A number of studies were conducted concerning composition, specific area, crystalline structure and microstructure of the samples by means of FT-IR, BET, XRD TG-DTA and SEM. The results show that all the samples with different doping amounts of Pr^3+ and Nd^3+ on A-site are fine dispersed, and mean particle size less than 100 nm. The powders have good sinterability, and the relative density is 95% after sintered at 1200 ℃ for 2 h. It is found that all specimens are entirely single phase solid solutions with orthorhombic perovskite structure, the stable perovskitetype phase is formed completely after calcination at 900 ℃.展开更多

Porosity,flexural strength and thermal expansion coefficient of the samples sintered at 1300℃ were estimated to be 26%,65 MPa and 4.21×10-6/ ℃ ,respectively. The kinetics of the formation progress was investigated by stepwise isothermal dilatometry (SID) accompanied with XRD,SEM and porosity measurement. It was found that the isothermal shrinkage data from SID could be well analyzed to get kinetic parameters according to the em-pirical rate equation developed by Makipirtti-Meng,dY/dt=nk(T)Y(1-Y)(Y/1-Y)1/n,where Y is the fractional shrinkage during the sintering process and n is a dimensionless component. The apparent activation energy △E values for 900-1000℃ and 1050-1150℃ were 1294 and 1778 kJ/mol,respectively.展开更多
目的探讨早产儿经外周中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)时加温皮肤消毒剂对置管效果的影响。方法对2020年4月至2021年3月在西南医科大学附属医院新生儿科行PICC穿刺的早产儿进行回顾性分析,按不同时间段使用...目的探讨早产儿经外周中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)时加温皮肤消毒剂对置管效果的影响。方法对2020年4月至2021年3月在西南医科大学附属医院新生儿科行PICC穿刺的早产儿进行回顾性分析,按不同时间段使用的不同消毒方法分为对照组和加温组。加温组在PICC穿刺前将消毒剂加温至37℃后进行皮肤消毒,对照组采用室温消毒剂,比较两组患儿PICC一次性置管成功率、置管时长及导管相关感染发生率。结果加温组一次性置管成功率高于对照组[80.2%(65/81)比66.7%(56/84)],置管时间短于对照组[(45.0±9.0)min比(48.4±11.9)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组导管留置时间、非计划拔管率、导管尖端培养和血培养阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加温皮肤消毒剂可以提高早产儿PICC一次性置管成功率,减少操作时长,未增加导管相关感染风险。展开更多
