The effect of laser power on microstructure and wear resistance of laser cladding WCp/Ni cermet coating was investigated. The WCp/Ni alloy coating with evenly distributed WC ceramic phases and the better bond with the substrate alloy was obtained at a power of 2.2 kW. Diffusion solution reaction happened between WC particles and the substrate alloy during laser cladding, and led to the formation of block rich-tungsten carbide on the edges of the WC particles, especially at higher power. The WCp/Ni alloy coating consists of the undissolved WC particles, the block or dendritic rich-tungsten carbide, the bar-like rich-chromium carbide, and dendrite solid solution and eutectic structure among the carbides. Microhardness and wear resistance of the WCp/Ni coating at different powers were much higher or better than those of Ni60 alloy coating, and the best results were obtained at power of 2.2 kW.展开更多
目的了解桂林市2012—2016年男男性行为(men who have sex with men,MSM)人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染情况及其影响因素,为制定降低该人群艾滋病感染策略提供依据。方法2012—2016年采用滚雪球抽样方法...目的了解桂林市2012—2016年男男性行为(men who have sex with men,MSM)人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染情况及其影响因素,为制定降低该人群艾滋病感染策略提供依据。方法2012—2016年采用滚雪球抽样方法在桂林市招募1920名MSM开展问卷调查,并抽血进行HIV、梅毒及丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)检测。利用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析探索HIV感染的危险因素。结果调查人群以20~<30岁为主,构成比为43.5%;未婚比例最大,构成比为72.1%;文化程度以高中或中专为主,构成比为39.1%;艾滋病相关知识知晓率构成比为94.8%。HIV、梅毒和HCV阳性率分别为4.8%(95%CI:3.8%~5.7%)、8.0%(95%CI:6.8%~9.2%)和1.1%(95%CI:0.7%~1.6%)。最近1年是否诊断患过性病是调查人群感染HIV的危险因素。结论桂林市MSM人群HIV、梅毒感染率较高,与艾滋病相关知识高知晓率存在背离现象,提示知行分离、侥幸心理导致感染率升高的可能。在加强HIV防治知识宣传的同时,加大梅毒等性病危害知识的警示性教育力度,顺应网络交友的趋势利用互联网创新宣传模式,降低HIV在该人群中的传播。展开更多

Among them, SHP-I has been regarded as one of the best validated intracellular tyrosine phosph...The protein tyrosine phosphatases(PTPs) comprise a family of enzymes that specifically dephosphorylate tyrosyl residues. Among them, SHP-I has been regarded as one of the best validated intracellular tyrosine phospha- tases. Downregulation of SHP-1 has shown remarkable efficacy in improving insulin sensitivity in vivo in insulin signaling pathway. In this study, we found the role of Candesartan cilexetil targeting at SHP-1. The results indicate that Candesartan cilexetil was a competitive inhibitor to SHP-1(IC50=85.6 ~tmol/L and Ki=24 ~tmol/L). We also found that Candesartan cilexetil was more sensitive towards SHP-1 compared with other PTPs. Through the consequence of Western blotting, it showed that Candesartan cilexetil can strengthen the level of tyrosine phosphorylation of several key cellular proteins[such as insulin receptor(IR), insulin receptor substrate(IRS) and ERK] in insulin signaling pathway in HepG2 cells and improve the insulin sensitivity through inhibiting the protein phosphorylation of SHP-1. These findings showed that Candesartan cilexetil might be an important inhibitor of SHP-1 and had a great applica- tion potential in the treatment of diabetes through inhibiting the level of SHP-1 in insulin signaling pathway.展开更多
