以充油的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(O-SEBS)和聚丙烯(PP)按质量比2∶1混合后制备热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料。将耐水性能优异的焦磷酸二三聚氰胺(DMPy)和二乙基次膦酸铝(AlPi)添加到TPE材料中,对其阻燃、耐水等性能进行了研究。当D... 以充油的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(O-SEBS)和聚丙烯(PP)按质量比2∶1混合后制备热塑性弹性体(TPE)材料。将耐水性能优异的焦磷酸二三聚氰胺(DMPy)和二乙基次膦酸铝(AlPi)添加到TPE材料中,对其阻燃、耐水等性能进行了研究。当DMPy/AlPi的质量比为1∶1、总添加量为38%时,TPE/DMPy/AlPi材料在垂直燃烧测试中达到了UL-94V-0级,氧指数为27.2%。材料在封闭的70℃水浴环境中放置168h后依然能通过UL-94V-0级,失重率仅为0.76%,表明材料具有优异的耐水性能。锥形量热测试表明,耐水测试后,材料的阻燃性能略有提升。 展开更多

The rise in the use of global polyester fiber contributed to strong demand of the Terephthalic acid(TPA).The liquid-phase catalytic oxidation of p-xylene(PX)to TPA is regarded as a critical and efficient chemical process in industry[1].PX oxidation reaction involves many complex side reactions,among which acetic acid combustion and PX combustion are the most important.As the target product of this oxidation process,the quality and yield of TPA are of great concern.However,the improvement of the qualified product yield can bring about the high energy consumption,which means that the economic objectives of this process cannot be achieved simultaneously because the two objectives are in conflict with each other.In this paper,an improved self-adaptive multi-objective differential evolution algorithm was proposed to handle the multi-objective optimization problems.The immune concept is introduced to the self-adaptive multi-objective differential evolution algorithm(SADE)to strengthen the local search ability and optimization accuracy.The proposed algorithm is successfully tested on several benchmark test problems,and the performance measures such as convergence and divergence metrics are calculated.Subsequently,the multi-objective optimization of an industrial PX oxidation process is carried out using the proposed immune self-adaptive multi-objective differential evolution algorithm(ISADE).Optimization results indicate that application of ISADE can greatly improve the yield of TPA with low combustion loss without degenerating TA quality. 展开更多

The novel vertically standing Pt Se2 film on transparent quartz was prepared by selenization of platinum film deposited by the magnetron sputtering method, and an Nd:Lu VO4 passively mode-locked solid-state laser was realized by using the fabricated Pt Se2 film as a saturable absorber. The X-ray diffraction pattern and Raman spectrum of the film indicate its good crystallinity with a layered structure. The thickness of Pt Se2 film is measured to be 24 nm according to the cross-section height profile of the atomic force microscope image. Highresolution transmission electron microscopy images clearly demonstrate its vertically standing structure with an interlayer distance of 0.54 nm along the c-axis direction. The modulation depth(ΔT) and saturation fluence(Φs)of Pt Se2 film are measured to be 12.6% and 17.1 μJ∕cm2, respectively. The obtained mode-locked laser spectrum has a central wavelength of 1066.573 nm, with a 3 d B bandwidth of 0.106 nm. The transform limited pulse width of the mode-locked laser was calculated to be 15.8 ps. A maximum average output power of 180 m W with a working repetition rate of 61.3 MHz is obtained. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the generation of ultrafast mode-locked laser pulses by using layered Pt Se2 as a saturable absorber. 展开更多

LiFePO_(4)/C cathode materials were synthesized by a combination of co-precipitation and microwave heat-ing using polyethylene glycol(PEG)as a carbon resource and the influence of microwave heating time on the struc-ture and electrochemical performance of the materials was also discussed.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),TEM,particle-size analysis and con-stant current charge-discharge experiment.The results show that the LiFePO_(4)/C heated for 9 min has a pure olive-type phase and excellent electrochemical perform-ance.The initial discharge capacities of this sample are 154.3,139.7,123.9 mAh/g at the rates 0.1C,0.2C,1C at room temperature,respectively,and after 20 cycles remain 152.3,134.3,118.5 mAh/g,respectively. 展开更多

We study the exfoliation of ultrathin ReS2 nanosheets from the prepared ReS2 powder and their application to Q-switched Er-doped fiber laser.XRD,Raman,and XPS spectra confirm the successful preparation of the layered ReS2.SEM images show that the obtained ReS2 sheets have lateral size below 200 nm.The thickness of the ReS2 nanosheets is smaller than 5 nm according to the AFM results.ReS2/PVA film is applied as a saturable absorber in an Er-doped Q-switched fiber laser,and a minimum pulse duration of 2.4μs and an output power of 1.25 mW are obtained,indicating the potential application to Q-switched lasers. 展开更多
