新媒体时代,大学生的信息接收习惯、思想观念发生了深层次变化,改变了传统思政教育理念、形式、方式、平台、内容,依靠旧思维、老办法已经不能有效解决多样化的思政教育问题。文章围绕立德树人根本任务,把握新媒体发展特点和规律,研究... 新媒体时代,大学生的信息接收习惯、思想观念发生了深层次变化,改变了传统思政教育理念、形式、方式、平台、内容,依靠旧思维、老办法已经不能有效解决多样化的思政教育问题。文章围绕立德树人根本任务,把握新媒体发展特点和规律,研究“微思政”模式的教育实践,在分析新媒体与“微思政”的逻辑关系的基础上,得出“微思政”模式具有全方位与流动性、交互式与渗透性、生活化与时代性、碎片化和精品化等基本特征的结论,提出关注思政教育“微个体”、占领思政教育“微阵地”、丰富思政教育“微产品”、开展思政教育“微对话”等建议,旨在探索新媒体时代高校“微思政”教育的发展思路,为“微思政”教育的有效实施及有序推进提供新的实践路线。 展开更多

The objective of this study was to determine the black carbon concentration in Beijing in 2003.The aerosol properties were measured using an Aethalometer and a tapered element oscillating microbalance(TEOM)on the roof of the Physics Building of Peking University(39.99°N,116.31°E)from July to August 2003 and from November 2003 to January 2004.The average black carbon(BC)concentrations in the summer and winter were 8.80 and 11.4μg/m3,respectively.During winter,two different cyclone cut offs were installed at the inlet of an aethalometer.The BC mass concentration in TSP,PM_(10),and PM_(2.5)were obtained.The results indicated that in winter aerosol,90%of BC exited in PM_(10)and 82.6%of BC exited in PM_(2.5).The BC in PM_(10)accounted for 5.11%of the PM_(10)mass. 展开更多
