从福建省福鼎市田间患软腐病的槟榔芋球茎分离到菌株141108,经Koch′s法则验证及形态观察和分子测序对其进行鉴定,并测定了其药物敏感性和生物学特性.结果发现:菌株141108为福鼎槟榔芋软腐病的病原菌,其与胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacte... 从福建省福鼎市田间患软腐病的槟榔芋球茎分离到菌株141108,经Koch′s法则验证及形态观察和分子测序对其进行鉴定,并测定了其药物敏感性和生物学特性.结果发现:菌株141108为福鼎槟榔芋软腐病的病原菌,其与胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum)相似度达99%;菌落为圆形、光滑湿润、乳白色、有臭味,革兰氏阴性杆状,有鞭毛,兼性好氧.该菌对四环素、氯霉素等10种抗生素高度敏感.在pH为5.0~10.0时均能生长,最适pH为7.0;在温度为4~45℃时均能生长,最适温度为28℃. 展开更多
