[目的]了解重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)终末期患者家属对预嘱尊严死的认知与接受度,为生前预嘱推广提供理论参考。[方法]对100例广州中医药大学第三附属医院和广东省第二中医院的ICU终末期患者家属进行调研,探讨他们对生前预...[目的]了解重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)终末期患者家属对预嘱尊严死的认知与接受度,为生前预嘱推广提供理论参考。[方法]对100例广州中医药大学第三附属医院和广东省第二中医院的ICU终末期患者家属进行调研,探讨他们对生前预嘱的认知接受度及其影响因素,采用描述性统计分析、χ2检验等方法分析数据。[结果] 48例填写问卷之前"从未听说过生前预嘱";对不了解生前预嘱的患者家属给予解释后,53例家属表示理解并愿意填写帮助安排临终时是否使用生命支持系统的文件。家庭年收入、认为临终时使用生命支持系统对延长存活时间有无意义是家属对预嘱尊严死的接受度(P<0. 05)的影响因素,性别、受教育程度、职业、是否目睹过患者临终前的情况对预嘱尊严死的认知和接受度影响不显著(P>0. 05)。[结论] ICU终末期患者家属对预嘱尊严死的认知和接受度处于较低的水平,推广生前预嘱仍需更多努力。展开更多

Composite scarf repair is applied in airplane load-bearing structures. With diffe...Composite scarf repair is applied in airplane load-bearing structures. But the repairs would have different boundary supports in real situation, such as simply support, clamped support and flexible support. With different boundary supports, the bonded scarf repair of composite structures could have diverse damage mechanisms and responses. This work intends to study the impact performance of different boundaries. For this purpose, experimental tests were carried out on the specimens with two sides support and four sides support. The impact load and deflection was monitored during the tests. After impact being finished, the meso-mechanism was studied by means of micro-cracks of the side section for two sides support condition and cross section for the four sides support condition. It was possible to conclude that the four sides boundary possess higher impact resistance maximum loads, lower displacements and lower extent load dropping. In terms of damage modes, as the impact energy relative low 12 J and 16 J, the central position of scarf bonding zone for two sides support appears adhesive cohesive failure and adhesive-composite interface failure. When the energy increases to 20 J, the dominated damage of two sides support moves down to the feathered tip. For four sides support, the critical energy level is 25 J, under which the scarf adhesive begins to be damaged.展开更多

However,to determine worst case of the primary-load bearing structures of composites is quite necessary. In this paper,to reveal the effects on the mechanical performance of composite laminate plates were made,respectively by open holes and different environments. Firstly,we obtained the benchmark of composite plates by conducting tension and compression of room temperature and dry air( RTD),tension of cold temperature and dry air( CTD),and compression of elevated temperature and wet( ETW). Then opened circle holes were introduced into composite plates to know the influence of holes. Finally,CTD and ETW environment were respectively investigated to composite plate with holes being under tension and compression loads. As shown by experimental results,open-holes decreased tension and compression mechanical performance 42% and 46% respectively,and ETW environment have 17% and 23% decreasing influence on the compression mechanical performance of composite plate and plate with holes. Furthermore,the compression damage mechanism of composite plates and plates with holes are fiber compressing-shearing fracture after fiber buckling.展开更多
