目的探讨八段锦联合有氧耐力训练对老年稳定性冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月六安市中医院收治的76例老年稳定性冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(38例)和...目的探讨八段锦联合有氧耐力训练对老年稳定性冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月六安市中医院收治的76例老年稳定性冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(38例)和对照组(38例)。在常规药物治疗基础上,对照组患者采取有氧耐力训练,观察组患者采取八段锦联合有氧耐力训练,两组患者均完成6个月的训练。比较训练前后两组患者心功能[N末端B型利钠肽原(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6 min walk test,6MWT)的步行距离]、负面情绪[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分]、明尼苏达心力衰竭生存质量问卷(Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,MLHFQ)评分。结果训练3个月和6个月后,两组患者NT-proBNP水平均显著低于本组训练前(均P<0.05),LVEF和6MWT的步行距离均显著大于本组训练前(均P<0.05),且观察组患者NT-proBNP水平均显著低于同期对照组(均P<0.05),LVEF和6MWT的步行距离均显著大于同期对照组(均P<0.05)。训练3个月和6个月后,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD、MLHFQ评分均显著低于本组训练前和同期对照组(均P<0.05)。训练3个月后,对照组患者MLHFQ评分显著低于本组训练前(P<0.05);训练6个月后,对照组患者HAMA、HAMD、MLHFQ评分均显著低于本组训练前(均P<0.05)。结论八段锦联合有氧耐力训练能显著改善老年稳定性冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,缓解其负面情绪,提高生存质量。展开更多
Aiming to evaluate the reliability of phase-transition degrading systems,a generalized stochastic degradation model with phase transition is constructed,and the corresponding analytical reliability function is formula...Aiming to evaluate the reliability of phase-transition degrading systems,a generalized stochastic degradation model with phase transition is constructed,and the corresponding analytical reliability function is formulated under the concept of the first hitting time.The phase-varying stochastic property and the phase-varying nonlinearity are considered simultaneously in the proposed model.To capture the phase-varying stochastic pro-perty,a Wiener process is adopted to model the non-monotonous degradation phase,while a Gamma process is utilized to model the monotonous one.In addition,the phase-varying non-linearity is captured by different transformed time scale functions.To facilitate the practical application of the proposed model,identification of phase model type and estimation of model parameters are discussed,and the initial guesses for parameters optimization are also given.Based on the constructed model,two simulation studies are carried out to verify the analytical reliability function and analyze the influence of model misspecification.Finally,a practical case study is conducted for illustration.展开更多

The purpose of this study was to explore the triphasic mechanical properties of osteoarthritic cartilage with different pathological grades.First,samples of cartilage from rabbits with different stages of osteoarthrit...The purpose of this study was to explore the triphasic mechanical properties of osteoarthritic cartilage with different pathological grades.First,samples of cartilage from rabbits with different stages of osteoarthritis (OA) were graded.Following this,the cartilage was strained by a swelling experiment,and changes were measured using a high-frequency ultrasound system.The result,together with fixed charge density and water volume fraction of cartilage samples,was used to estimate the uniaxial modulus of the cartilage tissue,based on a triphasic model.For the control cartilage samples,the uniaxial elastic modulus on the cartilage surface was lower than those in the middle and deep layers.With an increase in the OA grade,the uniaxial elastic modulus of the surface,middle and deep layers decreased.A significant difference was found in the surface elastic modulus of different OA grades (P<0.01),while no significant differences were identified for OA cartilages of Grades 1 and 2 in the middle and deep layers (P<0.01).Compared with Grades 1 and 2,there was a significant reduction in the elastic modulus in the middle and deep layers of Grade 3 OA cartilage (P<0.05).Overall,this study may provide a new quantitative method to evaluate the severity of OA using the mechanical properties of cartilage tissue.展开更多
