为筛选抗旱性强的苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种,本试验以12个苜蓿品种为材料,利用聚乙二醇(Polyethylene glycol,PEG-6000)模拟干旱处理,设置了100 g·L^-1和200 g·L^-1两个胁迫梯度,分别测定叶片、茎、根颈、根系4个器官的... 为筛选抗旱性强的苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种,本试验以12个苜蓿品种为材料,利用聚乙二醇(Polyethylene glycol,PEG-6000)模拟干旱处理,设置了100 g·L^-1和200 g·L^-1两个胁迫梯度,分别测定叶片、茎、根颈、根系4个器官的渗透调节物质含量、抗氧化酶活性和植株根冠比,通过主成分分析计算植株各器官生理指标在抗旱性评价过程中所占权重,结合抗旱系数评价苜蓿品种的抗旱性。结果表明,在100 g·L^-1和200 g·L^-1 PEG模拟干旱胁迫下,植株的生长受到抑制,生物量、株高、叶面积、根长均减小,根冠比增加;各器官脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量增加;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性提高;在所有的生理指标中,脯氨酸、可溶性糖、过氧化氢酶活性对干旱胁迫的响应较敏感。不同器官生理调节物质的抗旱系数存在差异,叶片各指标对干旱胁迫的响应小于茎和根系,根颈脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量对干旱胁迫的响应大于叶片、茎和根系。在评价品种抗旱性时,根系可溶性蛋白含量、根颈脯氨酸含量、根颈可溶性糖含量、根系可溶性糖含量及根系过氧化氢酶活性占权重较大。综合分析得出,100 g·L^-1 PEG处理时,‘公农1号’、‘中苜1号’和‘前景’的抗旱性比较强;200 g·L^-1PEG处理时,‘骑士2’、‘东苜1号’、‘巨能2’和‘斯贝德’的抗旱性较强,可作为苜蓿抗旱栽培的参考品种。 展开更多

对织金磷-稀土矿果化矿段中摩天冲、戈仲伍矿段中磷肥厂磷块岩进行岩相学研究,对磷块岩中石英、白云石矿物流体包裹体进行冷热台显微测温研究,结果表明,磷肥厂硅质磷块岩中胶磷矿主要以碎屑磷灰石形式存在,粒径50~200?m,以硅质胶结和白... 对织金磷-稀土矿果化矿段中摩天冲、戈仲伍矿段中磷肥厂磷块岩进行岩相学研究,对磷块岩中石英、白云石矿物流体包裹体进行冷热台显微测温研究,结果表明,磷肥厂硅质磷块岩中胶磷矿主要以碎屑磷灰石形式存在,粒径50~200?m,以硅质胶结和白云石胶结为主;石英、白云石捕获流体包裹体均一温度分布于87.5~127.8℃,盐度变化于12.31%~20.61%,计算的流体压力为5.54~8.02 MPa;而摩天冲白云质磷块岩中胶磷矿主要以是碎屑磷灰石形式存在,粒径变化于50~300?m范围,以白云石胶结为主;白云石捕获的流体包裹体均一温度变化于99.8~184.3℃范围,盐度变化于12.31~20.61 wt%,计算的流体压力变化于13.7~22.6 MPa。碎屑磷灰石胶结物以及流体均一温度和盐度上存在显著的差异,指示果化矿段中摩天冲白云质磷块岩所揭示的热液体系很可能是热卤水与正常海水混合所致,而晚期不含NaCl的硅质热液对早期形成的白云质磷块岩的交代对戈仲伍矿段中磷肥厂硅质磷块岩有着重要的影响。 展开更多

为探讨重庆秀山地区大塘坡组锰矿形成的古氧化还原环境,以该区小茶园和笔架山锰矿为研究对象,采用显微镜、扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)和ICP-MS对矿石的主、微量及稀土元素进行了地球化学分析。结果表明,小茶园锰矿的稀土元素地球化学特... 为探讨重庆秀山地区大塘坡组锰矿形成的古氧化还原环境,以该区小茶园和笔架山锰矿为研究对象,采用显微镜、扫描电镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)和ICP-MS对矿石的主、微量及稀土元素进行了地球化学分析。结果表明,小茶园锰矿的稀土元素地球化学特征和笔架山锰矿相似,其Ce和Eu为正异常;矿石矿物面扫描分析显示,小茶园锰矿的中稀土元素(MREE)主要赋存于锰碳酸盐矿物中,这与锰矿稀土元素配分模式显示的“帽”型特征相吻合;小茶园锰矿的Ce正异常存在假象,并不能指示沉积时水体的氧化环境,可能与缺氧环境有关;其稀土总量和Y/Ho比值明显区别于现代海底铁锰结核(壳),进一步暗示锰矿并非以氧化物形式沉淀;其Eu正异常与(Ca+Mn)含量呈显著正相关,且Y/Ho比值与热液流体更为接近,表明锰矿受热液(水)活动影响明显。 展开更多

In 2001 three earthquakes occurred in Shidian in Yunnan Province, which were the MS=5.2 on April 10, the MS=5.9 on April 12 and the MS=5.3 on June 8. Based on the data from the station Baoshan of Yunnan Telemetry Digital Seismograph Network, the variational characteristics of shear-wave splitting on these series of strong earthquakes has been studied by using the systematic analysis method (SAM) of shear-wave splitting. The result shows the time delays of shear-wave splitting basically increase with earthquake activity intensifying. However the time delays abruptly decrease immediately before strong aftershocks. It accords with the stress relaxation before earthquakes, which was found recently in study on shear-wave splitting. The result suggests it is significant for reducing the harm degree of earthquakes to develop the stress-forecasting on earthquake in strong active tectonic zones and economic developed regions or big cities under the danger of strong earthquakes. 展开更多

In this paper, the modified CK's direct method to find symmetry groups of nonlinear partial differential equation is extended to (2+1)-dimensional variable coeffficient canonical generalized KP (VCCGKP) equation. As a result, symmetry groups, Lie point symmetry group and Lie symmetry for the VCCGKP equation are obtained. In fact, the Lie point symmetry group coincides with that obtained by the standard Lie group approach. Applying the given Lie symmetry, we obtain five types of similarity reductions and a lot of new exact solutions, including hyperbolic function solutions, triangular periodic solutions, Jacobi elliptic function solutions and rational solutions, for the VCCGKP equation. 展开更多

Taking the special case, we have a finite-dimensional symmetry. By using the equivalent vector of the symmetry, we construct an eight-dimensional symmetry algebra and get the optimal system of group-invariant solutions. To every case of the optimal system, we reduce the ANNV equation and obtain some solutions to the reduced equations. Furthermore, we find some new explicit solutions of the ANNV equation. As a result, symmetries of the Lax pair and the ANNV equation are obtained at the same time. Applying the obtained symmetry, the (2+1)-dimensional Lax pair is reduced to (1+1)-dimensional Lax pair, whose compatibility yields the reduction of the ANNV equation. Based on the obtained reductions of the ANNV equation, a lot of new exact solutions for the ANNV equation are found. This shows that for an integrable system, both the symmetry and the reductions can be obtained through its corresponding Lax pair. 展开更多

Using the classical Lie method of infinitesimals, we first obtain the symmetry of the (2+1)-dimensional Burgers-Korteweg-de-Vries (3D-BKdV) equation. Then we reduce the 3D-BKdV equation using the symmetry and give some exact solutions of the 3D-BKdV equation. When using the direct method, we restrict a condition and get a relationship between the new solutions and the old ones. Given a solution of the 3D-BKdV equation, we can get a new one from the relationship. The relationship between the symmetry obtained by using the classical Lie method and that obtained by using the direct method is also mentioned. At last, we give the conservation laws of the 3D-BKdV equation. 展开更多
