 2005. At present,the energy consumption structure for agricultural production in China is diesel fuel,coal,electric power,gasoline,and indirect energy consumption. With the rapid development of the agricultural technology in recent years,the total agricultural output value in China has increased greatly,the direct and indirect agricultural energy consumption per unit of agricultural output value in China has decreased year by year,and the efficiency of energy consumption for agricultural production has increased consequently.

文摘Peritoneal fibrosis together with increased capillaries is the primary cause of peritoneal dialysis failure.Mesothelial cell loss is an initiating event for peritoneal fibrosis.We find that the elevated glucose concentrations in peritoneal dialysate drive mesothelial cell pyroptosis in a manner dependent on caspase-3 and Gasdermin E,driving downstream inflammatory responses,including the activation of macrophages.Moreover,pyroptosis is associated with elevated vascular endothelial growth factor A and C,two key factors in vascular angiogenesis and lymphatic vessel formation.GSDME deficiency mice are protected from high glucose induced peritoneal fibrosis and ultrafiltration failure.Application of melatonin abrogates mesothelial cell pyroptosis through a MT1R-mediated action,and successfully reduces peritoneal fibrosis and angiogenesis in an animal model while preserving dialysis efficacy.Mechanistically,melatonin treatment maintains mitochondrial integrity in mesothelial cells,meanwhile activating m TOR signaling through an increase in the glycolysis product dihydroxyacetone phosphate.These effects together with quenching free radicals by melatonin help mesothelial cells maintain a relatively stable internal environment in the face of high-glucose stress.Thus,Melatonin treatment holds some promise in preserving mesothelium integrity and in decreasing angiogenesis to protect peritoneum function in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.

文摘Background:Reports on the prevalence of psoriatic arthritis(PsA)among Chinese patients with psoriasis are very limited.This study,conducted by rheumatologists,estimated the prevalence of PsA in a large number of Chinese patients with psoriasis.Methods:Consecutive patients with a confirmed diagnosis of psoriasis attending nine dermatology clinics in five hospitals were recruited.All psoriasis patients were asked to complete a questionnaire comprising 16 questions to identify possible cases of PsA.All patients with one or more positive answers to the questionnaire were evaluated by two experienced rheumatologists.Results:A total of 2434 psoriasis patients,including 1561 males and 873 females,were enrolled.Both the questionnaire and rheumatologists’examinations were completed in the dermatology clinics.The results identified 252 patients with PsA,comprising 168 males and 84 females.The overall prevalence of PsA among psoriasis patients was 10.4%(95%confidence interval[95%CI],9.1%-11.7%).By sex,the prevalence was 10.8%(95%CI,9.2%-12.5%)for males and 9.6%(95%CI,7.7%-11.9%)for females and there was no significant sex difference in the prevalence of PsA(P=0.38).Of the 252 PsA patients,125(49.6%,95%CI,41.3%-59.1%)were newly diagnosed by rheumatologists.Consequently,the prevalence of undiagnosed PsA among psoriasis patients was 5.2%(95%CI,4.4%-6.2%).Conclusion:The prevalence of PsA in the Chinese population with psoriasis is about 10.4%,which is almost double that of previous reports in the Chinese population,but lower than that in Caucasians.

文摘High-performance and stable electrocatalysts are vital for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,via a one-pot hydrothermal method,Ni/Fe/V ternary layered double hydroxides(NiFeV-LDH)derived from Ni foam are fabricated to work as highly active and durable electrocatalysts for OER.By changing the feeding ratio of Fe and V salts,the prepared ternary hydroxides were optimized.At an Fe:V ratio of 0.5:0.5,NiFeV-LDH exhibits outstanding OER activity superior to that of the binary hydroxides,requiring overpotentials of 269 and 274 mV at 50 mA·cm^(−2)in the linear sweep voltammetry and sampled current voltammetry measurements,respectively.Importantly,NiFeV-LDH shows extraordinary long-term stability(≥75 h)at an extremely high current density of 200 mA·cm^(−2).In contrast,the binary hydroxides present quick decay at 200 mA·cm^(−2)or even reduced current densities(150 and 100 mA·cm^(−2)).The outstanding OER performance of NiFeV-LDH benefits from the synergistic effect of V and Fe while doping the third metal into bimetallic hydroxide layers:(a)Fe plays a crucial role as the active site;(b)electron-withdrawing V stabilizes the high valence state of Fe,thus accelerating the OER process;(c)V further offers great stabilization for the formed intermediate of FeOOH,thus achieving superior durability.

文摘Development of a general regulatory strategy for efficient overall water splitting remains a challenging task.Herein,a simple,costfairness,and general fluorination strategy is developed to realize surface reconstruction,heteroatom doping,and vacancies engineering over cobalt phosphide(CoP)for acquiring high-performance bifunctional electrocatalysts.Specifically,the surface of CoP nanoarrays(NAs)becomes rougher,meanwhile F doped into CoP lattice and creating amounts of P vacancies by fluorination,which caused the increase of active sites and regulation of charge distribution,resulting the excellent electrocatalyst performance of F-CoP NAs/copper foam(CF).The optimized F-CoP NAs/CF delivers a lower overpotential of only 35 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and 231 mV at 50 mA·cm^(−2)for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and the corresponding overall water splitting requires only 1.48 V cell voltage at 10 mA·cm^(−2),which are superior to the most state-of-theart reported electrocatalysts.This work provides an innovative and feasible strategy to construct efficient electrocatalysts.

文摘To the Editor:Diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs)are an important cause of morbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).The prevalence of foot ulcers in patients with diabetes is 4%to 10%,with the lifetime incidence estimated to be between 19%and 34%.[1]DFUs have become a considerable burden on patients and the healthcare service system.However,the mechanism is not fully understood,and DFUs are still difficult to heal.High-density lipoproteins(HDL)are circulating particles composed of phospholipids,cholesterol,and proteins.HDL attracted lots of attention mainly because of its protective effect against the development of atherosclerosis.However,it has been shown that decreased HDL levels are correlated with an increased risk of DM and its complications.The association of HDL with DFUs has also received much attention.Lower levels of HDL cholesterol were associated with increased risk for foot ulceration in patients with diabetes(odds ratio 0.427,95%confidence interval[CI]0.228-0.799,P=0.008).[2]HDL cholesterol levels were also revealed to be an independent risk factor of lower-extremity amputation and wound-related death in patients with DFUs(hazard ratio[HR]0.30,95%CI 0.14-0.63,P=0.002).Therefore,there might be a potential correlation between HDL and wound healing.

文摘Emerging zoonotic diseases have received tremendous interests in recent years,as they pose a significant threat to human health,animal welfare,and economic stability.A high proportion of zoonoses originate from wildlife reservoirs.Rodents are the most numerous,widespread,and diverse group of mammals on the earth and are reservoirs for many zoonotic viruses responsible for significant morbidity and mortality.A better understanding of virome diversity in rodents would be of importance for researchers and professionals in the field.Therefore,we developed the DRodVir database(http://www.mgc.ac.cn/DRodVir/),a comprehensive,up-to-date,and well-curated repository of rodent-associated animal viruses.The database currently covers 7690 sequences from 5491 rodent-associated mammal viruses of 26 viral families detected from 194 rodent species in 93 countries worldwide.In addition to virus sequences,the database provides detailed information on related samples and host rodents,as well as a set of online analytical tools for text query,BLAST search and phylogenetic reconstruction.The DRodVir database will help virologists better understand the virome diversity of rodents.Moreover,it will be a valuable tool for epidemiologists and zoologists for easy monitoring and tracking of the current and future zoonotic diseases.As a data application example,we further compared the current status of rodent-associated viruses with bat-associated viruses to highlight the necessity for including additional host species and geographic regions in future investigations,which will help us achieve a better understanding of the virome diversities in the two major reservoirs of emerging zoonotic infectious diseases.

文摘The structural phase transition compound {[(CH3)2CHCH2]2NH2}·[CF3COO] (1) has been synthesized based on the diisobutylamine and trifluoroacetic acid. The DSC data reveal that 1 undergoes a phase transition at 277 K (Tc). When one chlorine atom replaces one fluorine atom on trifluoroacetate anion, three order-disorder phase transitions at 251 K (Ti), 282 K (T2) and 290 K could be achieved owing to a stepwise release of rotation motions of the anion and cation in {[(CH3)2CHCH2]2NH2}·[CF2C[COO] (2). Based on the variable temperature crystal structures, the phase transition in compound 1 is triggered by the rotation of three fluorine atoms on the trifluoroacetate anion synchronized with the motions of the methyl groups on the diisobutylammonium cation. However, in compound 2, the phase transitions can be realized by a sequence of motions of both the anion and cation. Besides, the dielectric- temperature dependences were investigated in order to prove this regulation process. All of this investigation will be beneficial to design and synthesis of the novel phase transition materials and molecular dielectric materials on pur- pose.

文摘In this paper, we study a type of susceptible-exposed-infected(SEI) epidemic model with varying population size and introduce the random perturbation of the constant contact rate into the SEI epidemic model due to the universal existence of fluctuations. Under some moderate conditions, the density of the exposed and the infected individuals exponentially approaches zero almost surely are derived. Furthermore, the stochastic SEI epidemic model admits a stationary distribution around the endemic equilibrium, and the solution is ergodic. Some numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of the main results.
