目的探讨肺胎盘样变形(placental transmogrification of the lung,PTL)的临床病理特征、发病机制及诊疗策略。方法回顾性分析上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院病理诊断的2例PTL的临床资料、组织病理特征、免疫表型及诊疗方法,结合文献3...目的探讨肺胎盘样变形(placental transmogrification of the lung,PTL)的临床病理特征、发病机制及诊疗策略。方法回顾性分析上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院病理诊断的2例PTL的临床资料、组织病理特征、免疫表型及诊疗方法,结合文献39例患者回顾分析讨论。结果病例1,男性,43岁,胸部CT示左肺上叶舌段可见空腔病变,局部壁呈结节样。病例2,会诊病例,男性,58岁,胸部CT示右肺上叶前纵隔旁胸膜下囊腔内分叶状小结节。镜下观察:病变呈乳头状结构,类似于胎盘绒毛,轴心由致密的间质细胞和丰富的新生毛细血管组成,间质细胞呈透明、圆形或卵圆形。结论PLT是一种具有继发性囊性改变的未成熟间质透明细胞的增殖形成的良性间叶源性的肺肿瘤。确诊需病理诊断,本病应尽早进行完全的手术切除。展开更多

Our previous study has demonstrated that SCU relaxes mouse aortic arteries mainly in an endothelium-depend-ent manner. In the present study, we investigated the vasoprotective effects of SCU against HR-induced endothelial dysfunction(ED) in isolated rat CA and the possible mechanisms involving cyclic guanosine monophosphate(c GMP) dependent protein kinase(PKG). The isolated endothelium-intact and endothelium-denuded rat CA rings were treated with HR injury. Evaluation of endothelium-dependent and-independent vasodilation relaxation of the CA rings were performed using wire myography and the protein expressions were assayed by Western blotting. SCU(10–1 000 μmol·L-1) could relax the endothelium-intact CA rings but not endothelium-denuded ones. In the intact CA rings, the PKG inhibitor, Rp-8-Br-c GMPS(PKGI-rp, 4 μmol·L-1), significantly blocked SCU(10–1 000 μmol·L-1)-induced relaxation. The NO synthase(NOS) inhibitor, NO-nitro-L-arginine methylester(L-NAME, 100 μmol·L-1), did not significantly change the effects of SCU(10–1 000 μmol·L-1). HR treatment significantly impaired ACh-induced relaxation, which was reversed by pre-incubation with SCU(500 μmol·L-1), while HR treatment did not altered NTG-induced vasodilation. PKGI-rp(4 μmol·L-1) blocked the protective effects of SCU in HR-treated CA rings. Additionally, HR treatment reduced phosphorylated vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein(p-VASP,phosphorylated product of PKG), which was reversed by SCU pre-incubation, suggesting that SCU activated PKG phosphorylation against HR injury. SCU induces CA vasodilation in an endothelium-dependent manner to and repairs HR-induced impairment via activation of PKG signaling pathway.展开更多

The idea of using multiple receivers for diversity reception is known as a practical, effective and widely applied technique in wireless communications. The current approach is to use multiple antennas at the receiver in order to improve the quality of the received signal. A method of modeling and simulation is proposed to depict the principle and feasibility of the multiple receiver adopted in UV communication. The study provides an insight to the channel characteristics and achievable capabilities of ultraviolet communication systems with multiple receivers. It provides guidelines for practical system design with discussions on trade off between the receiver gain and the additional cost.展开更多

A novel threshold-based pi...Piecewise companding transform is a flexible and efficient way to solve the high peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) problem for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. A novel threshold-based piecewise companding transform is proposed in this paper. Based on the statistical characteristics of amplitudes, OFDM signals are classified into three groups (i.e., small, average and large signals). Different from conventional approaches, two dedicated designed thresholds are set to amplify the small signals and compress the large signals, respectively. Simulation results verify the improvement in PAPR reduction of the proposed scheme. Moreover, a lower bit error rate (BER) performance loss can be obtained by introducing the iterative detection with a moderate increase in complexity.展开更多
