Three kinds of commercial activated carbons, such as Norit RB1, Monolith and Chemviron activated carbons, were used as adsorbents for adsorption of dibenzofuran. The average pore size and specific surface area of these activated carbons were measured. Temperature Programmed Desorption (TPD) experiments were conducted to measure the TPD curves of dibenzofuran on the activated carbons, and then the activation energy for desorption of dibenzofuran on the activated carbons was estimated. The results showed that the Chemviron and the Norit RB1 activated carbon maintained higher specific surface area and larger micropore pore volume in comparison with the Monolith activated carbon, and the activation energy for the desorption of dibenzofuran on these two activated carbons was higher than that on the Monolith activated carbon. The smaller the pore of the activated carbon was, the higher the activated energy of dibenzofuran desorption was. 展开更多

GaN microcrystalline grains were grown by hot-wall chemical vapor deposition on Si(111)substrate.These grains with diameters of 2-4 μm were detected by scanning electron microscopy.X-ray diffraction,Fourier transformation infrared transmission spectroscopy and photoluminescence were used to analyze the structure, composition and the optical properties of the samples.The results show that the microcrystalline grains are hexagonal wurtzite GaN,and the property of the grains was greatly affected by the growth time. 展开更多

In this paper, MPt/C (M= La, Nd) catalysts of PEMFC were synthesized by microwave radiation process. The crystallinity and structure of catalysts were respectively analyzed by XRD and nitrogen adsorption tests. The activity of catalysts was investigated by electrochemistry experiment. The results showed that: 1) compared with Pt/C catalyst prepared by typical impregnation-reduction process, the size of MPt/C catalyst particle decreased and the available crystal for O2 reduction increased; 2) the MPt/C catalysts had relatively high BET surface areas; and 3)these crystal transformations of the MPt/C catalyst brought high the electrocatalytic activity, and as a result, improved the power of PEMFC. 展开更多

In this paper a new concen... Linear driving force (LDF) model is widely used in a diffusion process. However thismodel has inherent weakness. When the dimensionless time is less than 0.1, its relativeerror is up to 95%. In this paper a new concentration profile is proposed, and then a newmodified LDF model (MLDF) is deduced. Compared with the exact solution ofintraparticle diffusion equation, the transient volume-average amount adsorbedcalculated from the MLDF is more accurate than that calculaled from the LDF modeL .Ifone takes ±10% relative error for the limit of validity of approximation, the new model isvalid when the dimensionless time is just larger than 0. 0002, while the LDF model is notvalid until the dimension time is large than 0.05. The new model is superior to the LDFmodel. The new concentration profiles corresponding to the MLDF model are much closeto the exact concentration profiles within a particle than the parabolic propescorresponding to the LDF model. 展开更多
