The spectral linewidth of a 64-emitter laser-diode array is effectively suppressed by using a volume Bragg grating(VBG)based external cavity.At a maximal driven current of 90 A,the device produces a cw output of 80W with 1.2 W/A slope efficiency and 0.1 nm spectral linewidth(FWHM)centered at 780 nm.The power extraction efficiency reaches 90%as compared with the free running case.The central wavelength of the narrowed spectrum is tuned over a 0.3 nm range by adjusting the VBG's temperature.The absorption of 45%laser radiation by a 5-mm-long rubidium vapor cell with 150 Torr ethane and 450 Torr helium at 383 K is demonstrated. 展开更多

以不饱和两亲性脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(uAEO-x,x=3,30,80)、甲基丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚为原料,常温下合成了系列具有两亲性结构侧链的新型聚羧酸类引气剂pAEO-x。该文研究了AEO中亲水性链段长度对起泡容量、气泡稳定性及其对混凝土强... 以不饱和两亲性脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(uAEO-x,x=3,30,80)、甲基丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚为原料,常温下合成了系列具有两亲性结构侧链的新型聚羧酸类引气剂pAEO-x。该文研究了AEO中亲水性链段长度对起泡容量、气泡稳定性及其对混凝土强度的影响。结果表明:pAEO-x中醚链段的重复单元x=30时,其水溶液在24h后仍有25.7%的泡沫残余,气泡容量和稳定性明显好于x=3和80;pAEO-x在混凝土拌合物中的应用显示,随AEO中醚段x=3增至30,80,混凝土拌合物60min经时坍落度先增加后减少,28d强度降低约3%。 展开更多

We report 12.8 W supercontinuum generation with a high optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of up to 85%in an all-fiber device.This is achieved by using an all-fiber picosecond master oscillator power amplifier laser,which has an output pigtail double clad fiber,to pump a 3-m photonic crystal fiber with the core at one end enlarged by adiabatically collapsing two inner layers of air holes while keeping other holes open.Our experimental results show that the short-wavelength generation is due to dispersive wave trapping by redshifted solitons. 展开更多
