目的调查中国两广地区法定单采血浆区域新献血浆者的血尿酸和血脂水平状况,并分析其影响因素。方法通过完全随机抽样的方式随机选取2021年4月—2022年8月来自广西内陆地区(巴马和平果)和广东沿海地区(遂溪和廉江)4家单采血浆公司的合计1...目的调查中国两广地区法定单采血浆区域新献血浆者的血尿酸和血脂水平状况,并分析其影响因素。方法通过完全随机抽样的方式随机选取2021年4月—2022年8月来自广西内陆地区(巴马和平果)和广东沿海地区(遂溪和廉江)4家单采血浆公司的合计11485名新献血浆者,检测其血尿酸、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果11485名新献血浆者中血尿酸异常者占比为22%,血脂异常率为57.6%;其中UA、LDL-C、TC及TG水平与新献血浆者年龄显著相关(UA:r_(全部)=‒0.291,r_(男性)=‒0.138,r_(女性)=‒0.170;r_(LDL-C)=0.300,r_(TC)=0.340,r_(TG)=0.234;P<0.001);UA、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC及TG水平与新献血浆者BMI显著相关(UA:r_(全部)=0.201,r_(男性)=0.243,r_(女性)=0.241;r_(HDL-C)=-0.273,r_(LDL-C)=0.316,r_(TC)=0.275,r_(TG)=0.335;P<0.001);不同献浆区域间的新献浆者血尿酸(UA)和血(HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,TG)水平均存在显著差异(P<0.001);不同血型新献血浆者间的HDL-C、LDL-C和TC水平存在显著差异(P<0.001);新献血浆者中男性的UA和TG水平显著高于女性(UA:366μmol/L v s 262μmol/L,TG:1.4 mmol/L vs 1.4 mmol/L;P<0.001),女性新献血浆者的HDL-C和TC水平显著高于男性(HDL-C:1.1 mmol/L vs 0.9 mmol/L,TC:3.7 mmol/L vs 3.6 mmol/L;P<0.001);汉族和少数民族新献血浆者间的UA、HDL-C和TC水平存在显著差异(P<0.001);不同地区、性别、血型和民族的新献血浆者间血尿酸和血脂异常率存在显著差异(P<0.001);新献血浆者的浆站区域、血脂异常情况、性别、年龄、体重及身高是其血尿酸异常的独立风险因素(P<0.001);新献血浆者的浆站区域、血尿酸异常、性别、血型、年龄、体重及身高是其血脂异常的独立风险因素(P<0.001);新献血浆者的浆站区域、性别、体重及身高是其血尿酸和血脂异常的独立风险因素(P<0.001)。结论中国两广地区新献血浆者的血尿酸和血脂异常率较高,其中广东沿海地区的新献血浆者上述指标异常率较广西内陆地区比例高。推测这可能与两地不同的饮食习惯密切相关。展开更多

In this experiment, red sandstone specimens, having slenderness ratios of 0.5, 0.7, 0.9 and 1.1 respectively, were subjected to blow tests using a Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) system at a pressure of 0.4 atmosph...In this experiment, red sandstone specimens, having slenderness ratios of 0.5, 0.7, 0.9 and 1.1 respectively, were subjected to blow tests using a Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB) system at a pressure of 0.4 atmospheres. In this paper, we have analyzed the effect of slenderness ratio on the mechanical properties and energy dissipation characteristics of red sandstone under high strain rates. The processes of compaction, elastic deformation and stress softening deformation of specimens contract with an increase in slenderness ratio, whilst the nonlinear deformation process extends correspondingly. In addition, degrees of damage of specimens reduced gradually and the type of destruction showed a transformation trend from stretching failure towards shear failure when the slenderness ratio increased. A model of dynamic damage evolution in red sandstone was established and the parameters of the constitutive model at different ratios of length to diameter were determined. By comparison with the experimental curve, the accuracy of the model, which could reflect the stress–strain dynamic characteristics of red sandstone, was verified. From the view of energy dissipation, an increase in slenderness ratio of a specimen decreased the proportion of energy dissipation and caused a gradual fall in the capability of energy dissipation during the specimen failure process. To some extent, the study indicated the effects of slenderness ratios on the mechanical properties and energy dissipation characteristics of red sandstone under the high strain rate, which provides valuable references to related engineering designs and academic researches.展开更多

We established a numerical model for the dynamic analysi...The interrelationship between preload forces and natural frequencies of anchors was obtained from the structure of an anchor and its mechanical characteristics. We established a numerical model for the dynamic analysis of a bolt support system taking into consideration the working surroundings of the anchor. The natural frequency distribution of the system under various preload forces of the anchor was analyzed with ANSYS. Our results show that each order of the system frequency varied with an increase in preload forces. A single order frequency decreased with an increase in the preload force. A preload force affected low-order frequencies more than high-order frequencies. We obtained a functional relationship by fitting preload forces and fundamental frequencies, which was in agreement with our theretical considerations. This study provides theoretical support for the detection of preload forces.展开更多
